The cookies here were better than the dessert cookie that costs you $16 per cookie at meat market. The cookies here are the size of your open palm (if you are a small female like me). They practice social distancing by limiting the number of people inside the shop and staff are masked and gloved. I have been lured in by ads all over my social media, because I have to admit their ooey gooey breaking in slow motion got me! I like the concept of this place because they advertise as "gourmet cookies" and they bake in small batches. So they don't always have the same cookies but they do have only about 6-7 different kinds per day. You can order these as a single, or in packs of I believe 4, 6 or 12. They are quite expensive in my opinion but I will say the cookie itself is very large. It was about $3.50 for one cookie. I decided to go with regular chocolate chip because it just sounded delicious. I do want to try their gingerbread they have right now for the season but I stuck to the old fashioned flavor. I will say the overall quality was pretty good. I felt like mine was a little bit under baked but I like that. It was almost mushy inside but still crispy outside. It tasted so familiar but I can't even think of anywhere to compare it to. The chocolate they use is wonderful and I felt that it was too sweet. It was more flour-y and doughy rather than sweet. It was very very dense and you could definitely split 1 cookie with someone, but I ate the entire thing. Overall, I would go back every now and then and grab one! They're worth trying! It's a bit expensive for me personally, but I would rather support small business than go get my cookies at a big retailer! Very good and very large!! I was a loyal customer of this location. Almost on a weekly basis, I'd bring home a 4 pack of cookies and some ice cream to share with my girlfriend. I'd also often get boxes of cookies for my clients and corporate functions. The quality of the cookies has gone way downhill recently. Not sure why. But when I arrive to pick up my items, not a single employee is smiling and my package gets handed to me with an attitude rather than by someone who looks like they enjoy working there. I have always tipped very well... over 20%. By tipping standards, they shouldn't even receive one. I order via the app and go pick them up at the counter. There isn't any space to sit and eat... and they hand the box over without a word except to confirm my name. What is the tip for? I was taught "tips" means "to insure proper service." They never included the messages I've asked them to, so this last time I included the message, "When y'all start including these messages, I'll start tipping again." When I arrived to pick up my items, I observed a girl instructing another where to put the message. She then brought the box over to me, confirmed my name with a smirk and attitude, then looked back over her shoulder and said, "That's the one" to the girl who put the message on the box (which was printed on a label... not sure why they never included it before if it's that easy?). So, because they didn't do their jobs in the past and didn't deserve the tips they were getting anyway, they got mad at me and gave me an attitude when I refused to tip ONE TIME. I gave feedback on the order and asked the franchise owner to contact me to discuss... they ignored the request and never reached out to me. I will not be providing any further business to Crumbl Cookies... not for myself nor for my clients and corporate functions... and I will be sharing my experience in poor customer service, employees who apparently hate their jobs, and the recent poor quality of the cookies. read more

I appreciate the width and depth of the cookie. Although I was expecting a cake-like cookie, because of its size, I was pleasantly surprised that it was more cookie than cake. I tried for flavors: Peanut Butter with Butterfinger, Chocolate Fudge with Peanut Butter Chips, Chocolate Chip, and Birthday Cake. All of the cookies seemed to be just underdone. This may be on purpose because it the consistent texture across the sample. I understand what Crumbl is trying to do in this case. The Peanut Butter-Butterfinger cookie was good. But the star of the cookie was the peanut butter cookie itself. The Butterfinger topping did not add value to the flavor. I found myself searching for the peanut butter cookie base because it was excellent. The Chocolate fudge with Peanut Butter Chips was a bit like eating a chocolate fudge brownie. I was unable to detect the peanut butter chips until after bite 3 or 4 (and I was working hard to detect the peanut butter). Once I began to taste the peanut butter and fudge together, it was good. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was good. But it did not grab me. It underperformed my expectations. It did not seem to have the correct balance between the chips and cookie. The Birthday Cake cookie was excellent!! I liked the combination of the sugar cookie base and icing. Both pieces of the birthday cake cookie worked well, separately and together. Overall, Crumbl is good, but I will stop for the Birthday Cake and a simple Peanut Butter cookie. read more
