Delicious food (especially the quiche!), with a cute color scheme and plenty of seating. The staff were absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing place! The food is the best you will ever have!!! You can't even tell it's gluten free! The people working there are incredibly kind and your food comes fast! There is indoor and outdoor seating and it feels like a loving home. We went here every day on our Ashland trip and will continue to do so when we return! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I love Vida!!!!

I placed a delivery order online for a birthday cake as well as some cookies! Clayton was super kind and understanding, and the cake was delivered on time. I'm so grateful for the outstanding service I received. I recommend supporting this business if you ever need a yummy dessert delivery!

Been coming here every time we pass through Ashland and it has the best gluten free pastries and coffee! My favorite is their Americano or an espresso. I usually get their blueberry corn muffin or poppyseed which is super yummy! Also their sweet potato loaf bread is my all time favorite and a must try! Every time we're in there, the staff is so friendly and kind and the energy is so good! They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's a super nice casual spot to check out! 100% would recommend!

They offered a free cookie or drink while they remade the order that had not been made to the clients request that was a fair misunderstanding. And I would suggest to the client that they check theit watch because I know that the 1 hour time line that was complained about was unfairly inaccurate. A small business like this depends on fair and accurate reviews. I suggest that people that care will read all the reviews before making any decisions for a terrific dinning experience. Since I only had time for about one meal in Ashland, and there are so many interesting sounding places, it was hard to pick one. I chose Ruby's because there is a diner by the same name that I love in Santa Barbara. Also, the menu looked decent on Yelp. The chipotle chicken sandwich featured marinated dark chicken meat topped with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and coleslaw. The flavor of the chicken and the coleslaw was so bomb, and complemented each other perfectly. The bread was kind of like a small French roll. Very soft, fresh, and tasty. It didn't come with any sides, but the price was reasonable, and just the sandwich was enough for me. The inside of the restaurant was very small and cozy. I had planned to go outside when my food came up, but I was so hungry, and it looked so good, I ended up devouring it right there. I barely even had time to snap a pic of half of my sandwich at the "Forever Alone" booth where I was sitting. Staff was friendly and the ambiance was quirky but cute. As a plus, this is a great area to just walk around and explore all the local stores and scenery for a few hours or so. Would def stop by here again if there weren't a million other great sounding places to explore within a quarter-mile radius.

The ambiance alone is great for spending time with your bookstore purchases. The service was friendly and quick. It was just the one guy when we were there, making coffees and running into the kitchen to make food. But it didn't take long to get our order. The kids had a steamer and a hot cocoa. They were a little warm for immediate drinking so maybe specify if you want your beverage less than normal hot for kids. The cocoa also had a bit of a cinnamon flavor to it. I thought it was delicious, but if you have a purist cocoa drinker in your party, again, ask! The adults drank drip coffee. It was tasty too! If you are staying in, you will get a ceramic mug, so if you want a paper cup let your barista know. The big win for me was the menu of gluten free pastries! They had regular glutinous things like burritos and quiche that looked tasty but the gluten free!!!! They partner with a bakery in town (sisters sans gluten) to have a variety of offerings. I had a poppyseed muffin, but they had other breads and muffins that all looked good. The offerings change, but I was so excited to see gf options at all. Highly recommend this spot! Also!!! They open at 9 with the bookstore, which is a full hour before the other shops on Main Street. Start your day here. You won't be sorry.

There are tables for groups from 2-6. They also had some pinball and other games in the back (as well as some board games in a side room). We didn't find out the ins and outs of the games, but it makes it feel like a place you are welcome to stay at for a while. They had a great kids menu. Our girls both wanted pizza and the observant server recommended they share a pizza because they are not small. It was accurate and kept us from having a whole leftover pizza, even though the prices were reasonable and it would have been a good value. The two adults shared the spicy cauliflower from the appetizer menu and the quesacarnitas tacos. Both were seasoned well, very flavorful, and all around delicious. The cauliflower wasn't super spicy, but it was super tasty so we weren't mad. The place is a brewery but we had cocktails. My husband said it was the best margarita he had on our trip and tasted like it was made with quality ingredients. My Paloma was also good! Overall, we were super pleased with our visit. Gluten free items are marked clearly and there is also a gluten free bun and pizza crust to choose from.
