We stopped in for the first time and wow we loved our cookies! It was my wife's birthday and she said we have to come here. I got the Birthday Cake cookie and my wife got the Turtle Cheesecake cookie. Both were very good and had great flavor. Definitely recommend Crumble Cookie!

Sometimes you have to treat yourself. My daughter checks the weekly line up and lets me know what flavors they offer. Thanksgiving week they had mini pies which was a nice change. I ordered the cookies & cream, french silk, pumpkin and apple pies. All of them tasted pretty good. My all time favorite is their Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is clean and bright.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You can order online or inside where they have 2 kiosks. We are regulars at this location and like how they have a weekly rotation of flavors.

Wanted to try the carrot cake and Oreo cookies and the carrot cake was just like a double layer cake with the cream cheese icing! Fresh and delicious served with care and I love how they make fresh and show for your approval.

I am a huge fan of Crumbl cookie. I have the sweetest tooth. I got the Benson Boone cookie as well as the strawberry shortcake I had already eaten a little bit of a strawberry shortcake when something scratched my throat and mouth there was a piece of glass in the shortcake. Obviously, I threw it away after that happen. I still want to order crumble but now I'm gonna be a little hesitant.

Crumbl makes some of the best cookies I've ever had! Hubby and I check out their menu from time to time and the menu last week looked awesome. After having dinner nearby, we stopped in to pick up a 4 pack. These were the flavors we ordered: --Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk - excellent chocolate chip cookie! No shortage of chocolate chunks. The salt flakes on top were a lovely addition. --Cookie & Cream - one flavor we've had a couple times. Always a solid choice! I loved the extra frosting drizzle on top. Plenty of crushed Oreos as well. --Cinnamon Square - Ohh My Goodness.. heaven is somewhere between a cinnamon roll and a cinnamon cake. This was absolutely phenomenal. The cream cheese frosting was amazing! I loved the little cinnamon crunchy pieces all around the edges. My favorite of the bunch. --Cannoli - such a great idea to make a cookie sandwich! The cookies themselves were buttery and soft, the filling was their take on cannoli cream which was so delicious. I really liked the tiny chocolate chips all around the outside of the cannoli cream filling. The powdered sugar on top was a nice touch. I love their rotating menu concept and unique cookies. These freeze extremely well so we get to enjoy leftovers for a while. Keep up the great job Crumbl!

Crumbl Cookies is... a machine. Seriously. Every week, Crumbl introduces a series of new flavors of their giant frosted cookies and every week, people throng to taste all of them. The shop is minimalist and dedicated to the baking, decorating and boxing of cookies. The employees are absolutely slammed with the orders and have to take periodic breaks from taking orders to catch up with what they have. We couldn't commit to six cookies so we opted for two: a mint brownie and strawberry shortcake ice cream. We cut them in eighths and even an eighth was a huge endeavor. The strawberry was just a sugar cookie with fruited icing. It was good, but not a favorite. The mint brownie was soft and pillowy with the right balance of fudge. We loved it. This is a special treat establishment for us, for sure.

Stand out was the chocolate lava cookie!

Crumble cookies! I was so excited for this location to open, it's close to us in mandarin, the cookies are a BIG treat, literally the cookies are huge! I do have to say they are hit or miss, I have a love hate relationship with how they rotate the flavors each week, part of my loves the new aspect like what are we gonna get this week!? But then I hate when I don't like any of the flavors! So far my favorite one I have had was a cold mixed berry cookie! Which is shocking because normally I'm a full chocolate nuts gooey kinda girl! But the cold mixed berry one was perfection, it wasn't overly sweet and the frosting on top was like a whipped cream with fresh berries! So good! I think that's why I loved it it wasn't overly sweetened, the cookies slathered with frosting are not my jam, I don't like butter cream frosting. Suprising I didnt love the choc chip either.

The cookies were good but not great... I thought they were a little high in price based on the size and flavor. But, it's only my opinion, as the place was slammed busy and there was a line of people waiting on their cookies. They were also sold out of a lot of flavors. I'm not sure I would take the chance to go back to try it again, based on my first visit.. it wasn't an OMG I need to go get a cookie kind of cookie.

I been hesitate to try Crumbl due to the poor reviews but you will either hate it or love it. First, I have to commend this location on their amazing customer service. I did pickup the first time but my birthday is today and I had a friend deliver me Crumbl which I found to be weird because I knew I was out of the delivery zone. Somehow my friend had got the order through anyways and the manager or someone that works at this location personally delivered the cookies to my house and made sure I received it. So a lot of the bad reviews mention the steep prices. The price may seem high but these cookies are huge. Definitely recommend sharing since they're about the size of a hand. The flavors change weekly so I recommend following their Instagram to see the current week's flavor lineup. The first time I came, we got 4 cookies and they were all amazing! We got galaxy brownie, pineapple whip, sugar ft Twix & snickerdoodle. Sooo good. This week for my birthday, I received raspberry lemonade, chocolate chip, chocolate cake, cinnamon fry bread, oatmeal ft rolo & peanut butter ft Reese's peanut butter cup. Majority good but I would pass on the raspberry lemonade and chocolate cake. There really is something for everyone. I can see someone getting a cookie they wouldn't prefer and saying they hate Crumbl but it's literally a new experience each time. I would get a variety and share so you can try a bit of everything.

I had them a couple of months ago by accident, someone offered me a cookie and I was just like, "alright". But, I wasn't expecting to bite into one of the best cookies I've had in my entire life! It sat in my house for two days before I even tried it and the cookie still stole my heart! That speaks volumes because for me once I bake a cookie if I don't eat it that day I usually won't eat the leftovers. It stayed moist, and probably only got better with time! The only thing I dislike is that they change the cookies weekly. It sucks to fall in love with a flavor that you can't get whenever you want it. But, in the thick of things I see the bigger picture. You guys keep creating and I hope you go beyond your wildest dreams!! I will spread the word and be a returning customer!

08/27/2021: *:｡(*‿*) Wow, just wow!! Love that the Mandarin area now has a new cookie spot and we were excited to check it out. After a few errands and my morning appointment to the hair salon on San Jose Blvd, we came here today for #grandopening before noon as this was our very first visit to #CrumblCookies. When you walk in the door you're hit with the aroma of "Cookie Heaven".......batter, butter, sugar and flour. I could have stood in there all day! They offer a variety of different cookie variations. We decided on the 4 cookie box ($11.98). Great flavors in each cookie (Milk chocolate chip, Watermelon sugar, Honey graham cracker and Chocolate mallow cupcake) and generous in size too at 4.5". Definitely shareable! All of the ones we selected were good but I will say the best cookie hands down was the Watermelon sugar (10/10). It was heavenly, unique and smelled and tasted just like its name! I love that you can see the staff prepping, baking and decorating the delicious treats right in the open space, which is nice and bright! Truly gourmet cookies served fresh and warm placed neatly inside the "Pretty in Pink" box, they honestly put even homemade cookies to shame (lol). Especially with the menu changing on a weekly basis to include new unique and delicious cookies, it really is a sweet establishment! My husband and I look forward to visiting many more times in the future to try other amazing flavors they debut. Definitely can't wait to see how their flavors rotate! ･:* Highly recommend! I am always curious what's new in the area. ･:*: The cookies we ordered were delightfully delicious! We love warm, soft cookies and Crumbl Cookies definitely delivers this! Plus, the menu changes weekly we were told, so you're never bored with the same old thing. The cookies were pretty big at 4.5" and beautifully crafted all placed neatly in the "Pretty in Pink" box. ﾟﾟ* We didn't wait too long inside, 10 minutes tops. The staff were all genuinely enthusiastic, friendly and accommodating. GREAT experience for our first visit on grand opening day. *:｡In case you have a sweet tooth after dinner, they are open late too! Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Went there the other day and got a chocolate chip cookie to split with my son after hearing friends rave about the cookies. Let me start by saying the cookie is really good and dense (1 cookie in a box was way heavier than I expected). It is a large cookie (4 or 5 bites per half of a cookie) with different flavor notes in the batter other than the chocolate chips, sugar and butter. The most prevalent was vanilla which was nice. My son enjoyed it and said it was great. With all that being said, it was not my fave. I would eat it again if I wanted a cookie, but I don't know that I would seek them out, but I have heard people rave about their gingerbread and fruity pebbles so maybe I should give them another shot before writing them off. read more

I went here on a hot summer day with some family and we wanted to know what this place was like and how the cookies tasted. We went inside this cute little place and the staff were quite friendly! There is great customer service here! We purchased a box of six cookies through a kiosk on the wall, which worked quite smoothly!! Went to Crumbl today for the first time! I was pleasantly surprised by the size and taste of the cookie I got (NY cheesecake). They are definitely on the pricier side at $4 per cookie, but I think the taste and experience well made up for it. The employees were very friendly and the shop felt very clean. Crumbl cookies is delicious! I absolutely love to try all the new selections. Even though with all of the different types, my favorite is still choc chip because it's warm and gooey with just the right amount of crunch. Staff is very friendly. -1 star because the line is very long every time we go and the inside to order is very tiny which creates for a longer wait. After having Crumbl Cookies in Orlando I was so excited to find out we have two locations in Jacksonville! I was even more excited to see there's not a 45 minute wait at this location. The crew is here is great and super friendly. They had quite a few people in the store when I arrived for my curbside order and they were still able to bring my order out right away! The different cookie recipes each week keeps things exciting and keeps you coming back. The only thing that keeps me from giving a perfect 5 star review is the original chocolate chip cookie is very underwhelming. However, the twix cookie, red velvet, hot chocolate cookie, and galaxy cookie are all INCREDIBLE! read more

We have been in and have also ordered for delivery. The cookies are always delightfully original and so far we have enjoyed many flavors. Our favorite is the Chilled (Iced) Sugar Cookie but a close second would be the Cosmic Brownie that was featured a few weeks ago. We are anxiously awaiting that cookie's return! Cookies were good, says my daughter(I cant have them). Staff male went into a fit of rage, along with his female co-worker. I think both were at their breaking point working there, when I came all cheery. They both rage quit, kept flipping me the middle finger and dropped the F bomb I dont know how many times. I smiled and told them they arent really people persons, which only made them more furious and more middle fingers and more F bombs. The poor guy didnt know I pulled 20 in the service and his baby antics had no effect on me, I actually thought it was quite funny. He actually locked me out when he shouted something at me int he parking lot, so I came back to ask him what he needed. LOL. He slammed the door , locked it and flipped me off. The poor girl inside waiting on her order was probably freaking out. Long story short, cookies good, the two staff members not so good, but they both looked miserable there to begin with before I made my order with the sweet older lady that waited on me. Im assuming they were just looking for something to put them over the edge and apparently my chipperness was that something. Its ok to be liberal, but its not ok to be a (liberal or otherwise) raging lunitic. Ahhh, that was fun. read more

I tried for 30 minutes to order on the ap and could never get the code to enter. We went in to order, bunch of kids not caring about work, but I guess that's the norm now. Cookies that were to be sold "warm" were not. The pumpkin chocolate chip tasted like they were 3 days old and were missing ingredients. The frosted sugar cookie had a big hair in the frosting. The blueberry cheesecake were ok, again not fresh. My 14 year old said " I thought these were fresh made?" So we threw away $20 in cookies and was very disappointed. This franchise needs to get it together or unfortunately this won't last. read more

I've been hearing so many people talk about this place!! So I had to come give it a try. The store is very clean and neat inside. You can order on the tablet or with a worker there. It's a unique place where the cookie flavors change weekly. They have different flavors and kinds to pick from. I took away one star for the price. It was $15 for 4 cookies. They tasted good but not amazing for the price. I will try again when they have some cool flavors! read more

In the past I've have had good experience with Crumbl cookies, Mandarin location. However, on June 18 the half dozen I purchased were stale. They were not fresh cookies. I got them as a treat following lunch with my sisters. We all agreed it was unusual for them to taste so old. Very disappointing. Crumbl Cookie never disappoints. I got the brownie fudge cookie, regular chocolate chip, and apple pie! Although the cookies are extremely sweet and high in calories they are super delicious. Service is extremely fast and friendly. Overall a great business and i had a great experience. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The cookies are more like mini cakes and my kids love it. Be sure to get the cookie cutter. They are also very big so they last a while depending on your sweet tooth. read more
