We were really annoyed at the fact that their curbside pick up was down until 7pm, so we decided to try again around 7:30-8pm. Come to find out, it was still down. We were really annoyed and disappointed, but that didn't stop us from waiting in a 30 minute line outside in the pouring rain then another 20 minutes in line inside the store. We ordered a box of 12- Oreo, key lime, chocolate chip, hazelnut, and cornbread. To be quite honest, I was so excited to try them all. I thought I couldn't go wrong with ordering their chocolate chip cookie, but I was wrong... I was really disappointed as it didn't have much flavor to it. The cornbread was dry. The hazelnut nut was delicious and the Oreo was the best of all! Oreo was hands down my favorite one and I'm so sad they rotate the menu every week and offer four different specialty flavors. If they had Oreo every week, I wouldn't mind traveling over an hour and a half to and from. Overall, this is a great spot to grab and go. Perfect way to end the night. We sure didn't need 12 cookies, but we had to since we were there and we waited in the 2 lines in the rain for nearly an hour. Again, really disappointed with the curbside pick up feature. I love Crumbl Cookies, always hits the spot when I need something sweet. The Methuen staff are always very pleasant and quick. I love the chocolate chip cookie. I say even more because the prices are already higher than the Nashua NH location. It's $13.48 without tax for 4 cookies in MA vs. $10.98 in NH. You can get a 6 pack for $15.78 without tax in NH, but to "build your own" 6-pack by getting a 4-pack and 2 add ons in MA it would be $21.44!!) -The frostings are incredibly sugary and detract from the flavor of the base cookie. I ended up just taking it off. -The website shows mini cookies, but they don't seem to be available at this or the neighboring NH location. I hope they'll be added soon! read more

There are multiple ways to place an order (online and in-store), and COVID safety practices were followed as best as possible. I've had more than a few bad experiences with this location recently. I've had a couple of my delivery orders show up completely wrong and just last night I had my order show up wrong again, this time they were out of a cookie and instead of calling me to ask which replacement one I wanted or if I even still wanted the order they just gave me a random one that I definitely didn't want. I'm sorry but for $30 for 4 cookies to be delivered you need to make sure you're getting it right or calling the customer if you don't have something available. I was just here to get a free cookie on free cookie day. I stood in line for roughly 40-45 minutes. The line was long but manageable. It was so worth the wait. I got a chocolate chip cookie and it was huge. It's like a Mrs. Fields on steroids. There's nothing like fresh from the oven cookies. It has a soft center,gooey chocolate chips that melt in your mouth, and the right amount of crunch on the edges. Perfection! Will definitely be back to try other flavors.
