As someone who appreciates the novelty and creativity Crumbl brings to their rotating cookie lineup, it's incredibly disappointing that their in-store experience continues to fall so far below basic hygiene standards. Each time I've visited, I've noticed the counters are visibly smeared with frosting and crumbs--left uncleaned between customers. What's worse, staff consistently slide the cookie boxes through this mess when handing them off, resulting in sticky, dirty packaging that feels careless and unsanitary. It's not just an occasional slip-up--it's every single time. Even more concerning is the lack of proper glove protocol. The staff, while polite, routinely handle cookies and boxes without changing their gloves between tasks, touching multiple surfaces and customer items without a second thought. In a food service environment, especially one where presentation and cleanliness are part of the appeal, this is unacceptable. While the cookies themselves are often delicious, the overall customer experience is soured by the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic food safety practices. I sincerely hope Crumbl takes steps to improve store-level training and enforce higher sanitation standards--because right now, no amount of frosting can cover up the mess. read more

New experience for me. I am an "older" person. Walking into the store, they were kind of busy, so I was just standing in line until I saw the self order screen. Went over and ordered. It was pretty user friendly, even for this dinosaur. . I just barely finished, and they were calling my name to pick up my order! I had ordered 4 of the big cookies. They are a little pricey, but the big cookies are plenty enough to share for 2 people. The box was actually pretty and sturdy, even to repurpose. The cookies were warm and gooey and we almost didn't make it home before digging in! All of the young ones working had smiles on their faces and were friendly and polite. I will be making this store a regular stop anytime I am in Perrysburg. read more

I love Crumbl and don't have one very close to home so anytime I'm out of town and near Crumbl I get so excited! This Crumbl was great! They had one of my favorites, the chocolate crumb cookie ft. Oreo and it was cooked just right for my liking and had the perfect amount of frosting as the whole cookie was covered with frosting which is how I love my cookies! read more

i thought it was all vegetarian and the cookies were very yum yum. However, the toilet had a rough night as I later found out that these glorious cookies were indeed not vegetarian. Everything is always decently fast and the employees are always very nice. and the cookies are always delicious. perfectly balanced crunch with the super soft middle and sweet frosting. The building wasn't the cleanest but the employees were working hard to get orders out. read more
