Sometimes you have to treat yourself. My daughter checks the weekly line up and lets me know what flavors they offer. Thanksgiving week they had mini pies which was a nice change. Crumbl makes some of the best cookies I've ever had! Hubby and I check out their menu from time to time and the menu last week looked awesome. After having dinner nearby, we stopped in to pick up a 4 pack. These were the flavors we ordered: --Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk - excellent chocolate chip cookie! No shortage of chocolate chunks. The salt flakes on top were a lovely addition. --Cookie & Cream - one flavor we've had a couple times. Always a solid choice! I loved the extra frosting drizzle on top. Plenty of crushed Oreos as well. --Cinnamon Square - Ohh My Goodness.. heaven is somewhere between a cinnamon roll and a cinnamon cake. This was absolutely phenomenal. The cream cheese frosting was amazing! I loved the little cinnamon crunchy pieces all around the edges. My favorite of the bunch. --Cannoli - such a great idea to make a cookie sandwich! The cookies themselves were buttery and soft, the filling was their take on cannoli cream which was so delicious. I really liked the tiny chocolate chips all around the outside of the cannoli cream filling. The powdered sugar on top was a nice touch. I love their rotating menu concept and unique cookies. We couldn't commit to six cookies so we opted for two: a mint brownie and strawberry shortcake ice cream. We cut them in eighths and even an eighth was a huge endeavor. The strawberry was just a sugar cookie with fruited icing. It was good, but not a favorite. The mint brownie was soft and pillowy with the right balance of fudge. We loved it. I been hesitate to try Crumbl due to the poor reviews but you will either hate it or love it. First, I have to commend this location on their amazing customer service. I did pickup the first time but my birthday is today and I had a friend deliver me Crumbl which I found to be weird because I knew I was out of the delivery zone. Somehow my friend had got the order through anyways and the manager or someone that works at this location personally delivered the cookies to my house and made sure I received it. So a lot of the bad reviews mention the steep prices. The price may seem high but these cookies are huge. Definitely recommend sharing since they're about the size of a hand. The flavors change weekly so I recommend following their Instagram to see the current week's flavor lineup. The first time I came, we got 4 cookies and they were all amazing! We got galaxy brownie, pineapple whip, sugar ft Twix & snickerdoodle. Sooo good. This week for my birthday, I received raspberry lemonade, chocolate chip, chocolate cake, cinnamon fry bread, oatmeal ft rolo & peanut butter ft Reese's peanut butter cup. Majority good but I would pass on the raspberry lemonade and chocolate cake. There really is something for everyone. I can see someone getting a cookie they wouldn't prefer and saying they hate Crumbl but it's literally a new experience each time. I had them a couple of months ago by accident, someone offered me a cookie and I was just like, "alright". But, I wasn't expecting to bite into one of the best cookies I've had in my entire life! It sat in my house for two days before I even tried it and the cookie still stole my heart! That speaks volumes because for me once I bake a cookie if I don't eat it that day I usually won't eat the leftovers. It stayed moist, and probably only got better with time! After a few errands and my morning appointment to the hair salon on San Jose Blvd, we came here today for #grandopening before noon as this was our very first visit to #CrumblCookies. When you walk in the door you're hit with the aroma of "Cookie Heaven".......batter, butter, sugar and flour. I could have stood in there all day! They offer a variety of different cookie variations. We decided on the 4 cookie box ($11.98). Great flavors in each cookie (Milk chocolate chip, Watermelon sugar, Honey graham cracker and Chocolate mallow cupcake) and generous in size too at 4.5". Definitely shareable! All of the ones we selected were good but I will say the best cookie hands down was the Watermelon sugar (10/10). It was heavenly, unique and smelled and tasted just like its name! I love that you can see the staff prepping, baking and decorating the delicious treats right in the open space, which is nice and bright! Truly gourmet cookies served fresh and warm placed neatly inside the "Pretty in Pink" box, they honestly put even homemade cookies to shame (lol). Especially with the menu changing on a weekly basis to include new unique and delicious cookies, it really is a sweet establishment! We had to check it out and see what all the hype is about. The inside is bright, clean, and with pink and white accents. I ordered at the wall kiosk but you can also order face to face. They added the toppings when we ordered and the cookies were still warm. The staff was friendly and truly seemed like they cared about the presentation. The cookies came in a cute pink box and asked us to check their work before they handed it over. The cookies are rich and buttery. Definitely dense and indulgent. We really enjoyed them. I do wish they had more options but I understand the high quality limited options concept. The price is higher than I expected but certainly comparable to going out for ice cream. The place was packed. When my order was finally called, I was informed they didn't have two of the four cookies I had ordered. At all. They hadn't bothered to update the menu, although it was well into the evening. That left available six of the eight cookies on the menu. They offered to let me replace those two cookies with the remaining options they did have or refund me half my bill. Refund, please. Some more waiting. They could not in fact refund me half. They offered me a handwritten store credit. Laughable, as you know no store accepts a store credit handwritten by an employee who won't even be a memory when I return. Which was blueberry muffin cookie, birthday cake with Oreo, hazelnut with sea salt. All the cookies were soft and warm like advertised. The blueberry muffin truly tasted like a blueberry muffin. The birthday cake Oreo taste like an Oreo cookie with buttercream frosting, which may be a bit too sweet for some. I enjoyed the hazelnut with sea salt it was a bit greasy. Have eaten at other Crumbl locations all over the place, and they are all pretty amazing writ large. The Mandarin store, though, is the first whose cookies and staff were both so preternaturally sensational -- truly, beyond even my own reportedly high expectations -- that I felt it warranted actually writing a review. The cookies are, as likely goes without saying, absolutely (and consistently) OUTSTANDING -- and I feel compelled to note that I am, by any measure, ridiculously picky about baked goods. Other positive reviews have already driven home most of the finer points about the products, but can confirm from my experience across many (many) orders: They are huge; they are scrumptious; they are thoughtfully layered; they are prepared and decorated with incredible precision; they are soft and gooey in all the right spots; and they are served at temperatures complimentary to the flavor (for the uninitiated: some are, by design, served cold and others warm). They are also completely and totally addictive, so caveat emptor =). I have had so many flavors (they rotate weekly) it's almost hard to identify a specific favorite, but can say some recent mouthwatering standouts from Mandarin have been the Original Ft Lucky Charms (could live on these, omg, lol), German Chocolate Cake (even better than the real thing), and the Blue Monster Ft Chips Ahoy -- all were prepared and delivered with a level of skill, consistency, and attention to detail that was simply extraordinary (particularly for a store that generates such high volume). You can also never go wrong with the Milk Chocolate Chip that started the craze -- there's really no worthy competitor in town, IMHO (sorry, competitors in town =)!) -- I don't even historically love plain chocolate chip all that much, and I would eat these all day long if I could. The only thing even more outstanding than the cookies at Mandarin (which, in all seriousness, pose exceptionally fierce competition in their own right), are the totally wonderful group of individuals who work here. They are so warm, attentive, completely delightful, and strive to accommodate customers in any way they possibly can. It's abundantly clear the collective goal is to ensure every experience is as equally sensational as the last experience, if not more. I recently, in fact, had a large (relatively pricey) order abruptly botched by Postmates/UberEats, and the store went so far out of their way to fix the issue that I was honestly a little speechless -- not only did they hand-deliver the replacements, but they also called again afterward to make completely certain everything was totally perfect. (Can confirm it indeed was). The owner is very obviously super invested in her stores, her product, her staff, her customers and, WOW -- it seriously shows. As a purely subjective aside: I think the price is entirely commensurate with what is delivered. You can maybe spend slightly less somewhere, sure. But it's very unlikely you will get anything even remotely resembling this level of consistent quality or service. TL;DR: I am a HUGE fan of this place -- the food, the people, the service (and, of course, the ubiquitous pink boxes) are all completely awesome in near equal measure. I very strongly encourage you to do yourself a favor, stop reading this laudatory tome, lol, and head over there this second (via app or in person) so you can be a huge fan too =). read more

Bad customer service and flawed online ordering process. Even after reading the poor reviews, the optimist in me said "I'm sure it's not that bad." We placed an online order on Sunday evening at 5:03 pm and the 4-pack of cookies weren't in our hands until 5:43 p.m. When you order on the app, it shows what cookie flavors are and are not available. To our dismay, when we picked up the four cookies, two flavors weren't available when it was stated previously that were. Even worse, it became prevalent you have a better chance of getting the cookie flavors you want if you stand in line and skip the online ordering process entirely. We witnessed this when customers came in long after we placed the order and got the banana bread and milk chocolate chip. Then when our order was ready, we were informed they were out of those flavors. There was no clear cut manager in the store. You can tell when there is a leader among the staff and no one appeared to be running the shop. No one greeted us or looked at us when we walked in which I found to be inhospitable. I'd have more empathy for the employees if they made us feel welcome. One redeeming factor (and why this review is two stars) was that the cookies themselves are amazing. I only got to try old fashioned donut and classic sugar cookies and both were divine. The inside is moist and the icing is super sugary, just how I like it. The packaging is a pretty light pink and quite durable as well. I live within walking distance of Crumbl Cookies and am so disappointed with my first visit. read more

I forgot to take photos as I dug into them immediately, each coming in their own cute boxes. They are HUGE cookies. One was a chocolate cookie and I tried to save half of it for the next day by cutting a quarter for myself and offering some to my husband. He disappeared with the 3/4 piece and did not return!! Went to try this place out today, the place is pretty, nice layout. We stood in front of the cash register while they messed around for a good two minutes. No one even spoke to us (no hi how you doing). There were 13 employees "working" at the time in the small room. One was fishing egg shells out of a bowl. They all had gloves on and aprons. No mask. The guy who worked the register also was touching food with the same gloves, and looked like he wore his uniform several days without laundering it (lots of flour). The price is rather high at almost $4 a cookie and about $12 for four. Once we did place our order, it was packaged up quickly by two girls behind the registers. The cookies come packaged nicely. Taste--these are not cookies. They are cake baked like a cookie. If you are looking for that ooey gooey chocolate chip or the crunch of a cookie, you won't get that here.
