Tried this place out during Tet celebrations. It is conveniently located right next to the Asian Garden Mall. Prices are very affordable and despite the long line, I appreciated the fast service. They have the banh baos pre-made so there is no wait time if you are just ordering buns. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the buns. I'm not sure if they were making smaller sized buns during the busy season of Tet but the buns were literally a few bites.
