I love Crumbl Cookies! On this particular day I had ordered ahead, cookies and ice cream, but when I got there the teenagers working there had not ensured they baked enough cookies, they ran out, so many of us had to wait for our orders, that was a little disappointing! However, worth the wait, the cookies were yummy, the flavors were amazing and my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our treat with some coffee when we returned to the house! This was the first time my parents, both in their 80's, had experienced Crumbl, so it was nice that they really enjoyed them! My moms favorite was the chocolate chip and my dads was the Bavarian Cream! The ice cream is soooo good, we chose vanilla bean and peanut butter crunch, so good and the perfect size! If you have not tried Crumbl Cookes, you are missing out, such a treat, the only reason this location is getting four stars is due to the wait, when I pre-ordered! read more

Crumbl Cookies are good, but I had a bad experience that I thought was very rude. I went to the Parker store and purchased a single cookie, for around $4.80, with cash. The employee flipped the payment screen around, with the tip amounts listed, and then took my cash. After the "zero" tip amount the next available tip amount is $2, and then it goes up from there. There is no way I am giving a 40% tip for a single cookie. The employee stood there and said I "have to pick something." I am like WTF... I am paying with cash... not a credit or debit card. I have never experienced anything like this from another store when paying with cash. I think this is very rude to try to force tips from customers; tipping should be optional based on service and experience, not forced. read more

I wanted to complain through literally any other outlet but it seems this is the only way to let a specific store know about an issue. Today about 3pm I came to this location in Parker, CO and got a cookie 4-pack. As I waited for my order I saw a young man 16-20 years old come from the back, toss some food into his mouth from a gloved hand and then proceed to plunge his hands into what appeared to be a giant bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough and mix it. A timer/buzzer went off on an oven behind him, another employee yelled a name that sounded like "Eric" and he turned around to tend to the oven. I get it teenagers are gross and most that work in fast food are careless, but could someone please remind "Eric" that he's in an open kitchen with patrons who can observe his behavior. Eating from your gloved hand and then shoving it into food is still pretty gross. :( read more

I have had Crumbl cookies a few times over the last couple months at work and have greatly enjoyed them, so last week I finally decided to stop in and get some cookies with the family. My kid's eyes lit up when she size the five or six different flavors that were available that night. We picked 2 cookies to share between the 2 of us and we were not disappointed. They are warm and the flavor is on point. 2 cookies was too much for 3 people, but that was what made it fun and unique. Each location has different quality cookies. This place has young teens who don't pay attention to what they are doing. They need to use hairnets. Also this kid opened the door with his gloves, took money at the register and handled the cookies without changing gloves. We were so grossed out we left. read more

Wow!!!!! This place deserves above a 5 star rating imho!!!!! We have been to other locations in CO and the cookies never disappoint! Always warm, fresh & delicious cookies! What totally makes the difference here is the customer service! I'm sorry but don't want to be judgmental but as on older adult when I walk into most places and see a bunch of high school age employees I never expect to receive very good service nor much respect. Without a doubt these kids have been trained well and have a passion for cookies and customer service. We visited Monday evening and here there were a bright, hardworking caring group of kids who answered a million and one questions for us!! :) They were kind, polite and even spoke highly of the owner/company they work for....truly a group of young adults proud to represent their place of employment! It was incredibly nice to experience! Wish we could remember names better....but lol that's what happens when u get old....memory isn't a strong suit! Haha!!!! I ordered for curbside pickup about 30 minutes before close which I typically don't do but was just one of those days. I got there 5-10 minutes later and when I arrived it looked like the coworkers had invited all of their friends in or something? I remember the feeling of closing as a teen and feeling like slacking off in the last half hour, but there was about 10 teenagers in there giving us the stink eye and some even pointing and laughing when we pulled up. they were all throwing food at eachother and goofing around so thank god I did curbside because I would dread going in there. this wouldn't be so bad if we didn't have to wait 20 minutes after arriving for the food as well, and then getting a monotone "sorry for the wait" and then ignoring me when I said "thanks have a nice night". just overall bad vibes which sucks bc I love crumbls :( read more

I ordered 5 dozen cookies for pick-up at 10 am. I was running a little late so I didn't arrive to the shop until 10:45. I expected my order would be ready and carried out to me shortly after I arrived. I now have been sitting here for 25 minutes and am still waiting for my order. I popped my head into the store to ask for an update about 10 minutes ago, and was told they were working on my order now. It totally defeats the purpose of ordering in advance if the order isn't ready at your pick-up time. I placed my order almost 24 hours ago. Now I'm running late to a meeting because of the delay. Being pregnant and with a young toddler, I used their curbside delivery option- which I really appreciate being available. Unfortunately, after 40 minutes of waiting, I had to call and ask if I could take my toddler home and come back because the online order tracker indicated that my order hadn't even been started yet. At that point they told me that one of the cookies I ordered was now out of stock. I chose a replacement and 5 minutes later received my order, with a duplicate since only 3 varieties were available at that point. I'm going to make this short, customer service is atrocious at this location. We've had several times we've received "raw cookies" they don't listen to the customer. The manager told me the cookies are to be crispy on the outside gooey inside. These were raw. The manager has informed me I will be getting a refund. I'm still waiting. I sent several emails only to have a empty responses from someone that didn't feel the need to "sign" their name to the email. Our family had been craving cookies and were overly excited to see there was a Crumbl in Parker. And with our vehicle being in the shop and it too cold to have a evening bike ride we decided to order delivery. We started having issues within the app and tried the website with it saying our CC had the incorrect zip code. Called the store and spoke with Kolton I believe. Very patient and understanding young man. Told him our issues and frustrations and he helped us out tremendously with we were experiencing and gave us free delivery with some delicious cookies we had wanted! We will definitely be back! Not just for the delicious cookies but because of the over and beyond customer service! Our delivery girl Savy was awesome! I went into Crumbl Cookies in Parker yesterday. I have been in many times and love the cookies. Everyone was always so positive and welcoming until recently... I walked out feeling mortified. As we waited for our food a young lady, I believe her name was Olivia as I saw on her name tag... kept glaring at my friend and I and proceeded to roll her eyes. As she approached us with our order she very rudely and aggressively handed us the cookies, she said "here's your order" with what sounded like a very sarcastic toned voice and proceeded to roll her eyes again. As we exited, we turned around and saw her walk back to her coworkers where they patted her on the back and all began to laugh. Unacceptable and ruined our experience at Crumbl Cookies. read more

Ordered online for curbside pickup two days in advance. Arrived in the specified curbside pickup parking spot and employee came out to tell me that they had ran out of 5 (same flavor) of the 12 cookies I had ordered. This surprised me because I pre-ordered them two days prior, so they knew my order and I figured they would have planned for this...not to mention I had already paid for these cookies since it was an online order. They offered me a refund or an exchange for other cookies. The next day I called this location to speak to the manager and give feedback about how it didn't make sense to sell out of a specific flavor that had been pre-ordered, since they should be able to plan for pre-orders. The manager told me that it is corporate policy to prioritize walk-in customers over online pre-orders, so even if you order online , they will sell the cookies you select for your box to walk-in customers instead of setting them aside for your online order. I am shocked that this would be called a corporate policy when in the yelp reviews of the Greenwood Village Crumbl location do not seem to have this problem. The manager did give me free 4 cookies due to my dissatisfied experience, but I think it is important for online pre-order customers to know that they aren't guaranteed to receive the cookies they choose for their box. If I had known this, I could have walked into the store in the morning to have a better chance at receiving the cookies I wanted. Disappointing policy. read more

Was so excited to see them putting in a store in Parker. Waited patiently for their opening date and tried to order online but could not get order to confirm. Went in to talk to them and employee said I could not order in advance at the store. Needed a 4 pack for the following date. She told me I needed to download an App. Downloaded the app and ordered from the parking lot because the employee would not help me. I then ordered 9 boxes on that same Wednesday to pick up on Thursday for our neighborhood friends. Made flavor selections for each box and paid for them. When I went the next day to pick them up I checked in and then waited over an hour. Finally went inside to be told they did not have any of the flavors I had chosen. I got whatever was leftover that no one else wanted. Very disappointed. Ruined my plan to surprise our neighbors with a delicious treat to uplift everyone's spirits during the pandemic. read more
