This was a cupcake shop inside of Francesco's bakery and it is no longer there. I drove 45 minutes to get here and it's not even here. I got a couple things from Francesco's and so far not impressed. I tried one of the two macaroons and it was just awfully freezer burnt, then took a little nibble of the second one the same. Well Kimarley L. beat me to the punch with a first review. I went to Get Baked NY today at 9am. Note: Tip/ This is IN Franchescos bakery to the left upon entering. Jamie a pleasant young lady, was working there. She was please to see that first review from Kimarley L. as I shared with her and it made her day. She shared information with me that Sandy is the person she works for and rents out the space for this Cupcake counter. The cupcakes are baked with the same ingredients that are used for the other baked goods at Franchescos Bakery. They do serve coffees and have a variety of cupcakes along with packs for 4. I got two beignets today, a whipcream and strawberry and a custard one. I ate into the one and found while there is a fresh strawberry on top the inside is gloppy with more like jelly strawberries inside. The whip cream is hard and not fluffy. Have not tried the other one yet. Perhaps other types will be better. Something else to note , the windows need shades or blinds. When the sun comes in everything in there gets hot . The credit card machine ( at 4% ) paper cost is very hard to see in the bright morning light. An update today, got my complementary cup cake today from many sport themed choices. I chose the baseball. I noticed and noted cupcakes in the bakery window. Jamie noted that theirs are medium-size not with filling and they a select amount of character cupcakes as well. I got a box of 4 cupcakes for my parent's anniversary dinner. I was happy with the service and as they helped me figure which ones to try. My favorite was the Wedding cupcake, my mom liked the Rainbow cupcake. They were filled with different fillings. I definitely plan on trying more of them in the future. read more

Amazing cupcakes and even more amazing service! I went in for a tried and true fudge cupcake and they only had a few with a chocolate cupcake. The young lady offered to make me one with a yellow cupcake which is my favorite. Five minutes later I was out the door and on my way home to enjoy my delicious treat! I was really looking forward to going here because I love cupcakes but honestly, the cupcakes were average. Tried a cupcake with filling, it was cold like it had just been thawing out but not moist and there was barely any filling. Made it to grand opening the night before my birthday. Well what do I choose!?! Everything looked delicious. Since I was having peeps over for my bday and Greek Easter I went for a mini variety. Cupcakes-Carrot. Cannoli. Coconut and Strawberry. Then the Beignets. One Lemon and one Strawberry-Mango. OMG! Each was better than the next. The cupcakes were fresh moist and so flavorful. The strawberry was phenomenal with a whole strawberry on the outside with strawberry filling inside. The coconut with whipped cream was superb. I love coconut so adding more would've been my dream but nonetheless it was superb!! Carrot cake and cannoli were excellent and so beautiful you didn't want to eat them lol. The Beignets were light and flaky. The Lemon was to die for. Light airy and fluffy lemony goodness. The Strawberry-Mango was a summer delight. And to go, I had a cake in a cup. Boston Cream Pie. It doesn't get any better than this. Check this place out. Sandy and Jamie are so kind and knowledgeable. And they will give you their picks of the day And they will design or make anything you ask for. Great for birthdays. Showers of all kinds. Major milestones! We will be back for sure!! This is an experience of sight as well as taste. They are so beautiful that you don't want to eat them. But believe me. You WANT to eat them. And they have coffee too! Long Island officially has a new jem on its hands. I was fortunate enough to pay them a visit during the grand opening, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I'm not much of a sweets-canasour, but the variety and elegance of each product was so beautiful that I couldn't resist. The staff was super friendly and extremely patient while explaining all the different flavors and pastries. Tried the brand new Get Baked located in Francesco's and I can confidently say that these are by far one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. Everything I enjoyed at Get Baked is not only a labor of love and attention but also one of the most delicious, rich and absolute decadent dessert I've eaten in a long time. Before looking at the display of available flavors I did the mistake of just looking at the menu - the expanding menu doesn't fully grasp how amazing these confectioneries actually look. Each cupcake and beignet in the display case looks like art and you can see the careful planning and level of attention that's placed in each dessert. My order was the lemon beignet, cannoli cupcake and dulce de leche cupcake along with a large iced caramel macchiato. The macchiato was maybe a touch sweeter than I'm used to, but the 2 shots of espresso in the drink gave me the perfect pick me up I needed for my day. I'm not a fan of lemony sweets, but the lemon beignet absolutely shocked me with how light and delicious it was. Perfect level of sweet, rich and tart, it's amazing to see how they won me over with a dessert I never imagined I'd ever order twice. The cannoli cupcake made it impossible for me to like another cannoli again. The filling in this one is comparatively less sweet than the other desserts, but it has ultimately taken the throne as the king of cannolis, beating out all other cannolis I've ever experienced. Lastly, for what is by far the best of all I enjoyed, was the dulce de leche. The crème filling is so rich and decadent that I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't a member of royalty. The cake part was perfectly airy, moist and light while the filling was so rich that not only does this blow all other cupcakes out the water, it also competes all other cakes I've had eaten ever. Another mistake I made - not ordering the 4 pack. At first glance a single cupcake is filling enough to even be shared, but after finishing my last of the sweets I can't wait to go back and have more of these cupcakes to stash in my fridge to treat myself with these delicious cakes everyday. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying every flavor I didn't try yet, from the wedding cake to rainbow cookies, to flavors I didn't know was available like peanut butter and I'm also hearing cheesecake is in the works? Went to Francesco's and saw that they added a bakery to the store. Let me begin by saying that Jamie was excellent behind the counter. I only had one thing there, even though everything looked so good. She directed me to something that was totally unique. It was a beignet , but this one was stuffed with cream. It was excellent. I really enjoyed it. The coffee was very good, and I'm pretty picky about my coffee. Also there is a sandwich shop right to get baked that is very good also.
