I absolutely LOVE Crumbl! My son just had surgery and was having a rough day getting around with on crutches. I am on the other side of the country so I wanted to cheer him up with his favorite (Crumbl). I ordered Uber Eats for only the 2nd time. I left instructions to leave on the porch since my son needs time to get to the door. The Uber Eats driver did NOT follow instructions by leaving the cookies on the front porch. Instead, never got out of his car, tried to call and say he was outside, never left the cookies and took a picture of the box on his front seat then drove away. Uber Eats told me there is nothing they can do. No cookies and out of $35.00. WOW- Uber Eats is unethical! Crumbl should not allow Uber Eats - Horrible People! read more

If I could give zero stars I would ... I placed a DoorDash pickup order at least 45 minutes before I arrived to the store to ensure my order was ready because I know how busy it can get. Not only did I show them my DoorDash receipt order 2 times and they told me they would be right with me, but after waiting at least 20 minutes they told me they forgot to make my order and they have to make it now... I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way crumbl cookie dealt with customer servicing today. They should have compensated my time by including an extra cookie or two. read more

I ordered 4 cookies around 8:30 pm and walked right into the store no wait and was out the door in 10 minutes. I give it three stars because of the staffs attitude. I was asking about the cookie flavors and asked if they had any chocolate chip (down south they have weekly flavors but then always have chocolate chip and one other that always stays). I then asked what the difference is between the chilled and not chilled cookies. The cashier laughed and said ones cold ones hot. The cookies don't say warm or hot next to them like the chilled so how was I suppose to know. I think it was a manger who heard this conversation and was very polite about it and explained that the others were warmed up. Ordered a week in advance through the Crumbl app for delivery to my sister's house for her birthday. A WEEK. Morning of, they still managed to last minute fulfill my order as an afterthought and didn't send the cookie selection I even ordered which I can only presume meant they had run out of certain flavors at 10am and failed to plan ahead for their online preorders through their own app! I also ordered their cookie cutter that quarters the cookie and they completely failed to send it with the cookies. I have tried for days to reach them through phone and email as the Crumbl app states each franchise is independent and all refunds must go directly through the store but no one answers or gets back to me. I Just went to crumble cookie and first they allowed me to order a cookie that they didn't have, which was also an extra $2 charge. Then at the last minute they told me that they didn't have it and to choose another one, without giving a refund for the extra charge on the specialty cookie. Then they gave me two frozen cookies !!!! I thought that they were suppose to be fresh. I went back and ask politely if they could heat them up and they said no, they are suppose to be cold... ugh, what a disappointment read more

I placed an order on the app for pickup at 4:10. When I got to the store there was a line wrapped around the building. I tried to go inside to ask if I had to wait on the line or could I just pickup like it says to do on the pickup screen on the app. A man out front physically pushed the door closed when I tried to go inside putting his hands on mine . I told him that I had an order to pick up. He asked to see my phone and then he said that I had to wait on the line like everyone else. I walked away because I was extremely angry for being treated that way. The store was so busy that nobody was able to answer the phone. I understand that I had to wait like everyone else but the way this person whomever he was handled the situation. I canceled my order because it was raining and honestly it was not worth waiting for. Went yesterday and looking forward to getting some real good cookies.I was totally underwhelmed I purchased four different cookies the oatmeal raisin was just ok the other three were no better than the supermarket brand cookie . I was taken back when they flip the iPad and ask for a tip. Tips were increased during Covid to show appreciation for those working harder and delivering.
