Sadly this place has gone down, down, down in terms of customer service. It is not a case of an employee having an occasional bad day. They are all incredibly rude, condescending, demeaning and resentful of you should you expect them to assist you in even the smallest way. I asked them to box my order separating like for like product in their own box and I got an eye roll, a sigh and the comment " You are not serious are you?" I was going to treat my co-workers but given I was stretching myself financially I decided I did not want to put my hard earned money in their ungrateful pockets. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The two employees working during our visit would not even look up to acknowledge us and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. We were made to feel like a major inconvenience rather than valued customers. We purchased a box of cookies to bring as a special treat to a family gathering and were looking forward to sharing them. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed with what we received. In addition to the poor customer service, the cleanliness of the business was concerning. The countertops and other visible areas throughout the store appeared dirty and poorly maintained, creating an overall unclean and unprofessional atmosphere. To make matters worse, after paying $29.99 for a box of 12 cookies, we received packaging that was covered in chocolate residue and debris along the bottom and sides of the box. For the price paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a business serving food products. he service we received at Crumbl Cookies in Medford was beyond unacceptable. Yes, they were very busy, but there was no effort made to ensure orders were completed in a timely manner. We waited over 35 minutes for our order. The self-order system is no longer an improvement when customers aren't helped properly. Instead of clearly presenting the cookies, boxes were simply handed over. When we had to ask for something, the staff member seemed annoyed. When we expressed our concerns about the wait and service, they turned around and walked away. Every time I go to order cookies, they are sold out of the majority of their cookies. I have never been to a Crumbl that has been sold out like the Medford store. I've went to order at 9 in the morning and they're sold out. Fun place to get big cookies in a fun pink box. I found the cookies to be way too sweet for the most part. I did get a pumpkin cookie that was more like a muffin so that was nice because it was not super sweet. The other cookies taste like sugar and butter to me. I do wish they added more cookie options that are not so sweet. My kids absolutely loved the cookies. I do think its a great price for what you get and its a fun novelty treat to get. read more

The service in Medford has gone down hill recently. Possible bad management? They are constantly running out of cookies..Orders for pickup take at least 40 minutes. No boxes are set up prior. They build the box per order. Also no multitasking. One order is completed at a time. It's hard to watch..I want to jump in and help. I understand ingredients run out but its not that. My most recent visit was disappointing as the store was so dirty, the workers looked very tired, a kiosk was down, and the cookies a little more sloppy. I've been purchasing Crumbl cookies for a while now. It all started during the pandemic through DoorDash. They have rotating flavors with chocolate chip as a constant (used to also have a frosted sugar cookie consistently, but no longer). Their flavors are fun and decadent. I haven't experience the issue where they ran out of flavors when I ordered. This would have been a 5-star review, but their service is hit/miss. I prefer paying and ordering at the counter, call me old school. However, depending on who is at the counter, I can be met with a low-key attitude. If they don't want people ordering at their counter, they should close it so there is no other choice but the self service kiosk. Sometimes, it's not a big deal and the customer service is friendly. Just be aware there's a 50% chance of getting an attitude. Side note, sign up for the Crumbl app. There are ways to earn free points/cookies. This location is by far the worst crumble i've ever seen or been to. The store is filthy, half the kiosks don't work or look like they've been ripped out of the wall. i've ordered online multiple times and every single time i go into the store, they are either out of toppings or cookies. most of the employees will stand there and talk while they make one person fill all the orders. don't come here unless you want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for some mid quality cookies and terrible service. read more
