So good! The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean. The store is very tech savvy and the ordering process is seamless. You can even do curbside pick up. Crumbl is ok- nothing to write home about. Sure, the cookies are massive and can be easily shared among 4 people, but that's about it. I tried the following cookie flavors: Oreo, Butterfinger, Lemon, and Chocolate Chip. Surprisingly enough, the chocolate chip was my least favorite in the bunch- not much flavor to it and the chocolate chips were too sweet (is it all milk chocolate?). The Butterfinger and lemon cookies were decently good, but not $4 good, I think. Now that I've tried out the place and a few of their cookies to see what the hype is about, don't think I will be coming back. read more

I went there and got 4 cookies, they were really undercooked, basically raw. I said "whatever I'll be fine, I spent almost $20 so I can't let them go to waste." BIG MISTAKE. I had food poisoning so bad that I needed to go to the ER. I was throwing up for almost a week. After getting some tests done they found out I had salmonella poisoning from eating undercooked eggs due to undercooked cookies. I spent thousands on an ER visit all because these idiots can't cook a cookie properly. Do better before more people get sick. read more

It's so delicious. They observe all Covid precautions and bring the tray of cookies even to your car. It was great with the variety that they give. I kind of wish they had more of a variety since each flavor can be seasonal. But overall great experience looking forward to my next trip read more

I don't know where to begin, we went in tonight and got 5 cookies. A couple chocolate chip, a frosted sugar, and a couple PB chocolate chip. They were by far the best cookies we've ever had. Will absolutely return. They are almost $4 a cookie, but we'll worth it for special treats. read more

Five stars for the cookies...they are deeelicious! Two stars for experiences at the business. First visit, we were told there was a problem with the ovens, try again another day, business was closed. Maybe a coupon or some type of comp would have been appropriate? Second visit I ordered two cookies, paid with a $20 bill and was handed $7 and a bunch of nickels as change. I told the young man working as cashier that the change seemed incorrect. He struggled and struggled and struggled to figure out how much change was due. I've been here a few times since the opening day and I was very disappointed in my latest encounter. I probably will not be visiting again. I walked in and ordered a single cookie on their kiosk. There were a few people waiting already and a couple of people entered and ordered after I had already ordered. Everyone waiting before me and everyone that had arrived after me got their cookies. It seemed they forgot about my order. So I went up to someone and asked politely about the status of my cookie. The lady walked away and then continued to pack online orders and I did not see her looking for my order or cookie at all. More time goes by and so I asked another employee and this time they actually look into my order and inform me that somehow my order was forgotten. I get it. It happens. No problem. What I'm incredibly disappointed in is the fact the first person didn't look into my order at all and I had to ask twice before my order was made. I think that is pretty unacceptable and I am not understanding why the first person did not care enough to look into why my order hadn't been made yet. read more

Great concept but no product. Every time I have tried to get one of the "rotating" flavor cookies, they are sold out. I have tried every day this week to get a German chocolate to no avail. They didn't run out, they just dont have those special flavors and assume people will settle for the basics. They also keep showing ice cream available on their Facebook page, however they are not currently offering any ice cream. We were told that they "have ice cream, they just can't sell it yet." As we stood there they were taking cookies out of the oven in flavors that they told us were not available!! I don't get this business but I won't waste my time and money here. They don't seem to know what they are doing. read more

It's not even NORMAL how much I love these cookies. I found them in Arizona when I lived out there and when my family flew in I HAD to take them all the Crumbl to show off what Massachusetts was missing. Once I moved back to Boston and found out Crumbl was opening I nearly lost my marbles, and drove over AN HOUR to purchase over $100 worth of cookies. The flavors change every week for people like me who change my mind a dozen times a day and the Instagram videos are weekly serotonin vibes. First of all their cookies are amazing but their service is absolutely outstanding. Door dash messed up my delivery as they usually do I called the store and one of the workers (who I think might of been the manager) he came and personally hand delivered them to me!! This place is ridiculous! In the best way possible! I've been 3 or 4 times now, and every time I've been in, the employees have been friendly, the atmosphere has been great, and the cookies are exactly as pictured. Unquestionably the best cookies I've ever had. I'm so glad we now have one so close to home. Sorry, no pictures, they're ways a big hit in my house! So far, the chocolate chip, red velvet cream cheese, and chilled cookies and cream milkshake have been my favorites. Definitely worth the money in my opinion read more
