We have tried their tofu desserts as well which were tasty, although I'd continue sticking with banh bao. The employee with CURLY HAIR seemed overwhelmed and moved very slowly. She kept starting new orders before finishing the previous ones, which created even more delays. Meanwhile, the other employee with brown hair managed to complete several orders quickly and efficiently. To give an example: imagine sitting in the restaurant, ordering your food, and then watching people who came in after you get their food first. It's frustrating, and it makes customers feel like their time isn't respected. This is exactly what happened. Your food is great, but good food alone isn't enough when the service becomes this inconsistent. In an area like Bolsa--where competition is high and many stores have strong management--these issues can cause you to lose customers very quickly. Please consider fixing this problem and assigning someone with stronger order-management skills to the front.
