    Raspberry cheesecake

Was craving a sweet treat and decided to try crumbl for the first time. Wanted to try the Dubai chocolate but they didn't have it this week so opted for the raspberry cheesecake. Holy moly best dessert I've had in a while, I now understand what all the hype is about. Excited to try other flavors! Service was fast too.

I've been waiting for Banana pudding to come back,soo....I got it. It was a good line up this week, I ordered 4 items. Oreo Tres leches, yummy I recommend. Banana pudding, it was a bit liquidy but I managed to enjoy it. Reese's skillet cookie,it was enjoyed (not by me, didn't get a chance to taste it). Lastly the Blueberry pancake cookie, I like this one,(this was personally mine) it had a bite to it & perfectly baked. Mind you these were not devoured immediately. The cookies were divided into four pieces & was enjoyed within 2 days (sugar content). Patiently waiting for a red velvet concoction to order next. But yes I did enjoy what was ordered & cute packaging!

Been wanting to try Crumbl for awhile but they didn't have one in San Francisco until just a few months ago. I waited a bit til the hype settled down to visit. Clean, pink & white aesthetics, pretty store. You can self-order at the kiosks or at the front counter. On this recent visit, I tried the Mini 3 pack and got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, the Strawberry Cheesecake (+0.69), and the Original Pink Sugar Cookie. I also got an additional regular sized Semi-sweet chocolate chunk and a bottle of water. I shared almost all the cookies with my husband. We both thought they were too sweet, but they were good and very substantial. The regular semi-sweet chocolate chunk took me days to eat. A once in a while indulgence but perfect for gifting to someone who loves lots of chocolates in their cookies. The strawberry cheesecake is pretty amazing. Full of flavor and definitely stands out on its own. We didn't really care for the pink sugar cookie. Not much service as I used self service kiosk but employees seem busy and friendly. Located inside the used to be sleepy Lakeshore Plaza mall complex on Sloat/Clearfield Drive/Ocean.

Bro, two words...DUBAI CHOCOLATE. That's the review. Joking aside you guys need to try it. It's sinfully decadent and delicious. Unfortunately it is not readily available every day. I believe Crumbl rotates their specials weekly(someone fact check, I'm too lazy). But boy, if they have it, y'all better believe I will be first in line! Fair warning, they DO sell out. They also have a convenient app so you can order ahead of time. I also tried their strawberry cheesecake which on its own right amazing. Based on the Dubai Chocolate and cheesecake, I'm pretty sure the rest of their offerings is also fire. So I recommend you download the APP asap and just keep your eyes out for when the Dubai Chocolate hopefully drops again.

Date: Monday, June 23rd, 2025 Party of: 2 Meal: Dessert Delivery Time Ordered: around 9:30pm Time Arrived: about an hour later Ordered: via DoorDash Delivered to: Outer Richmond Mini 6-Pack ($24.87) *Benson Boone's Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie *Chocolate Cheesecake *Lemon Cake *Raspberry Butter Cake Cookie *SNICKERS® Peanut Butter Cookie *Confetti Cake Cookie This was my first time trying Crumbl. Yep, totally late to the game, but better late than never? I had a feeling everything would be too sweet for me, but I still wanted to give it a shot. When I saw they were on DD, I figured now was a better time than any. My fav out of all of them was the lemon. It was a touch too sweet and I wish it was more tart, but it was the least cavity inducing for me. The raspberry was okay as well. Like a sugar cookie topped with raspberry jam and icing. I like celebration cake and a good sugar cookie, so the confetti cake was a nice mash up of the two. The rest the hubby had and he said they were all very very sweet. One thing I did like about everything was the cookies were soft. I only like soft cookies. I'm glad I finally tried Crumbl. Will I come back? Probably not. But now at least I can say I know what people are talking about. REVIEW #3792

Nice treats. Mixed feelings on the rave of their cookies. They're good cookies but not to die for. The guess it depends on which franchise you go to and what flavors you get. Solid, safe choice for your dessert cravings. p.s. Preordering is the way to go. And their kiosk system is great too.

This is my go to location. My order is always on time and staff are so nice and friendly. Cookies are made to perfection, soft and moist, every time. And I love the pink and white simple ambiance, so clean!

Tried Crumbl for the first time!!! We got a box of 4 cookies with 3 different chocolate flavored one and a raspberry one. This was about $20 which is pretty pricey for a cookie. We felt we'd probably come once awhile. It was quite sweet if you eat more than half of one, I'd definitely suggest to share half with someone else!

I only go to crumble when the cookies of the week tickle my fancy. And their holiday cookies looked pretty delicious. I love that they have the smaller size options which are the perfect size. The normal size ones are just so big!! The red velvet, the grinch and the Oreo were soooooo good!! It's a good thing that they rotate their flavors!! Leaves us in suspense and waiting to try things before they leave. The marketing and business model - top notch!

I love cookies, but to me these cookies are over hyped. The store is kept well and clean. The staff is friendly. Service is about average not speedy fast, but not slow. The cookies are too sweet, it does have a bit of an undercookedish feel to it, but I guess from what I hear online that is their signature style. Overly priced, it definitely is one of those try at least one time type of thing. I do prefer their fruity cookie though. That wasn't too sweet to my liking at all.

When I tell you I was SO EXCITED that I did not have to commute to freaking Foster City anymore to get Crumbl Cookies, miss out on some of my favorite flavors on the menu or miss out on trying new items of the week that caught my eye anymore. I was worried that service would be chaotic out here, especially with how hyped Crumbl is and now a convenient San Francisco location, they truly have the service on lock! I'm so glad. I have never encountered a wrong or missing order yet. I have encountered an out-of-stock cookie that is out of their control. Thankfully, the lines haven't been crazy long, and you just have to plan out the timing of when to go. You can order at the kiosks or with a staff member. If you have the app and placed an order through the app, you can go straight to the pick up counter. Staff are friendly and efficient. Parking is a breeze as it is located inside a big plaza.

Lakeshore Plaza on Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco has some interesting places to grab something to drink and something to eat. There is a newer tenant and it's offering oversized desserts. Crumbl has desserts which are very sweet others just too sweet. They have a variety to choose from and I got a few different ones. I had the raspberry cheesecake which was a bit sweet but delicious. The other one I enjoyed was the butter cake which was very creamy and rich but tasty. Overall it's a sweet treat to enjoy once in a while. This is a take out only location. San Francisco has their first location of Crumbl which offers butter cream and also has different pastry drops every week not to be confused with Butter & Crumble The pastries are very sweet and the size of the Crumbl cookie is more than double of a regular size cookie and they are creamy on the top making it jumbo

    Pineapple Whip cookie

This Pineapple Whip cookie tastes nice and is well flavored, really like Dole Whip! Secret menu item. It is served chilled so the cream wasn't runny and cookie is a bit firm. It's definitely a sweet treat (I had to have it in two sittings)

We walked into a space that feels designed for groups, with plenty of seating and a menu built around shareable desserts. The interior has a contemporary, stylish feel with comfortable seating arrangements that accommodate both small groups and larger parties, making it the type of place where you can come after dinner and spend time trying a few different things instead of just ordering one dessert. The energy is lively and social, with groups gathered around large dessert plates and the hum of conversation filling the room. The bingsu is the main attraction here, especially the mango sticky rice bingsu and volcano-style creations. We ordered the mango sticky rice version and found the shaved ice had that soft, fluffy texture that melts quickly, creating a light, refreshing base that absorbs the toppings well. The combination of sweet mango, coconut rice, and the fine ice created a nice balance of fruity sweetness and the familiar coconut flavor, and the toppings were generous enough that each bite felt complete. The volcano-style creations add a dramatic presentation, with toppings cascading over the ice and creating layers of texture and flavor that make the dessert feel more like an experience than just a bowl of ice. The crepe cakes are also worth trying, with lighter layers that make them easier to enjoy without feeling overly heavy, and the matcha and strawberry flavors stood out for their clean, well-balanced profiles. The portions are definitely on the larger side, so this is a better place to share. We found that splitting a few desserts across the table allowed us to try more of the menu without overcommitting, and the variety of options from bingsu to honey toast and lava-style desserts meant there was something for everyone. The honey toast is a fun choice if you want something warm and more indulgent, with a crisp exterior and a soft, buttery interior that pairs well with the ice cream and toppings. Some desserts can feel a little expensive depending on what you order, but the presentation and variety make it more of a dessert outing than a quick snack, and the quality of the ingredients is noticeable across the board. Service can be a little slower when it gets busy, especially later at night when the shop fills up, but the staff are generally friendly and the atmosphere makes it easy to wait. We noticed the team handling the steady flow with efficiency, and the pacing of the meal stayed comfortable even when the restaurant was full. The energy of the room remains social and relaxed, and the staff checked in at the right moments without rushing us through the meal. U:Dessert Story is a solid spot for creative Asian desserts, especially if you are going with friends and want to try a few different flavors together. The combination of shareable portions, thoughtful presentation, and a lively atmosphere makes it a destination for a more social dessert experience, offering a meal that feels both indulgent and communal. The variety across the menu gives you room to explore different styles on repeat visits, and the quality of the desserts keeps the experience feeling intentional and satisfying.

I'm always hunting for spots like this because I have a weakness for those over-the-top, Instagram-worthy desserts that look like diabetes in a dish. Like most places in this genre, A Buttercup is small, modern, and minimalist with limited seating. If you plan to go, aim for off-hours unless you enjoy waiting in line for sugar. The decor is cute and trendy, perfect for photos if that's part of your dessert ritual. As they say, "you eat with your eyes first," and when it comes to presentation, this place definitely gets an A+. The desserts look stunning and set high expectations. Unfortunately, that's where things started to crumble. It's like going to see your favorite artist live. You've watched the videos, memorized the songs, and paid for the experience. But instead of the electric performance you imagined, you get someone lip-syncing and barely connecting with the crowd. That was this place in dessert form. We ordered the Mango Bingsoo on our first visit, and when it arrived, we were surprised by how small the portion was. The guy next to us even looked over and said, "Whatever that is, I'm getting that next time." He shouldn't have. The Bingsoo looked great but was bland, and the "snow" was more chunky ice than soft shave. The Thai Tea Roti was also not what I expected. It came with Thai tea ice cream and sauce alongside a roti that was fried to a crunch. Interesting idea, just not the best execution. The sauce and ice cream needed a stronger Thai tea flavor to balance the crispy roti, and the flavors never quite came together. Overall, A Buttercup nails the aesthetics but misses the flavor. If you're here for the photos, you'll be happy. If you're here for the taste, you'll leave with a full camera roll and an unsatisfied sweet tooth.

We looked it up online, saw the good reviews, and decided to give it a try since we both love thai foods and desserts. What a great place we discovered! We were given water glasses and a pitcher and then left to look at the menu for a moment. The place was quite busy but it wasn't long before they came back to us. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain to us what she recommended (the mango sticky rice in the picture). I've ordered mango sticky rice at thai restaurants before, this one was the best I've ever had. My only complaint would be that the booth side to the table we were sitting at was well worn, and little peices of the leather were peeling off. We got the hojicha, Hokkaido milk coffee, and pandan ube, and honestly, I loved all three. The flavors were unique, creamy, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The hojicha had such a nice roasted tea flavor, the Hokkaido milk coffee was rich and smooth, and the pandan ube was probably one of the most fun flavors we tried during our trip. I loved that there were options here that you don't always see at a typical ice cream shop. This was such a great little accidental find during our 24 hours in San Francisco. It's mooncake season, and the big day is 9/25/26! Yes, there's almost always a line, but don't let that discourage you--the staff definitely knows how to keep things interesting. You may get yelled at, screamed at, or told to "F off" if you decide not to buy. Somehow, it makes the wait even more intense and memorable! Tip for mooncake lovers: CALL and order a day or two in advance. But be prepared--you may still receive the same warm welcome: nasty customer service! Thankfully, the mooncakes make up for it! Their freshly made bánh trung thu are incredibly delicious! The mooncakes are soft, smooth, delicate, and packed with flavorful mixed nuts, salty egg yolk, and winter melon, all wrapped in a soft, golden-brown crust. Every bite is heavenly! My personal favorite is #3 Ham Mixed Nuts. It's tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. For the best experience, enjoy them while they're still warm--fresh out of the oven, they're even better! Cash only No seating inside No regular entrance--orders and pickups are done through the outside metal sliding gate. And be careful not to stick your face too close...you never know when that gate might come sliding toward you! If you're a mooncake lover, Golden Gate Bakery is definitely a must-visit in SF Chinatown. We highly recommend the mooncakes, but unfortunately, we can't give 5 stars because of the hostile customer-service environment. Delicious mooncakes Customer service Overall Worth the attitude for the mooncakes! Go NYU! Go Violets!
