I tell ya these Crumbl Cookie people are onto something. Amazingly good cookies. A nice touch leaving the little box open to see your delicacy before you leave. For what things cost today, do I dare say the cost of these are also pretty reasonable. I also like that I'm not prompted to tip. I only tip when someone takes my order when I'm sitting down. I took away one star though because all the young women working at 7pm on 02/02/26 just had resting bitch face. No smiles, no greetings. Surprised they didn't ask me what I wanted rudely. They definitely looked like they'd rather be anywhere else than that place. It's really a shame because people that come in are full of smiles ready to get an awesome treat. Maybe I'm old I don't know. At least they showed up to serve the damn cookie is the way ya gotta look at it. Solid cookies that are ginormous and can feed many. I do enjoy how huge these are because one cookie can't and shouldn't be eaten by just one person. Not on a regular basis that is. Quality checks are probably where they lack the most with most cookies never being repeated the same way but overall I haven't had too many problems. When there's a bigger issue like undercooked cookies they always give a freebie and are apologetic. I do appreciate their customer service and rewards program. This store is always clean and most employees seem to enjoy working here. read more

Rude. 3 stars for the cookies but bad service knocks off a few and I won't be back. Read for the tip! Went in with my 10 year old son who has never tired crumble and thought it was a good time to try it out. The girl who helped us looked annoyed and gave me static when just asking if the display was the only cookies available. We ordered some cake thing, a chocolate chip and some other cookie. When I go to pay she of coarse pulls the "o'l it's going to ask you a few questions" routine and I always feel inclined to tip so naturally I do. After the transaction I notice they have a buy 4 for $17 (what paid for 3) so I say to her "you didn't mention that there is a deal for buying 4") she rudely just looked at me and the other girl chimed in saying what we bought would have been an up charge". Okay no problem. However, here is where the tip comes in. On the wall opposite side of the register you can use a tablet to order and right on the front screen lord and behold there's the deals on the main front page. So I select the 4 pack of cookies, it asked me to choose and I see the cake thing, chocolate chip and the other cookie and prompts me to select one more with a grand total of $17. I mentioned to the girl that chimed in and she knew I caught her in a lie and said "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't" lol okay. Just admit you all hate your job and don't want to not only upsell but admit you're wrong. I said it's fine and at least the machines know how to do its job. The cake thing sucked but the other 2 cookies were delicious. However I won't be back. read more

Great concept but missed the mark. The shop is uninviting. Cookies are just ok. For the price I excepted perfection. I ordered the Biscoff Lava cookie. It was under baked and was missing the "Lava" component as shown in the store display. Overall flavor was ok. I will try again in the future. Perhaps it was a bad batch. Lately, they've offered some different items like the Confetti Cake and the Double Fudge Brownie! When I saw the Double Fudge Brownie on their line up for this week of October 14, I just had to stop by the Crumbl - Red Rock location to pick up a pack of four cookies! - Blueberry Muffin Cookie: Warm blueberry cookie. It had a buttery cake glaze and the cookie was topped with a lot of blueberry muffin streusel! It was so delicious! It also warmed up well in the Microwave! - Cornbread Cookie: This was one of my favorite cookies this week! It was warmed up and smothered with a honey butter glaze! There was also a huge glop of honey buttercream frosting on top of it! The honey drizzle was scrumptious! It was so good! - Double Fudge Brownie: When I took one bite of this, I immediately thought of a chocolate cake! It was loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chunks too! The frosting was a perfect addition with the milk chocolate drops within the brownie! - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookie: There were so many semi-sweet chocolate chunks in the cookie I got! Ordered through the Crumbl app with a pickup window at 7:20pm, and it's now 8:00pm and I'm still sitting here waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience -- instead it feels like it would've been faster just to walk in and order on the spot. If they're this far behind, there should at least be some communication or an update in the app. Instead, you're left waiting around wondering when (or if) your order will ever be ready. Definitely not the experience you expect when you're paying premium prices for cookies. Pretty disappointing. To add on to my earlier review -- after finally receiving my order at 8:20, the food arrived poorly packaged and falling apart, as if it had been rushed without any care. The box itself was greasy, covered in flour, and handed to me with a shrug. That interaction summed up the lack of attention and effort put into both the food and the customer experience. From an operational standpoint, it's clear this location isn't equipped to handle volume, and the staff on duty either aren't properly trained or don't care enough to make sure orders go out correctly. read more

I ordered their new confetti cake they made me wait 20 mins for it then hand it to me with only 2 tiers when it's a 3 tier cake. I watched all of them go up and down trying to fix something with the frosting, HOW HARD IS IT TO ICE A SMALL CAKE? I do not recommend ordering via the app. When we arrived the cookies in the box did not seem fresh. I would rather wait in line at the shop to ensure I get a fresh, warm cookie. These are some of the best sweets! The service is wonderful as they bring everything out to you and are extremely quick about it, if you need. Even inside, they offer quick and easy options and are also very friendly and helpful if you want to order and buy within. They are very clean and have watched them handle, always wearing gloves. Wow! I am shocked! Are the cookies good? yes! Do I want to support this business? Yes! However DO BETTER, I am appalled at how they are running their business, why is there only TWO employees on a busy saturday night? This is my second time coming to this location and seeing a low amount of employees. I went in and their was 15 people waiting in line, you are LOSING CUSTOMERS by being severely understaffed. If you are understaffed because no one wants to work there, maybe pay better? If you are understaffed due to trying to keep hours low, and stay under the payroll then this is not a business I want to continue to support because the owner clearly does not care about their own business enough to keep up with customer demand. Very big cookies with rotating weekly flavors. Most flavors are very good but sometimes cookies get a little overcooked with too crispy edges and I've had cookies with toppings that were either too crispy or soggy. But like I said most cookie flavors are delicious. This shop is always clean and ordering is fast and can be done in advance so you can walk in and grab your cookies. read more

Having never tried Cumbl before, we decided to give it a try on this recent shopping trip. The store is bright, clean, and contemporary inside. All the staff say hello to you when you enter which is nice. You have a great view of the kitchen with the giant mixers used to prepare these decadent cookies. There were about six different varieties of cookies on offer. At first glance you might be surprised at the posted seemingly low calorie counts on the menu, but the fine print shows the posted count is per serving (and each cookie is four servings). Suffice it to say these are decadent indulgences. We tried the cake batter, chocolate dream, chocolate chip, and strawberry milk varieties. Of note, make sure the strawberry milk cookie stays chilled. Otherwise the milky icing will melt. The cake batter was the highlight. It definitely tasted like a slice of cake right down to the vanilla icing with just a tiny hint of tartness from the cream cheese. The other flavors were fairly OK although nothing too amazing. The cookies are quite moist with a fudge-y and somewhat chewy interior. The cool and high quality box they are packaged in is a nice touch. Overall, these are pretty good cookies although nothing too amazing. read more

This was my first time having Crumbl - I had heard about it quite a bit from friends, but since moving this is the first location that I've seen in person. It's located in a shopping center, so parking can be difficult at times if the Smith's next door is busy. First impression walking in was that it's super clean - the pink and white theme of the chain is cute and everything looked sleek. On the right hand side are little kiosks for you to order your cookies. Crumbl changes their flavors weekly, and this week I got the Double Fudge Brownie. The cookie itself was warm and gooey- definitely decadent. I didn't eat the whole thing in one setting and will enjoy the rest later. The staff boxed my cookie up pretty quickly and showed me before closing the box, which was nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because we weren't greeted walking in even though there was no one else in the store and barely interacted with the staff save for getting my cookie, but that could just be me nitpicking. read more
