The store is very cute and well decorated. The staff is very nice and friendly. We like their red velvet and confetti which are very soft, moist and delicious. We will definitely try the remaining flavors and seasonal items as well. The frosting is very light and not too sweet which is good :)

I'm so happy this Nothing Bundt Cake spot opened up! Prior to this spot opening up, my go-to NBC has been the one in the Target shopping center off Beach and Edinger... which was fine, until Hmart opened up there recently and turned that parking lot into a hazard. So when this spot started appearing on Maps - I was counting down the days. I typically get their bigger cakes for celebrations, and their bundlet towers as gifts. If it's a large clinic I'm picking up for, I've gotten bundtinis (the bite-sized ones). All gifts are well received. My first visit (and definitely not my last) for their new Garden Grove location was this past Wednesday. I ordered a bundlet tower via the NBC app, and scheduled it for pickup here. Parking is easy - its in the massive Sprouts shopping center, and the nearby stores aren't too busy so find a spot to park wasn't an issue at all. I was cheerfully greeted right away by Malina - who assisted me during my visit - as soon as I walked in. The layout is similar to other NBCs in that you have party supplies on your left, greeting cards to your right, and a magnificent display of their yummy bundt cakes straight upfront. All of their flavors are displayed, and their seasonal flavor - which changes on a monthly basis - is highlighted. For this particular visit - the flavor of the month is "Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl". I provided my receipt on the app to Malina, who promptly went back to pick up my three tier bundtlet tower. Malina was friendly, prompt, and professional. We shared excitement of this new store opening - mentioning to her that I was a huge NBC fan, but went less often because of how bad the parking was over at their Huntington Beach/Westminster spot. No issues with my order pickup, and I picked up two more bundtlets for myself. My new favorite Nothing Bundt Cakes spot. Thanks, Malina!

So glad that there are more nothing Bundt cakes opening so I don't have to drive all the way to Huntington Beach anymore. Parking here is spacious and plenty easy to get a spot. Lots of workers and they are all friendly and helpful. Their display was nice and clean and plenty of cakes in stock, I got 2 bundlets red velvet and oreo cookies and cream. Both were moist and delicious but the red velvet is my favorite because it had chocolate chips that added a great crunch. The oreo one was good but lacking oreo flavor it tastes only like vanilla cake. Overall I would come back great service and cake!

My go-to place for birthday cakes! They are not too sweet or dry. I recommend red velvet!

I also noticed they've added quite a few new food items to the menu, so I decided to give one a try. I ordered the pesto mushroom and bacon breadsticks. What I ordered: Coco Pandan Mousse DESSERT: 8/10 I loved how light my mousse was. Most importantly, it actually tasted like pandan! I was worried the pandan flavor was going to be mid and subtle, but each bite had a great pandan flavor. I had a bit of a drive back to my hotel, so I was advised to order mine frozen. I'm glad I took the staff member's advice because by the time I got to my hotel and finished dinner, it had thawed out perfectly. It was still cold-ish, room temp in the best way possible. SERVICE: 9/10 Great customer service! Upon arrival, the staff member who helped me was very nice. I was indecisive about what to order, so I really appreciated that she gave me a rundown and some suggestions on their most popular dishes. Most importantly, I appreciated her concern about my dessert melting by the time I got back to my hotel. If it wasn't for her and her advice to order the dessert frozen, I wouldn't have known and probably would've ended up with a deconstructed dessert. The way she packaged my dessert was also very helpful and considerate. AMBIANCE: 9/10 Definitely a cute place, and I can see this being a great go-to spot for groups. I loved how the back seating area had so many Polaroids plastered all over the walls. There are different types of seating depending on what you're in the mood for, and each seating area has a different vibe. There's also plenty of outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the weather while having your dessert!

Since then I came back quite a lot of time, also ordered tons of take-outs for picnic and family gatherings. I also liked their variety of buns (banh bao) and I like how they are smaller, and there are 9 in one box, various prices depending on the filling. Overall, good enough banh mi, though they don't give as much veggies inside the banh mi as other places.. Their pork belly is good and you can also order by pounds. Their buns is also good, quick and convenient way to buy for small picnics.

The owner clearly holds this location to a high standard, especially compared to the Bolsa locations. I haven't ordered a single item that wasn't fresh, although it may help that I usually stop by right when they open. What really stands out is how much the staff cares about the customer experience. They're friendly, work efficiently, and get your food out quickly so you can get on with your day. The prices are fair, especially considering inflation as of July 2026. My usual order is four bánh bao and a chè for a snack, which comes to about $17.95. This location is also very convenient if you're heading northbound on Brookhurst, which is my usual route to work. Parking can be a little tricky, but customers are in and out pretty quickly, so it's usually not a problem. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. Their bánh mì heo quay is also really good! My only suggestion would be to add a little more pickled carrot and daikon to the sandwiches. Other than that, this place is an easy 5 stars.

I gave them a call, told me to come back whenever for the missing pate chaud. The entrance where you order is tight. People do change lol The customer service here used to be great. Owner was patient and nice. Things have changed over years. Recent visit including today, the owner eyes weren't as kind as before. He was rushing my mom and felt irritated that she was asking questions. There were rau cau that came in singles and rau cau that came in 6. I never knew that the ones that came in six were just display and not for sale. My mom wanted to save the dude from grabbing single ones, so she asked for the tray of 6 Pandan coconut. He gave my mom attitude saying that he only sell the single ones. If she insisted in buying the tray of 6 then it will be extra cost. Lol in that case we rather get in singles..duh! More convenient to eat...crazy! Afterwards, when he noticed that my mom was buying more stuff, he kinda stopped with his attitude. Like yo...chill. One or two items, you're still making money. That how you became you today!!! I gonna give this place another chance. In the future, if he still act such ways..it's goodbye for good. For sure, I will lower the ratings as well. Place is lucky that although the service went down but the quality still the same.

A Must-Try Coffee, Matcha, Salt bread & fancy Donut Shop in Garden Grove & Westminster…read more Okay, full disclosure: the owner of CED Coffee & Donut is one of my best friends, so yes--I want to give this place five stars no matter what. But here's the thing: I wouldn't recommend it this strongly if the coffee and donuts weren't genuinely delicious. I've actually ordered from CED for group orders at my company, and every single time, people rave about the coffee, matcha, salt bread and donuts. That's when you know it's not just "my friend's business"--the food really speaks for itself! The coffee is smooth and satisfying, the donuts are fresh and delicious, and there's something about bringing a box of CED donuts to the office that instantly makes everyone happier. So yes, I'm proudly biased about the owner--but I'm also a very happy repeat customer. If you're looking for a great local coffee and pastry shop, put CED on your list. Support this small business, grab a coffee, matcha, Salt Bread or get a fancy donut (or two... no judgment), and see for yourself! Five stars from a proud friend--and an even happier customer.

If you drink it without mixing, the coffee is a bit bitter with a sourish(?) taste, but paired with the cream, it balances out! Not bad at all.
