Sadly this place has gone down, down, down in terms of customer service. It is not a case of an employee having an occasional bad day. They are all incredibly rude, condescending, demeaning and resentful of you should you expect them to assist you in even the smallest way. I asked them to box my order separating like for like product in their own box and I got an eye roll, a sigh and the comment " You are not serious are you?" I was going to treat my co-workers but given I was stretching myself financially I decided I did not want to put my hard earned money in their ungrateful pockets. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The two employees working during our visit would not even look up to acknowledge us and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. We were made to feel like a major inconvenience rather than valued customers. We purchased a box of cookies to bring as a special treat to a family gathering and were looking forward to sharing them. Every time I go to order cookies, they are sold out of the majority of their cookies. I have never been to a Crumbl that has been sold out like the Medford store. I've went to order at 9 in the morning and they're sold out. We waited over 35 minutes for our order. The self-order system is no longer an improvement when customers aren't helped properly. Instead of clearly presenting the cookies, boxes were simply handed over. When we had to ask for something, the staff member seemed annoyed. When we expressed our concerns about the wait and service, they turned around and walked away. Fun place to get big cookies in a fun pink box. I found the cookies to be way too sweet for the most part. I did get a pumpkin cookie that was more like a muffin so that was nice because it was not super sweet. The other cookies taste like sugar and butter to me. I do wish they added more cookie options that are not so sweet. My kids absolutely loved the cookies. I do think its a great price for what you get and its a fun novelty treat to get. read more

The kids working there never address the customer. They look down on cookies and never look up to assist you. I walked in today at 9:00a.m. To order a 12 box large of cookies and a six large cookie box for gifts. The visa machine would not work with any of my cards. The girls saw me struggling to get order through but didn't do anything until I said that it wasn't working. She comes over and tells me it's not working but the other machine does and tells me to do my order over. I walked out. A month ago same staff issues so rude to the customers. Every time I come here the experience just gets worse. They were out of multiple cookies, they didn't tell me I could order on their iPads so I stood there for an extra 5 minutes waiting to be helped, and then when I paid in cash they didn't have the change in pennies that was owed back to me. The service in Medford has gone down hill recently. Possible bad management? They are constantly running out of cookies..Orders for pickup take at least 40 minutes. No boxes are set up prior. They build the box per order. Also no multitasking. One order is completed at a time. It's hard to watch..I want to jump in and help. I understand ingredients run out but its not that. They have it but it's a hour wait. It seems like no one is prepping more when others are cooking. Last Tues I ordered a box of 4 cookies. Placed order drove 25 min,.got there had 8 orders infront on me..I waited 30 more min to be told they only has one of the 4 cookies i ordered..No credit but the price difference in cookies. I've been purchasing Crumbl cookies for a while now. It all started during the pandemic through DoorDash. They have rotating flavors with chocolate chip as a constant (used to also have a frosted sugar cookie consistently, but no longer). Their flavors are fun and decadent. I haven't experience the issue where they ran out of flavors when I ordered. This would have been a 5-star review, but their service is hit/miss. I prefer paying and ordering at the counter, call me old school. However, depending on who is at the counter, I can be met with a low-key attitude. If they don't want people ordering at their counter, they should close it so there is no other choice but the self service kiosk. Sometimes, it's not a big deal and the customer service is friendly. Just be aware there's a 50% chance of getting an attitude. Side note, sign up for the Crumbl app. There are ways to earn free points/cookies. They give 1 free cookie for your birthday if you are signed up. read more

My girls are Crumbl fans. I went to get them treat. I have been in several Crumbl locations and by far this one was the worst.
