I buy a lot of Crumbl for marketing and I've been to several locations in several states. I was from out of town and stopped by to make a drop before I left town. There was nobody at the registers so I placed my order at the kiosk. It wasn't fast and the dude who threw that cookies on the table and had a face like there was no place else he wanted to be less left a memorable impression. I was having second thoughts about leaving this review until I saw the frosting all over the box and now the interior of my car. Now I get to clean the interior of my car. The cookies are a hot mess. I know it's hard finding good workers but you'd be better off closing than letting this guy ruin your reputation and brand. read more

Came here a second time and they are literally sold out of some cookies. The staff is very friendly, but these cookies are NOT good for you and the company hides it. They state a serving is, let's say, 250 calories, and that's fine, right? Hypothetically, yes, but that's a sliver of the cookie. And y'all KNOW you are not eating just a sliver of it; no, you are eating the whole thing, and probably more than one cookie, and here comes a stomach ache... Lesson learned for me... My stomach was aching for days afterwards, which pushed me to do some research. No wonder my body hated me; I probably consumed 3K calories in one sitting. read more

I know that people like to say Crumbl cookies are overrated or overpriced but here is the thing. They are BIG delicious, fresh, interesting, quality cookies. They, in my opinion, are amazing. They always have a rotating line of cookies to keep things interesting, fresh, and exciting. The cookies are big and delicious. I am in love with them. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient. Ordering is easy and they have an awesome loyalty program. I do wish they would have napkins on hand, I think it is weird that a food place doesn't offer napkins, especially for cookies (something that is often well, crumbly, and can be messy). So, to all the haters. Yes, they are "expensive" for 5.00 a cookie but so are cupcakes, donuts, milkshakes, coffee drinks, candy bars, ice cream cones. It is all expensive. So choose what YOU want to spend YOUR money on and be happy. For me? That is absolutely going to be a Crumbl cookie. read more

Not even 5pm and they are already sold out of multiple options. If you are driving over a half hour like I did make sure to order online first before you waste an hour! Others before and after me walked in and right back out for the same reason. When we walked in not a single employee greeted us. There were boxes on the floor and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. When we have gone there in the past, there has always been an employee to take our order, so after standing there getting ignored, we eventually realized that we were needing to order the cookies on our own. The girl that called out my name, once our cookies were ready, was covered in hickeys, and did not look profesional. She asked me if they looked okay, and then closed the box after I said yes, then turned and walked away. When we got home to our overpriced cookies, they were raw in the middle. A friend and I went Saturday afternoon for our free T-Mobile cookie. Both cookies were hard! Disappointing experience.

It's ok not the best not the worst would try again soon . A bit on the pricy side for a cookie but a nice treat for sure.

Employees are unpleasant and do not understand the order ahead system. Hopefully these issues can be worked out since this location is new.

This review is based purely on service and ambiance. Unfortunately, I walked out without buying any cookies because I couldn't figure out how to buy them. I walked inside to what looked like 8 people ahead of me. There appeared to be 2 employees working behind the counter. It looked like they were busy working on orders. Nobody greeted me, which is understandable with how busy it was, but the process was extremely confusing for a new customer. While waiting in line I saw two counters. One said pickup and the other said order. Due to the placement of the line, lack of signage, and customer service I had no idea if the line of people were waiting to order or pickup. So I waited there for a few minutes before I decided the wait was more than I bargained for. After leaving I found out they have self service kiosks that you enter your order into. There was no signage in the store explaining this. I even looked for it after I suspected that was the case. I probably would have stayed and entered my order on the kiosk if there had been better signage explaining the ordering process. read more
