I came in to redeem my birthday bundlet (and buy an additional one since I wanted to support the business) and the employee was so friendly and helpful! I picked a flavor that was GF and he double checked that I was aware of that, which I selected it for the flavor and not due to an alergy (lemon raspberry). He shared that the non-GF version was supposed to come back soon. The entire interaction felt so genuine. The other flavor I ordered was the red velvet. It never disappoints! I love this franchise and excited there's as even closer location to my house! I usually binge on these amazing bundt cakes twice a year. My wife's birthday and mine. I love how on your birthday you can get a free cake with no purchase necessary but I don't have the willpower to stop at one. My favorite flavor is the strawberries and cream followed by the seasonal strawberry cheesecake. You can't go wrong with any flavor. This location seems to go extra heavy on the frosting which is a bonus but I am sure it's my imagination. Do yourself a favor and try one if you haven't! read more

I placed my order on Tuesday for Sunday pickup, so there was plenty of time to communicate any issues beforehand. Instead, I received multiple calls at the exact time I was supposed to pick up the cake telling me they didn't have the design I originally ordered. What made the experience even worse was arriving at the store after already speaking with someone on the phone nearly an hour earlier, only to then be told it would still be another 30-45 minute wait. That level of communication and preparation is extremely unprofessional, especially for a preordered cake. I'm so happy this Nothing Bundt Cake spot opened up! Prior to this spot opening up, my go-to NBC has been the one in the Target shopping center off Beach and Edinger... which was fine, until Hmart opened up there recently and turned that parking lot into a hazard. So when this spot started appearing on Maps - I was counting down the days. I typically get their bigger cakes for celebrations, and their bundlet towers as gifts. If it's a large clinic I'm picking up for, I've gotten bundtinis (the bite-sized ones). All gifts are well received. My first visit (and definitely not my last) for their new Garden Grove location was this past Wednesday. I ordered a bundlet tower via the NBC app, and scheduled it for pickup here. Parking is easy - its in the massive Sprouts shopping center, and the nearby stores aren't too busy so find a spot to park wasn't an issue at all. I was cheerfully greeted right away by Malina - who assisted me during my visit - as soon as I walked in. The layout is similar to other NBCs in that you have party supplies on your left, greeting cards to your right, and a magnificent display of their yummy bundt cakes straight upfront. All of their flavors are displayed, and their seasonal flavor - which changes on a monthly basis - is highlighted. For this particular visit - the flavor of the month is "Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl". I provided my receipt on the app to Malina, who promptly went back to pick up my three tier bundtlet tower. Malina was friendly, prompt, and professional. We shared excitement of this new store opening - mentioning to her that I was a huge NBC fan, but went less often because of how bad the parking was over at their Huntington Beach/Westminster spot. So glad that there are more nothing Bundt cakes opening so I don't have to drive all the way to Huntington Beach anymore. Parking here is spacious and plenty easy to get a spot. Lots of workers and they are all friendly and helpful. Their display was nice and clean and plenty of cakes in stock, I got 2 bundlets red velvet and oreo cookies and cream. Both were moist and delicious but the red velvet is my favorite because it had chocolate chips that added a great crunch. The oreo one was good but lacking oreo flavor it tastes only like vanilla cake. Overall I would come back great service and cake! read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I pre-ordered a dozen bundtinis in the morning for Mother's Day, for 2:00 PM pickup. The Westminster location was closed today unfortunately, so I decided to go to the Garden Grove location. Please tell me why there was 1 line for pre orders, walk ins, AND delivery. There could have been separate lines for everything by. Everyone in the line was unhappy. I arrived at around 2:30 PM and people in the line told me that even though they made a pre order online, they have been waiting in a line with the people placing walk in orders. Everything was super disorganized - with people cutting, the only girl I saw at the register all of a sudden left when a customer was waiting for her order, the Uber Eats workers cutting in front of everyone waiting.. It was all a disaster and the workers didn't seem to know how to handle everything properly and efficiently. On top of that, I overheard people's pre orders having to get new/substitute decorations since the store ran out of the ones the customers PRE ORDERED.. very unprofessional and messed up if you ask me. I eventually got my bundtinis with the decorations (I got roses, so luckily did not have to deal with substituting or choosing a new mother's day design) but everyone just looked so frustrated. Pre orders are PRE orders for a reason. Also, for a 2:00 PM pickup, I did not understand the reason behind waiting with the walk ins. I thought I'd have to give the workers my name in a separate line and leave. I was out the door by 3:30 PM. It was overall just a nightmare and customers were arguing with the Uber Eats drivers who cut in front of them. Never going back and highly recommend the Westminster location. read more

ordered a Bundt cake online for 18 people, and my pickup time was supposed to be 2:10 PM. When I arrived, my order was not ready, and I ended up waiting until 3:40 PM to receive it. On top of the long delay, I was given an 8-inch cake meant for about 8 people instead of the cake I paid for that was supposed to serve 18 people. Placed an order the Friday before Mother's Day ordered to pick up on Mother's Day cashier stated to pick up 9am on mothers day went with my daughter Mother's Day morning 9 am to find out they were closed and didn't open till 10 am causing an issue I had plans to meet my other vendor at 10 am. Called at 945 because workers were there I could see in window cake was already paid for but they refused stating there computers were not active until 10am I was first in door at 10 am then gave receipt and the gentleman stated he couldn't find my order even though a receipt was provided. Went back and fourth for 10 mins he finally agreed to look in back and not just rely on the computer system. He came out with an order but not what I had ordered just a plain cake giving me a sunflower I had to put on the cake myself. After explaining to the worker that's not what I ordered he stated that's the best he could do. I was given the plain cake and had to assemble with my own flower myself. Asked for Corp number I was provided with a number that was not in service. Went online and got a Corp number online I left a message and still am awaiting a call back from the owner of the store which the Corp stated they would have the owner call still awaiting that call!
