This time I got their season specials Candy Cane and the Spicy Hot Cocoa along with my usuals - Chocolate chunk and Classic with M&Ms. Hands down the choco chunk wins the best cookie badge always, but I also did really like the new hot cocoa. Not going to lie, candy cane makes me feel like I'm eating toothpaste hehe. But then again, I'm sure some people like that minty flavor! We have heard some many great things about this place! I was excited about the smell of sugar smacking you in the face as you walked in the door only to be completely disappointed when I bit into my cookie. We went because we had received a free cookie coupon. Because of the friendly things we had heard in the past, we decided to go ahead and purchase a box while we were there ($10+ for 6 regular cookies). I was convinced it was going to be worth it. The guy that delivers them to the dorms was always nice and he had a big heated box to store them in as he traveled around campus. Cookies, brownies, and milk is pretty much all you'll find on their menu. If you're feeling lonely, call up your parents and tell them to place an order online for you. Brilliant concept. Meh execution. The service is prompt, etc. However, I just don't understand the price justification. You are essentially paying around a dollar per cookie. Plus tip for the delivery guy. The cookies are fine--and that's it. They tend to be on the underdone side, which I generally like, but they are soooo greasy and just... meh. They also tend to be underdone to the point of still being dough. My alternative suggestion which has kept me very happy in life is to go to the nearest convenience store, purchase cookie dough and milk, and nom on the cookie dough. The store delivered to the wrong apartment twice, without calling to let me know the driver was here either time. When I called the store, they blamed me and said that I had picked up my order. I hadn't. The store sided wth the driver and only when I pressed them, they offered to give a refund.
