I only partake in Crumbl when certain cookies are out. Cookies and Cream is my ALL TIME fave. I made a mistake and got minis instead of the original size!! The devastation! lol My mistake though. But the service is always fast and efficient. Can't say much about thethe ambiance. I think I've always had them brought out curbside.

I've gotta be in the mood for these cookies because boy are they heavy, but they're so good. Love how there's new flavors rotating each week. Each location I've been to is clean and well kept and the worker's are always friendly. This round, the red velvet with white chocolate chips shined and the cookies n cream was also fire. The cookies are thick, soft, flavorful, and so indulgent.

I can't believe I haven't done a review for them, considering they get all of my dollars! Love this place. I tried the s'mores and cake batter cookies today - the cake batter cookie is life changing. For real. Probably my favorite cookie from there, ever. The s'mores cookie was okay. Others I constantly crave are the Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet Cream cheese, Cookies & Cream Milkshake, and Biscoff Lava. Go get you some! Customer service could improve when I order inside and not for curbside pickup. They seem too busy to help. Improve on that and this is a five-star place, easily.

Grabbed some delicious cookies over the holiday break from Crumbl. Flavors we purchased were mint chocolate, double trouble, raspberry cheesecake, and plain chocolate chip. They rotate the toppings consistently so be on the lookout. I was reallllly craving oatmeal chocolate chip and it wasn't on the menu that week so that was a bummer but now I know to call ahead next time. Overall awesome soft cookies. The raspberry cheesecake was a bit too sweet for me, but I loved the double trouble. Would love to try more.

Enormous, delicious cookies! We came in for cookies and ice cream. We got 3 cookies and vanilla ice cream. They have two cookie flavors all the time (chocolate chip and sugar) but they also have rotating flavors. The chocolate chip is yummy! I like TONs of chips in my cookies and this one didn't have as many as I was hoping, but it was still good. We also had the salted caramel which is with a graham cracker cookie. It had cream cheese frosting and caramel - so good! They only had one flavor of ice cream. I would have liked more options but it was yummy. We will be back when we are in the neighborhood.

I truly do not understand the hype with this place. I was so excited to finally try it after seeing a lot of Crumbl Cookies TikToks. The staff was pretty rude and unhelpful when I stopped in. I noticed it was not only to me but pretty much everyone inside of the store. I like that they constantly have new flavors which is very cool. But when I went, I really was disappointed because they ran out of 3 of the cookies after I already placed my order in the store. The cookies were ok but there are a lot of cookie places around and these did not really stand out at all.

Ordered a party pack of 12 cookies for $60 and this is how they were delivered (one giant pile of crumbled to pieces cookies). I understand that the delivery is outsourced to DoorDash but I would not order these for delivery again knowing this is how they arrive. When you order for delivery through their website, it doesn't say they outsource the delivery to DoorDash so beware. Tasting the cookies: Peanut butter cookie was completely in pieces and was meh Pink sugar cookie was meh- the frosting tasted like chemicals Chocolate chip cookie was 10/10 Triple chocolate chip was a chocolate lovers dream Key lime pie was great but couldn't eat more than a few bites.

I had two friends send me Crumbl Cookies for my birthday, and both times the cookies arrived fresh and still warm... which was impressive. They were also packaged beautifully and seemed decently secure. One quick note: both orders included a cookie cutter, but neither delivery actually had it. Not sure if that's a store or DoorDash thing, but worth double-checking when you order. read more

UPDATE: 11/25/2023 - I'm still loving Crumbl cookies. They still have the best quality Ingredients. They have not cheated or veered away from their quantity or size of the cookie.. Their presentation, it is just the best cookie. It's delicate. It is delicious. It is a treat for sure. I am still a fan, and I discovered them in 2021. OMG!! What a find! I discovered these from a co-worker, and I've been a fan every since. These are so delicious and so creative in flavors. Today, Saturday, 7/3/21, I tried the Cornbread Cookies. WOW, it tastes just like a Jiffy Cornbread, but a cookie. I tried the Banana Pudding cookie, soooo good. Again, I'm very creative, I'm saying goodbye to other cookie companies. Absolutely love crumbl cookies. This location is normally staffed by high school age kids, as is most of the crumbl cookies I've been to, which can work for or against the experience crumbl seems to be shooting for. Out of all the visits I've made to different crumbls around the metro plex this locations staff seems to be less enthusiastic than the others. The store is always clean and they almost always keep up with the line perfectly. I haven't experienced any problems with the quality of the cookies either! Really the main thing I feel this location can improve is the team's enthusiasm. Still would recommend going of course!! read more

This place is literally a 3/5 at BEST for me. I was disappointed because as expensive as they are, 3 of my 4 cookies were cold. Only one was slightly warm. I was pleased with the size of the cookies and the cleanliness. I loved the modern and simple decor. I also appreciated how fast I received my cookies after ordering. My friend in another state recommended this place to me, so once I realized we had one here I had to order these. I was definitely impressed. These were delivered still a little warm and were incredibly tasty. I got the cinnamon, chocolate chip, and oatmeal with rolo flavors and all were great. I like the idea of switching up the flavors on a rolling basis, so I'll definitely have to order again and try some different flavors. read more

This cookie seriously fulfilled my random craving. I ordered it on the app before realizing it was pouring rain outside and immediately regretted it. But when I say it was well worth the drive!!! This cookie really tastes like a brownie and I am so happy I drove in the rain. I especially loved the curbside service. I appreciate them coming out! MY WEAKNESS! I would seriously order a batch each week to try the new weekly flavors! The cookies are so fresh and soft and flavors are fantastic. I ordered cookies recently for a friend and they straight up got delivered to the wrong address. I have proof of this because the person who received them texted my friend who was suppose to get them and sent her the note I wrote. My friend sent me screenshots of their interaction (attached) and then texted me saying thanks for the cookies but unfortunately she didn't get them. Today I called Crumbl to tell them all of this and they refused to refund me even after telling them the above situation. All they did was blamed me and DoorDash like it's my fault they got delivered to the wrong address. I love Tiffs Treats but wanted to try out Crumbl, after this experience the first time using them I will not be using again. So disappointed in the Dallas Crumbl team, will be calling my credit card company today and also sharing my experience on all social media. read more

This place is so addictive. The cookies are delicious and LARGE. At first it seems pricey, but then you realize how much you have when you start eating. I cut mine into four pieces because eating the entire cookie is almost impossible for me. I recommend ordering online because they do a good job of having it ready. When you walk in you can order via tablet or you can speak to an employee. All of the flavors I have tried are delicious. Sugar is my favorite. I tried an everything bagel cookie and it was actually fantastic. My husband enjoyed the French toast cookie. I haven't tasted one I didn't like. I love that each week there are new flavors. I highly recommend trying this place! read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.

He also got the Potatoes Au Gratin and couldn't get enough. They were very rich and had great flavor. I had previously seen reviews from others saying the potatoes and other dishes were bland but that was not our experience. The rolls were one of the best parts. I wish I could whip butter like that at home. Towards the end they brought us a couple of glasses of Prosecco to cheers with, and a complimentary dessert (the Samoa sundae).
