I happened to stop in here on Free Cookie Day. Crumbl was giving two free Martha Stewart thin chocolate chip cookies. I had gone in to purchase a brownie, but the free cookies were a nice surprise. My brownie was very good. I didn't care much for the Martha Stewart cookies, they were very thin and crispy. I just prefer thick, soft chocolate chip cookies. I'm sure anyone who likes thin and crispy cookies would be happy with them, Service was fast and friendly. The shop, like all Crumbl locations, was bright and cheerful inside. I am SO excited that we have a Crumbl Cookies in Lafayette! I was a first timer today and I can say with confidence it will not be my last. The staff were all so polite and friendly. I love the concept of weekly rotating flavors of cookies. It will for sure have me coming back to try more. Some of the cookies were served warm, while some were served chilled. They also have ice cream, which I had no clue about until today. I can only imagine how good some ice cream would taste with a warm chocolate chip cookie. I tried the caramel coconut fudge, nilla bean cupcake, berry crunch, and the Kentucky butter cake. The Kentucky butter cake and the nilla cupcake were definitely my favorite. The wait was worth it. The concept of new flavors every week is a great marketing tactic, but the cookies are just way too sweet and too expensive. Id say the experience is fun to do with a group of friends once or twice but it quickly loses its excitement after the first few runs. The cookie flavors often sell out Saturday night so if you're going I recommend you order ahead on the app. read more

The cookies were good but the customer service was not. We were really disappointed in this. The cashier didn't seem to know when cookies were out and let a lot of people continue to order only to be disappointed including us. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get the cookies that were suddenly out. Even though I waited they forgot about my order and I ended up waiting even longer once they figured out where my order was. Overall the business needs help on the customer service. read more

I ordered for the first time almost a month ago, and I was sadly disappointed. I tried to get a hold of someone on their end to no avail. On a normal cookie purchase, it would be no big deal, but for Crumbl, being as expensive as these were, I want at least a partial refund or replacement. Great place, but definitely has its pros and cons. Pros; clean atmosphere, good cookies. Cons; tiny lobby, very busy and at times the employees forget about mobile orders, once saw 2 very young clearly under working age children behind the counter working in uniform. read more

Zero stars. Was excited to try after all the hype, but the staff was rude and disorganized.

We've been there a couple times and the cookies look just like the photos. They are generously sized, easily 2-3 servings. Every favorite we've tried are good but that being said they are not my all time favorite and pretty expensive. read more
