The cookies are unquestionably delicious. I really like that they rotate their recipes to offer different flavor selections on a weekly basis. You take a few of these bad boys home and arm yourself with a tall glass of ice cold milk and you're going to be slowly entering food coma territory. I don't anticipate coming back here. Here's why: -First and foremost, the cookies aren't great. The sugar cookie sucks, the double chocolate tastes burnt, and the only one that stood out was the peanut butter one -They run out of cookies quickly, and present ones that aren't there. So for instance, they showed a small cookie dough one, but apparently the big ones were sold out and the smaller ones can only be purchased through a catering order -The tip hunting is annoying. Unlike anywhere I've ever seen, the person at the register asks you how much of a tip you want to leave so they can type it into the computer for you to pay -The extra charges are ridiculous. I asked for an extra box, after paying $50 for cookies, and was told I'd have to pay $5 for an empty box. Thankfully I avoided the line by going off-hours, but would never join one of those 50-person lines for this overly expensive crap with poor service. read more

I have enjoyed many cookies here so far. People say they're a lot of money, but the cookies are big, especially the sandwich cookies. I think the oreo mallow sandwich is my favorite so far. I finally decided to try Crumbl to see what all the hype is about. It was 3pm and they had a full selection of the weekly specials available. The staff was very friendly. It's a cute small store. No tables or seats. Strictly to go. It was hard to choose one but I decided on a cake batter cookie. I saved it for after dinner. I cut into the cookie and it was soft and moist. It was very thick and dense! No crumble here! Every bite of this cookie was divine! The cookie itself had bits of what seems to be crunchy funfetti bits. The cream cheese frosting was thick and flavorful. Not too sweet. If this wasn't a $5 cookie I'd go back tomorrow. Def well worth every bit of the $5. read more

Got there 15 minutes after they opened and already one of the flavors was sold out! It's been a zoo trying to get into this place & every time I've driven past, the line was around the block. I went in to order the 3 pack and when I went to enjoy a cookie in the evening there was one cookie that they got wrong. So I called and they told me I could come back to the store and bring back the wrong cookie and they would give me the right one. I asked them because of the difficulty and inconvenience if I could get an extra cookie for their mistake not just what I paid for. This would be a big inconvenience, as my mom is epileptic and it is very difficult for me to go back out again and leave her unattended. The manager Lauren told the staff that I was speaking with on the phone that she couldn't do that so I then asked to speak directly with her. They put me on hold for 20 mins so I finally hung up and called back, for them to now tell me that she stepped out of the store. I was told I would get a call back before they closed and I wasn't called. Poor customer service and a bad business decision that cost them a customer and many more of my friends and family. I love supporting the businesses locally as I did this one being a very loyal repeat customer, but they cut there nose to spite their face. Never again will I step foot in their store or give them business. So happy there is finally a local crumbl cookies! I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest smell. You can either order from a kiosk on the side or from the cashier up front. They have all of their cookies out in display for you to see. Options include buying individual cookies 4-packs and so on. I can't believe I stood on line for 1 hr for cookies. After all that I've heard about crumbl I literally had to give them a try the line went all kinds of ways and it wasn't organized really but everyone seemed to make it work. The place itself is small with iPads that do not work/ they were not on for you to place your order would this help move things along fast? No idea. There's a large screen on the wall that tell you which cookies are available for the day and other menu options. When you get in the front there's a display of what the cookies should look like. I ordered 3 separate boxes 4 cookies each my box personally had chocolate chip which was made w milk chocolate it's really your standard cookie. My cousin had this in her box and was no happy w the milk chocolate chips. Birthday cake The best cookie in the box it was so good soft, perfect amount of frosting and was simply my absolute favorite. Neapolitan which was good also I liked the strawberry on top. The combination of all three flavors made a great tasting cookie. Lastly Vanilla glaze ft. Cinnamon Toast Crunch it was good although it was smaller than the display with the frosting amount it was still nice a soft on the inside. The literally gave 3-4 cereal pieces on top every cookie looked different which they should work on being if I order all of the same I would like them to have equal amounts of frosting on them. I also have the chance to try the classic pink sugar cookie. I thought it was OK. The frosting is not strawberry which I happen to enjoy a lot. It was just OK. Ordered a s'mores cookie, a chocolate chip cookie and a small strawberry shortcake. Total was around $17.00. A bit on the high side of things. I then proceeded to wait for over a half hour to receive my stuff. Just way too long. The cookies were a good size and quite fresh. I have to say, the strawberry shortcake was phenomenal. If it was a five minute this place is a five star. The staff seemed to be in good spirits despite the fact that they were absolutely in the weeds. I'd go back, but maybe earlier in the day. Their cookies are insanely delicious, soft, and chewy, although sometimes their cookies are more on the sweet side so I'd beware of that. I was on the fence about wether I wanted to go 4 or 5 stars, it's honestly in between but since they opened up a couple of days ago I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I am a cookie guy, I love a good cookie. I heard this place was opening and like everyone else I say the tiktoks and the YouTube videos, I was excited but also expected a pretty gimmicky product. Each time I went there was a like 40-50 people deep, and I figured I'll go another time. I ended up in the area on a Tuesday morning and luckily there was only a small line of 2-3 people. So the prices are high, I knew they were going to be but it's a high end product. You can probably get a decent sized platter of cookies from a bakery at the same cost of their 6 pack. This is where they would lost half a star or so if yelp allowed. So I get the cookies bring them to my car and they filled the car with an awesome smell. I got them home, still warm and dug in. I can't name all of the flavors but the regular chocolate chip is great, the New York cheesecake is pretty good. I don't love chocolate cookies but they tasted more like brownies so not that bad. The one that surprisingly tastes the best to me was the sugar cookie. Something ordinary made of much better quality, really didn't disappoint. Overall will I be here every day? No. Every week? No. When I'm having friends over and want to seem bougie? Yeah. They're bougie cookies but back it up with some really good flavor. read more
