I'm told this location is new. More, much more training is needed. Customer service and baking. A previous post said a chocolate chip cookie was under baked. It's probably very true. I purchased the popcorn cookie. Frosting was not set, runny. Cookie was raw. It appears they are time baking as they are inexperienced and know nothing about baking. Maybe call Hobart and have the ovens checked. Chilled sugar was a disappointment. Has a hint of almond extract flavor and as it warms to room temperature, becomes like marzipan. Cookies are a little on the pricy side if you are considering it as a cookie for one person. But the cookies are huge! And definitely meant to share which makes the price much more reasonable. The business model of switching the flavors out every week is really fun and definitely keeps the interest up. Ate half a cookie and had a stomach ache for the rest of the day. I love sweets but these are excessively sweet. Also, commonly touches areas were filthy. Like the door and iPad had visible dirty finger marks. Pandemic or not, these areas should be cleaned multiple times a day. Staff wasn't very friendly. read more

Cookies are grossly underbaked. We got two chocolate chip, a cowboy, and a raspberry donut. The cowboy and chocolate chips cookies were pretty underdone in the center but the raspberry donut was inedible because it was basically raw inside. Too bad because the flavors were good but yuck and unsafe. read more

After ordering for a party, I was extremely disappointed to find every single cookie raw in the middle. Several of my guests felt sick and lethargic after just one cookie- I sure hope they do not use eggs in any of their recipes if they feel it is okay to serve raw cookie dough. While waiting for my cookies, I observed many employees going from raw product to touch their hair, phones, devices, packaging, ect. (AKA cross contamination). As a chain establishment, I was surprised with how much the size varied cookie to cookie and just how un-appetizingly dense their cookies were. The cookie sticks to your teeth and every other part of your mouth and at times is difficult to swallow without some sort of liquid. I had assume they would have fixed quality issues such as that already, judging by how many stores they have nationwide. Adding onto that, five out of my six boxes had gobs of frosting on the bottoms and sides of the boxes. When I had asked for napkins, the employee just walked away. The cookies are amazing. I love them. I put a lower rating because I am concerned about hygiene. I have noticed each time I go in that the person who provides curbside delivery will deliver the cookies and will touch the door handles (which the public has touched and are not sanitary) on the way out and on the way back in...and then go handle other cookies without changing their gloves. read more

Overhyped and overpriced. These cookies were disappointing. They play up the Instagram appeal of their store and packaging, but when it comes down to it, it's just a poorly executed cookie. Generally, we found the cookie itself to be too dense and flavorless, then glopped with overly sugary toppings. You're better off making cookies at home. read more

I can't comment on the cookies; I never got any! Ordered cookies for the kids for a treat with our family movie. I ordered online and they said to pick up ASAP. Ate a quick dinner and left to get the cookies. When I arrived, I clicked the "I'm here" button. Then I waited, and waited. After 20 minutes (at this point it had been over an hour since I first ordered cookies) someone came to my car to tell me they had run out of one of the flavors we ordered. I had had enough and asked them to cancel my order. Being busy is fine. A delay in preparing cookies is fine. But TELL your customers that it's going to be a while so we can plan accordingly, not sit in the parking lot wondering what on earth is going on! Got a box curbside as a treat for the family. Curbside pickup was quick and easy. Staff were super nice and friendly. I didn't realize how big the cookies were when I got a dozen. Everyone is cutting off pieces of the different flavors to share. Next time I'll get a smaller box. The churro cookie was really good. I like a gooey chocolate chip cookie so it hit the spot. Some of the flavors can be pretty sweet. It's like the Hurts Donut of cookies. I'll definitely make a trip every now and then but going regularly would be a bit much. Cookies are amazing as always, however I had the 16 cookies delivered to my office for an event and there was a couple cookies wrong with the order. I emailed the store the same day and I didn't receive a response. I called the store the following day, and spoke to Skyler, who indicated she was the general manager. She didn't ask what was wrong, she didn't apologize for the inconvenience, she only said to send a picture, and they indicated they don't check emails often. I really wasn't that upset about the cookies but after that response with no apology and basically the attitude that I had to prove it, and that they will get to it when they get to it was very disappointing. read more

Although I think it is overrated, Crumbl does have some pretty tasty, creative flavors and I do get pretty excited when I am given Crumbl cookies for free. It is very sweet and probably not something that should be enjoyed in one sitting (if it's one of the big ones), or else you might be left feeling slightly ill. I would almost describe Crumbl as the tapas of cookies. I would never order one of the chocolate chip or sugar cookies, but me and my roommates will usually order the weekly flavors when we feel intrigued by them and cut each of the cookies up into slices so we can all try the flavor and then move on with our lives. Not a classic kind of cookie, and I wonder how long this fad will last, but pretty decent and a fun way to experiment with new dessert flavors in cookie form. *dab* read more

This is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. The employees were not only rude, but also unhygienic. I saw one scratch their head and their behind IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRETY OF THE CUSTOMER BASE while wearing gloves then immediately ice a cookie.
