I ordered the party box for 4 people - my eyes were bigger than my stomach, that's for sure The cookies were warm and ginormous. One cookie could fit in my entire palm. About twice a month we buy a 12 pack to enjoy with our family or friends. We get two of each featured flavor. I am not kidding when I say the 12 pack easily feeds 16 people. The cookies are HUGE. We cut each cookie into four pieces - people typically taking 2-3 pieces. My family favorites are: carrot cake, corn bread, key lime, cookie dough apple pie, chocolate chocolate chip, s'mores, oatmeal raisin & frosted sugar. Used to come here quite often and then stopped when the novelty wore off. Was in the neighborhood and figured I'd try them again. Put in an order to be picked up at 1:30. I arrived at 1:35. No one called my name. It wasn't until 1:55 PM that I asked if there was an order for me, and they said "oh I'll go look for that." It was clear the box had been set aside, partly filled on the counter. They did not open the box to show me the contents before leaving. I was frustrated at the amount of time it took, and didn't look myself. When I arrived home 15 minutes later, I opened the box to what, in retrospect, should not have been a surprise: a mistaken order. If I could rate between numbers, I would have Crumbl at a 3.5 FWIW. I'll also say upfront: the cookies are good. I have had the opportunity to try Crumbl Cookies on 3 different instances now, so I feel like my taste is accurate and my experience is fair. Based on taste alone, I'd put them between a 4-4.25. They're good, but not a 5 or beyond like you might be tempted to believe. This is 100% a Hype Train that is running hot on the tracks. Try them in a couple of months and I'm sure you'll think the same thing. I'm not really a fan of the rotating selection; especially with only 6 different varieties. Can you imagine walking into the best donut shop in the world and them saying, "Here are your choices--there are 6." Same thing for an ice cream shop. Pizza place. Bar. Name it. If you tell me, "THIS is amazing" it better have a tad more than 6 different flavors. Of the 6 we got on our most recent trip, the Oreo milkshake is great, the chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookies, & Biscoff were good, the Neapolitan was meh, and the Orange Julius was bad. Two instances I've tried previously were people swinging by from work because they were excited to try them. The cookies were roughly the same mixture on quality, but I also didn't have to wait in line etc. "Nice cookies" I thought, but not blown away. Our most recent visit was due to us visiting friends and wanting to swing by to give another shot. We placed an order 2 hours in advance and they were ready when we got there. For the 60 people that were waiting in the store, I would be furious if this is what I waited for. Like... they're slightly better than average cookies. If you don't order ahead, that's your own problem, but you will regret it. You've probably heard friends mention them or seen them with an ad on Instagram, but give it a month or two and wait to try until then. I can't see a reason to make a special trip for them and, frankly, I'll probably include a trip to Donna's Gourmet Cookies instead because it's local and tastes better. read more

In general, my favorite cookie is a chocolate chip cookie, and, while Crumbl wins for presentation (warm from the oven in a beautiful pink box,) their chocolate chip cookies are an illusion. The taste just isn't there. The cookies are huge and soft, but need sugar or brown sugar or butter or something to give them flavor. As my husband said, for $4 a cookie, he was eating them anyway. We also tried the sugar cookies, which were delicious. My only complaint was the icing (always the best part) on the sugar cookies we got only covered the very center (very small) part of the cookie. read more

Their cookies are amazing!! They change their menu every week, and offer approximately 6 different flavors a day. Some are served warm, and others are served cooled. This allows everybody to find something they love! The cookies come in single orders, 4 pack, or by a dozen. As an FYI, they are rather pricey so maybe not an every day treat. Crumbl cookies is a unique cookie shop as it offers a weekly lineup of different flavors. I started eating their cookies in Columbus and now I live way closer to them in Oakley. It's been tough going to Crumbl as the cookie lineup hasn't been appealing to my tastebuds, but I'll say that the staff is always nice when I come in. It's only been a few weeks that Crumbl in Oakley has been open to the public and it has quickly become a hot spot in town. If you go during the afternoon or evening, expect there to be a line. Pro Tip: go around 8-10AM for faster service, all menu options, and no line. I personally enjoy all of the specialty cookies just because of the unique flare and buttery-soft goodness in each bite. The cookies are massive and are easily shareable. Crumbl changes their flavors up weekly so you can always try something new! This location in particular gives away their left over cookies at the end of the day to a local homeless shelter. read more

I will start by saying this review is completely my opinion. We visited because my daughter wanted to check out the Tik Tok trend. We waited in line for about 30-45 minutes. When we finally got in they were out of chocolate chip so we had to wait about 10 more minutes. I do not mind the wait if it's worth it. But, we were very disappointed. We got one of each of the six flavors and we just didn't like any of them. We actually ended up throwing them all away. The sour patch sugar cookie is possibly the best cookie I've ever had, I'm a huge sugar cookie fan. The chocolate chip cookie is best warmed in the microwave and reminds you sorta of a cake cookie with just the right amount of sweetness. I'm not sure what type of chocolate they are using but they've got it exactly right. The Kit Kat cookie was surprisingly delicious. See...I told y'all these cookies made me fall off the wagon. The peanut butter butterfinger is good but a bit too rich, you only need to eat half in one sitting. The chocolate cake heath was my least favorite but that's also not my favorite candy bar. *DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE* Yesterday 8/23/22 I had the unpleasant experience of visiting the Crumbl Cookies establishment located at 3321 Vandercar Way Cincinnati, Ohio 45209 for the first time. Upon entering the store around 1:12 pm I stood in front of the pick-up counter since I was picking up a DoorDash order. The store was occupied by 6 or 7 other customers at the time: not too busy. As I stood at the pick-up counter for nearly 7 minutes I watched as a Crumbl employee waited on two ladies that were there before me; having an upbeat, friendly attitude about her while she assisted them. As she waited on the two ladies, I noticed she was making every effort to NOT make any eye contact with me, as to avoid interacting with me. After the two ladies were taken care of, I thought I would be waited on next. That was not the case, I was left standing at the counter by myself: clearly visible to the staff. I was blatantly ignored by the girl that previously waited on the two ladies before me at the same pick-up counter that I stood at for almost 7 minutes. During my entire time in the store not one staff member interacted with me, spoke to me, or even acknowledged my presence. I never received so much as a "Hi, are you here to pick up an order?" Hi, we'll be right with you? How can I help you? Nothing! I don't appreciate the DISCRIMINATORY staff member that Crumbl has employed at this location. Since when does a staff member get to pick and choose who they want to wait on or not? That's completely UNACCEPTABLE! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWELCOMING and DESPICABLE behavior! Staff members are a HUGE reflection of the business and its image. Hiring incredibly IGNORANT staff members can have a detrimental effect on the way the business is perceived by patrons. As a first-time visitor I have no intentions of personally patronizing a business that cannot acknowledge my physical presence inside their establishment for a whole 7 minutes, or longer. It's possible I may attempt another DoorDash delivery from this location, in the not so near future. But as for delectable treats to indulge in, I'd opt for and recommend: BUSKEN BAKERY (Springdale location), SERVATII PASTRY SHOP, NOTHING BUNDT CAKES, THE BONBONERIE, INSOMNIA COOKIES, SUGAR, or MAKERS BAKERS Co. After my 7-minute wait, I left the store without a word spoken but with every intention of sharing my NEGATIVE experience. I don't eat sugar, so I'm kind of a weird person to review a cookie shop, but my boyfriend was Jones-ing for some sugar and the lady who owns Grammies Sweets down in Covington spoke highly of this place. I was going crazy taking a lot of pictures for this review when the manager asked if I had any questions. All Crumbl Cookies are independent franchises and they pay their employees $18-20 an hour at this location so they have no problems getting employees. This is a store that franchisee owners can train it. They have a menu of 170 cookies and only make about 10 different ones on any given day (but they always have chocolate chip!) They were $4.00 a cookie and my boyfriend got an Oreo one and a sugar cookie type with fruit on it. He has lots of self control, so they lasted days taking them bite by bite and putting them back in the fridge. He gives them high taste ratings! I took off a point for high cost. The manager said we came at a good time because in about an hour there would have been lines running out of the building. The store was clean and bright and the employees looked happy. If this your cup of tea, you will thoroughly enjoy it! read more
