Tried this place out during Tet celebrations. It is conveniently located right next to the Asian Garden Mall. Prices are very affordable and despite the long line, I appreciated the fast service. They have the banh baos pre-made so there is no wait time if you are just ordering buns. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the buns. I'm not sure if they were making smaller sized buns during the busy season of Tet but the buns were literally a few bites. We know you've worked very hard to build this store and attract loyal customers, but the way the front is currently managed is causing major issues. The line was extremely long and disorganized. The employee with CURLY HAIR seemed overwhelmed and moved very slowly. She kept starting new orders before finishing the previous ones, which created even more delays. Meanwhile, the other employee with brown hair managed to complete several orders quickly and efficiently. To give an example: imagine sitting in the restaurant, ordering your food, and then watching people who came in after you get their food first. It's frustrating, and it makes customers feel like their time isn't respected. This is exactly what happened. Your food is great, but good food alone isn't enough when the service becomes this inconsistent. In an area like Bolsa--where competition is high and many stores have strong management--these issues can cause you to lose customers very quickly. Please consider fixing this problem and assigning someone with stronger order-management skills to the front.
