I usually love this place and stop by randomly to pick up a single delicious cookie for myself or as a gift. Today the cashier got mad that I did not tip enough and gave me this mess. Incorrect frosting and the blackberry jam was all over the inside and outside of the box. I watched her as she showed all the customers before me their cookie and ask if it looked good, then she just kinda handed me this gross box and left. I have to wonder why I wasn't asked if my cookie was acceptable. I just dont think I should have to tip 3 dollars on a 4 dollar cookie to get a clean box. Gross read more

Really not a fan of the cookies. I love a warm chocolate chip cookie but I like flavor over size. The specialty cookies are just too much. Feels like sugar is the only flavor they want to portray. This whole place is too good to be true. The product speaks for itself. The cookies here are like an iphone 15 and make other cookies seem like... an abacus (which is worse is even a worse phone than a flip phone). Steer clear of the mini-combo pack. The three pack is more money than the single cookie but smaller in size with all three cookies combined. They were so thin I had to eat them with a spoon because they could not be picked up. For $7 I expected to get more out of the 3-pack even if it was mini's. Love Crumbl Cookies!! This was my first time to this location and I observed some things that need to be addressed. Mostly teenagers working in this location at the time I was there (4pm midweek). One girl was eating cookies while making them and boxing orders and then handing them to the customer. Another was boxing cookies while wiping and touching her face. My daughters worked in the restaurant industry for years and it was a definite rule that you did not eat while working unless you were on a break. And, you definitely don't wipe your face when working with and prepping food. The cookies were delicious I just think a more attentive manager needs to be on the scene and better training provided. read more

I'm a cookie addict. I've never tried any of the other locations as I'm still fairly new to Colorado. I love the cookies there, the flavors change every week but they have a couple staples that are always there (like my favorite, chocolate chip) The cookies are nice and big. Always served warm and soft in the middle. I ordered a small container (not sure if it was a quart or pint) of the cookies and cream ice cream and it was just so-so. They're main thing is the cookies so I'd stick with that. The only complaint is their staff could be a little bit more welcoming. There were like 10 girls in there this morning when I went and wasn't greeted at all. I'm not expecting a red carpet or even small talk but the whole process was very transactional and it seems to be the case every time. read more
