Came in to grab my weekly minis. Service today was great! The girls that were working were super sweet! I was excited to get my treats. Unfortunately, half of my cookies were undercooked. With my new kidney, I unfortunately couldn't eat the whole cookie since it was raw. Service was great compared to the last couple visits here. Hopefully my next round of cookies will be cooked all the way through so I can enjoy all of it. read more

The good: I was able to place an online order very easily and picked them up shortly! My kids loved the cookies! The not so great: I haven't ordered in a while, but last time I remember them showing me my cookies before handing them off. It wasn't until I got home that I realized our order was wrong. I don't usually write reviews, but staff was so rude and could not be bothered to help us. I noticed my cookie was all broken and there was frosting all over the outside of the box so I asked for a new one kindly. The kid working said "that's just how it is" and then would not speak to us when I showed him how messy it was. Just some of the worst customer I've seen. Cookies are always good but it's just a bummer to be treated that way by staff. read more

I go for the cookies, obviously. But I have to say -- this location's service has been sub-par most times I've gone. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and tried going on different days and ordering different ways. I don't think they check online orders often, because every time I order online, I end up waiting longer than those that stand in line and get theirs right away. Tonight was probably the 12th time I've gone, and they didn't even have my order in their queue. Maybe a tech thing? Regardless, you go for the cookies and undergo the wait at this location. Also, I used to work retail and watched someone get fired once for having a VERY private conversation loud enough for customers to hear. That's happened multiple times here, so highly recommend employees wait until it's empty to air the laundry ;). read more

Worse customer service ever!! I felt like I was disturbing their gossiping session. I went in to grab a DoorDash order and they completely ignored me. When I politely asked for my DoorDash order, I was very rudely told to wake because they were busy. I apologized and told them "oh sorry, but it says that my DoorDash order is ready for pick up and my customer is waiting." She then ignored me and started to help 5 other customers, meanwhile I could see my customers pre made order just sitting there. Thanks for the great customer service... read more

These cookies are so rich that I only ever need one to share and I only need it about once a month! Well worth stopping in as the flavors offered rotate on a regular basis. The last time I went I got a key lime sugar cookie and I was really pleasantly surprised! I like key lime pie so I wasn't sure how this was going to stack up, but the key lime icing was just the right amount of sour/sweet and not overboard in thickness. Be sure to stop in! read more

I think crumbl cookies are pretty good and worth a splurge if they have super amazing line up for the week. We've gotten cookies a couple times from here and used the curbside option and had our cookies brought out in minutes upon our arrival. The cookies are seriously huge. Positive: cookies are good Negatives: No customer service at all. You walk up and there is a screen you can put your order in on. Is it really too much of a hassle to have someone taking orders? I wasn't greeted or talked to at all. One of the cookies said it was out of stock on the computer but they were sitting on a tray on the counter. When I got my order I asked why it said out of stock and the guy said "they are out of stock. They need to be refrigerated". Really, they are sitting on the counter and you could have been selling them. Makes no sense to me! The whole experience felt very impersonal. read more
