Delicious! Crumbl Cookies recently opened at the Pebble Hills location, and although there were many eager customers awaiting their orders, things moved quickly. Upon entering, there is a friendly door greeter, and she guided us to the kiosk to place our order. There are six types of cookies to choose from. Given the size of each cookie, they are reasonably priced. We placed our order, and less than five minutes later, we received it. The cookies were fresh out of the oven, and were heavenly! I am absolutely OBSESSED with Crumbl, it's dangerous for my health! Every Crumbl I've been to always has a great display of cookie samples of the week and set up for the order kiosk or directly at the front desk. Most times, I'm greeted immediately upon walking in which is always so pleasant. Their cookies are always so delicious so that's quite literally never an issue. A few months ago, I ordered a box of 4 through the app ordering and added a Thank you sticker to it. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend so I paid an extra $1 for it. I also decided I should tip them because I always have the best service from them, so I added that as well. Ultimately the box I received was fulled of smudges from what I can only assume was the staff who packed the cookies had greasy gloves to handle cookies or icing or whatnot and didn't bother to remove them upon closing the box and adding the sticker. I asked for some napkins to which I was given some attitude about. The girl just walked away without so much a word in response to my request for a napkin. So another girl nearby who overheard decided to take over and handed me some napkins instead. I thanked her and just walked out since I was also in a hurry. I tried to use some water to wipe away some of the smudges and it ended up also smudging some of the black color from the Thank You sticker. I was so upset that I called the store for the manager. Only the assistant manager was there who said she would have to relay the complaint about my box to the manager tomorrow since he left for the day. She didn't seem to have any concern for my issue with the quality of my box which showed how complacent and unprofessional her staff ultimately is. I never got a call back the next day like I was told so I ended up having yo call again and a different assistant manager ended up assisting me after I had to also explain the lack of follow through with the other assistant manager and how upset I got at this point. Finally, the manager was able to call me and apologize for the service I was provided, even after tip was provided in advance. He offered me a free cookie as compensation which I gladly accepted. My hope is that the standard of quality presentation is maintained for all boxes of cookies, especially for ones that are for gift giving with a Thank You sticker and a golden ribbon added. read more

Customer service is terrible. I have been in a few times just to pick up orders and I am never greeted or acknowledged and when the order is finally ready, it's sort of shoved into my hands. Very rude girls that work there. read more

Notwithstanding the crowds and lines out the door, I dislike the concept of having only 6 flavors changing weekly. On this occasion I was not particularly thrilled with the flavors. I got a 4 pk of Caramel cheesecake, potato chocolate chip, reeses peanut butter and Pina colada. These cookies will put anyone into a diabetic coma..they are way too sweet. If I had to chose one it would be the pina colada as the better tasting one but the rest tasted like I'm sucking on a sugar cube. They weren't particularly warm either. I didn't like there's no place to sit and have your cookies. Why buy warm cookies only to have them get cold by the time you get home and enjoy them? Not interested in a return visit. read more

Good Morning all, I preordered my set of 16 cookies online for a Christmas function and again I preordered so that I wouldn't have any issues obtaining the cookies I preordered. The next day when I went to pick up my preordered cookies, I noticed that the staff were just adding the cookies to the box and then the girl came to me to notify me that one set of cookies I preordered were conveniently sold out....I told her how is that possible if I preordered them!!! I was pretty upset and just told her to give me what you do have available, and I left. I will say they don't go by preorders!!! I just want to add, I always loved Crumbl cookies, but now I know that they don't go by preorders and won't be returning. read more

These cookies were so good! What I loved about them were they aren't your typical cookies you'll make at home. They have unusual ingredients and are huge! The staff were friendly and they were very fast to get us our cookies. We've been to a few Crumbls and this is ranking with the tops! read more

Yesterday's I was thinking of the last time I had gotten a lemon and strawberry shortcake cookie from here that was absolutely delicious but when I got there they change flavors weekly? Just about the worst cookie I've ever had especially from a professional. Hands down would rather have a home made Nestle chocolate chip cookie. I couldn't tell you if it's too much sugar or not enough or using the wrong type of chocolate but I took one bite then it went in the trash. Also they are extremely thick which is also off putting for a cookie. The sugar cookie tasted pretty close (still off) to a normal cookie but that was the only one out of the variety we tried. read more

Not good at all. I like cookies from Albertson's a lot more, plus they are cheaper!!!!

Cookies at this location were good the first time I had them but today my family went in to get some and when I got home I realized they were not cooked all the way through, I called the store and the manager on duty told me that the cookies were not raw and that's they way they were supposed to be. I definitely know they were not cooked correctly but the manager decided to argue with me without even looking at what they gave me probably won't be back until they try to correct this issue. If I'm paying $5 dollars a coke I would hope they would at least be baked correctly. read more
