CRUMBL @ POINT LOMA Parking is available right out front at this Crumbl location and is shared with other nearby businesses, but it's still very easy to find a spot. I've been to this location a few times, and it's usually not too busy. There are typically only two or three people ahead of me, and since Crumbl is pretty quick, the wait is never long. The cookies are made fresh in the morning, so everything is usually ready and just needs to be frosted and called out by the staff. The cookies themselves are really good. My favorites are the Pink Sugar, and I also tried the Dubai Chocolate flavor, which was really good as well. Cookies range from about $5 to $8 depending on the flavor you choose, making it a great sweet treat. They are definitely on the sweeter side and do taste a bit artificially flavored, but still enjoyable. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you haven't tried Crumbl yet. The ambiance of the store is clean and nice, and they provide napkins, forks, and knives, which is a nice touch. read more

Is it a cake or a cookie? I'm so happy the Crumbl app works here. I know it's a national chain but sometimes an app from Hawaii doesn't always work in the continental US. Pointing fingers at BK, 7-11, and KFC. Back to the review, so I was waiting in line to order when the people in front of me took awhile. I open my app and sure enough was able to order and pay before the people in front of me finished. It was a nice smooth transaction. It took awhile to get my order but that's because I couldn't decide what to get. Everything is freshly baked and packed with care. Overall four stars. Nice clean store front and I like how all Crunbls have a display of their daily products. Parking can be a challenge and the wait can be long so ordering ahead will save you some time. read more

This week's flavor of cookies are ALL LIFE CHANGING! I'm glad they got rid of the cakey flavors last week because these ones weee right back to their roots of bomb ass classic flavors. The only problem with getting 6 mini's is that I generally will try sharing the other half with my husband but this week's flavors are making it almost impossible to want to share. We visited the Pt Loma location on a Sunday night, the last night of the Thanksgiving Pies weekly offering. They had: Apple, Pumpkin, Key Lime, Oreo Cream, French Silk, and Pecan Pies available. I won the Instagram Crumbl Weekly Pie Giveaway contest so I was redeeming my single pie Voucher, as the pies were ending on that day, 11/30/24. The young man who helped me was very customer service oriented and he packaged up my Key Lime Pie. When I got home and ate it, I WAS DELIGHTED! It was perfectly prepared and delicious! We've ordered cookies from here a few times and every time there seems to be some issue but tonight was the worst. The place was packed and in disarray. We preordered our cookies on the app but when we arrived we learned they didn't have half of the cookies available that we ordered. The employees seemed to be lost and offered to cancel my order which I accepted, but after I left I received a message through the app that my order was complete and "enjoy your cookies". We tried to contact the store but no one answered and the corporate office just redirects you back to the store. No "ownership" at the corporate level and a store in shambles. In the end, I spent $34 and didn't get any cookies. The cookies aren't bad, but the customer service and inability to complete an order will ensure we never go back. read more

Crumbl cookies are supposed to be thick and this is the only location that does their cookies very thin and inconsistent. Also, their presentation is the worst. Minimal toppings, no filling on specific cookies/cakes/brownies. Crumbl cookies are known for looking pretty and this Crumbl specifically always has the worst presentation. I went in to get the new Dubai Biscoff Brownie that I was super excited about. I ordered online so when I got there it was ready for me! They didn't open the box for me so I didn't see it until it got home. Presentation- the brownie looked nothing like advertised. It was left in the little brownie plate that it was baked in. The white chocolate was super thick and it had no biscoff on top. After I broke through the white chocolate I realized there was barely any biscoff in the kataifi layer either. It's abundantly clear that they took off the "sold out" option on their app so when you go to pick up your order, you have no choice but to chose from the other cookies that are left or get a refund. ZERO STARS! First, the works don't even acknowledge you. A store filled with 15 customers standing around and not a single glance, acknowledgment, or assistance was given by the employees. They have ONE person fulfilling orders and there's no one at the kiosk to "check in" with. & to think the manager was on site and this is the kind of customer service I received. I move away and the service sucks! I put in an order for delivery for a friends birthday. The order went to a business. Never experienced any problems in the past with deliveries. The delivery driver said they delivered the order to a safe location. When I received the picture of where it was left, it was a picture of outside of the building. I tried to contact the driver. No response. I contacted the business, and the employee said there was nothing they could do because delivery is through a 3rd party, so I'd have to contact them. That they may be able to help. I asked for a manager but was told the manager wasn't in, managers are only on site first thing in the morning. He then said he could try to issue a refund, but since the manager wasn't in, he could try to get another manager to approve it. What?! Then he said I could follow up myself to see if a manager signed off on my refund. The employee could not provide a solid answer. A lot of, "I think", "they could maybe", and "I don't know." And my favorite, "since delivery is done through a third party, the shop was not responsible." Seriously?! Well, I called Door Dash and they told me that there was nothing they could do about my order since I ordered through the Crumbl app. Then I sent a message through the customer service chat on the Crumbl website, and have received no communication and guess what...no refund. Shocker! I definitely will not be sending business there anymore. I don't live in San Diego, so I can't even go in to the shop to get an answer in person. I recieved the most pitiful selection of cookies thrown into a box, I think they spit on my cookies before putting them in the box too. It was 3 not 4, plain cookies with some chocolate and a tiny bit of frosting put on these "cookies" I paid $30 to get these delivered and I've never felt so robbed and stupid in my life. A very odd way to buy cookies. I went in on a Monday and ordered a dozen cookies. I made a pickup time for 12:00 the following Saturday. When I arrived at around 12:30 to pickup the staff seemed clueless. I told them my name and handed them my receipt. I was asked when I ordered the cookies and the staff spent a lot of time punching in numbers in their computers and seemed confused as to what to do. Finally they started to fill my order.
