I tried this spot out today and in my opinion, it's okay. The set up is very cute & clean. The staff was friendly and very informative. The cookies themselves, weren't anything special. I tried the caramel pumpkin and their classic chocolate chip. The caramel pumpkin tasted more like carrot cake to me, it wasn't bad but not great either. The chocolate chip was served warm with some of the chocolate chunks nicely melted. Again, nothing great. Both cookies had that "manufactured" taste and feel about them. I tend to like my cookies to be as close to homemade as possible. I still may use this company for staff meetings if I have a request for something other than doughnuts and only because it's close to the office. read more

I understand that Crumbl is popular, but my experience today was unacceptable. My family and I waited over 30 minutes for our order, which is bad enough considering how busy it was. What made things worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere created by one of the employees. I overheard other staff calling him Aleen, I believe. He appeared to be a skinny Latino guy who seemed to be gay too, and while I don't want to judge anyone, his behavior was extremely unsettling. As we waited for our cookies, he continuously gave us disturbing, almost aggressive stares. We tried to brush it off at first, but it didn't stop. Even when we stepped outside to get some fresh air, he stood in the back, glaring at us. It felt targeted and very inappropriate. None of us know this employee, but the way he acted made us feel incredibly unsafe. We are a black family so maybe he was racist. I really hope management takes this seriously because making customers feel uncomfortable and creeped out is unacceptable. While the cookies were good, this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths. This person shouldn't be interacting with customers if he can't behave professionally. Absolutely a wonderful place if you like cookies. My nieces introduced me to this place they said "their the worlds best cookies" I have to say they make it fun by changing the cookies every week. I have my favorites now!! I check every week to see what cookies they have. Redlands store has a prefect courtyard to eat your cookies. I have to say their ordering system is all through their devices or get the app to order. They do have someone to take your order but really it's mostly orders on devices. It's pretty quiet in there. The line was not too bad and we got our cookies pretty fast. Everyone was very friendly. TASTE: oh my...we may have gotten a slightly undercooked batch because they were softer than I think they are supposed to be - but, that's exactly how we like them...so it was A+++ for us. This is how I think the cookie crumbles at Crumbl Cookie. We like this style of cookie: about 4 1/2 inches in diameter and about ¾ inch thick - it's not the super thick style. Yet their cookies are very moist. If you have them at home or work, microwaving them makes them super, super gooey and delicious. Unlike other cookie shops, they offer a lot of varieties each week. Their cookies seem to start with a consistent sugar cookie type base, and enhance it with the desired flavor of the finished cookie. To us, these cookies tend to run a bit sweeter than not. There weren't any bad cookies, but our faves of the bunch were: S'mores and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. The S'mores had the right balance of the graham cracker, marshmallow and chocolate flavors. Each of the flavors were pronounced. In the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie, they seemed to have used milk chocolate chips. There wasn't any solid oats, they were ground up into the cookie dough, but the flavor was still there. The other cookies we tried were good, but the flavors weren't as pronounced. We didn't try these yet - but they will put your choice of cookie crumbled up and mixed into ice cream - looks great! The Crumbl is a good addition to the cookie jar of cookie shops in town. read more

This place is pretty rad as far as cookie shops go. They rotate their flavors every week, so it keeps you coming back to try them all. Some of the cookies are served chilled, while others are comfortingly warm. We tried 2 cookies this time around: Orange creamsicle - chilled Milk chocolate chip - warm The orange creamsicle was definitely my favorite. It wasn't too sweet, had a creamy filling with some chunks of what I think was white chocolate. I'm a fan. Serving chilled was a good call (thanks crumbl). The milk chocolate chip was your standard warm chocolate chip cookie - you can't go wrong there. Size wise, the cookies were a little over 4 inches in diameter and they came in a cute individual boxes. I think they'd make a great gift for someone who loves baked goods. In terms of logistics, my partner and I came here around 7:30pm on a Friday and boy was it packed. There was a line out the door that was pretty intimidating, but it wasn't too painful a wait. Even though the line wasn't moving fast, you can tell the staff was working hard. It also helped that the whole place was filled with the smell of freshly baked cookies (heck yes!). This is a new cookie spot over in Citrus Plaza in Redlands and is located right next to a Cafe Rio, so the parking lot is a pretty good size although it can get packed at busier times of the day I feel a bit guilty giving this place a better review than a more local place in Redlands while this is more of a franchise, but I really feel like what they have going on makes up for what bothered me about the other place. The cookies are great and fresh here. Their menu offerings rotate weekly and they have different 6 options (but always including milk chocolate chip) which I think is a pretty decent variety. I actually really liked the banana cream pie cookie, despite some negative opinions I've seen on here. The regular cookies are pretty large, you could probably share one. What I do really like is that they do have a smaller sized option... which I didn't take advantage of, even though I really should have because I felt so guilty eating the amount of cookies I did. It's kinda pricey for cookies, but I would still definitely check this place out if you're having sweet tooth cravings. read more

At first bite, I was smitten. Soft and gooey made this cookie irresistible and my craving for more. Ordering was simple as 1,2,3. Either walking up and placing an order at the register with someone, or you have the option to use their touch screen pad system to place an order. Very easy! It was super busy tonight, so it was easy enough to use the touch screen pad that was available. Once the order was placed, I didn't have to wait long. Perhaps 8 minutes in total and order was ready. Simple design here with basic colors inside the establishment. I find this works best with bakeries. Overwhelming colors, decor and design can really offset thinking and choosing something to eat in my opinion. Viewing the menu selection on the vibrant electronic touch screen pad system made it easy to pick what I wanted. Located in the Citrus Plaza in Redlands, you'll find parking can be limited. However, here's a pro-tip. If you park behind the building and walk towards the back of building, you'll find steps that lead to their front entrance and the front of this plaza strip. I always park here because parking is always a mess in front of the plaza strip. It's pointless to even look at any given minute of the day if you ask me. Especially, weekends. Trust! read more

I usually have Great experiences from crumbl cookie (Redlands location) this one was still good but not the best. I still enjoyed the cookies but there were a couple problems I ordered a four pack of this weeks cookies. Peanut butter chocolate chip, cake batter, strawberry milk and rocky road. I didn't look at the cookies in the store but I did look at them at home. About 5 mins away. My peanut butter chocolate chip was mistakenly switched and I got regular chocolate chip instead. And then the cake batter one my favorite, the frosting was melted everywhere and the cookie was still hot so I believe they didn't let the cookie cool down before applying frosting/cream. I will of course still come and enjoy this location it was a simple mistake and I could have brought them back but I just decided to stay home which was on my part. So fresh and so good! The cookies themselves are a five star experience. The flavors are really creative and I think we've tried them all! The original chocolate chip are probably my favorite!
