Frequent customer. Bought a 6 pack. Cookie I had was fine. My mother bit into the mint chocolate chip one and was stabbed by a piece of hard plastic or glass that was baked into the cookie. Called the store and the shift lead had no clue as to how to handle the situation, so he told the manager, who was out. Was contacted by the manager and he basically gaslit me saying they "don't bake with anything of that material"and it "doesn't look like it came from them it looks like something you just found." NEWSFLASH SHE FOUND IT IN YOUR COOKIE!!!!!!! What if someone's child bit into this?!? What if someone swallowed it?! My mom had a small hole in the roof of her mouth because she bit down on the pointy end. And they did absolutely nothing about it. So please, check your cookies before you bite! read more

Came in with a mobile order, really wanting the raspberry cheesecake cookie. I had seen it advertised on social media and it looked and sounded delicious. I entered the establishment and get attacked with both the employees yelling that they are "OUT OF CHILLED COOKIES!!" I had no idea what that meant and neither did most other customers. My first thought was that they offered ice cream cookie sandwiches and they were out or something. Then I get personally greeted and told that 3 of my cookies needed to be substituted because they were "chilled cookies". I looked at the menu and realized underneath the raspberry cheesecake cookie picture, in teeny-tiny light gray text it said "chilled cookie" I feel like assuming that all the customers know what a chilled cookie is, is a bit of a poor assumption. It would have been a lot more logical and coherent to say "Hello, we are out of the Raspberry Cheesecake and Brookie-Dough cookies today, I am sorry for the inconvenience." There was no explanation, maybe a refrigerator was down? Maybe they sold out? Maybe they didn't get a shipment? Maybe they didn't prep because they were shorthanded? Maybe they just didn't feel like making them? Or maybe they just didn't want to give them to me? Who knows. I got saddled with a bunch of chocolate cookies and I'm so sick of chocolate after the holidays. Wish there was more fruit-themed or a mild sugar cookie offered but it was only chocolate, cinnamon, and peanut butter; all of which are very rich. I can't fault the establishment for lack of diversity on menu though. read more

Love Crumbl. Dislike this location. They have quite a few working here but pretty inefficient and disorganized. This time add to it, rude. We walked up to the kiosk to place an order but the kid working there told us they aren't taking any more orders. There were no more than about 5 people waiting and it was 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. We thought maybe they ran out of dough lol. But as we were discussing how weird it was another group came in and place their order. He popped back out from the back so I asked him why he told us we couldn't just a couple of minutes prior and he said it was fine to order again. Then the girl working with him doubled down to say they weren't supposed to order but they really aren't allowed to tell them that. Lol, what? We love crumbles so we have gone to different locations and this is the only one where getting a cookie is so annoying. Takes the fun out of it! I placed an online order to Crumbl in Riverside (at the Plaza) today. My order was to be ready by 4:30 PM. I went into the store and there were 4 or 5 workers in the store. I stood at the cash register for roughly 11-12 minutes before one of the workers said, "Do you want to order?" I responded, "I have an online order to pick up." She said, "Ok," and walked away. She and another worker started putting cookies in the boxes, hoping she was working on my order. Approximately 6-7 minutes pass and I asked the same worker if she was working on my pickup order. At that point she asked for the name on the order, which I provided. She then went towards the back of the store and began to text on her phone. At this point, there are several people behind me in line, and I realize I've been in the store for 20 minutes! I had to flag down another worker and ask her if my order was ready. She FINALLY placed six cookies in a box and handed it to me. There was no "sorry about the wait," or "thanks for your order." Clearly the staff at this location do not care about customers or their service to the customers! I will be happy to drive about 17 miles further to the Crumbl off of Cajalco in Corona from now on! read more

My review on based on the service and company policy of Crumbl Corporate. I can't give a review of the quality of the cookie because they would not sell me one. And that leads me to my review. I went into their store on Saturday 4/13/24 at about 8pm to buy one cookie for myself. I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter if i can buy a chocolate chip cookie. She told me she could not sell me just one cookie. I had to buy a minimum of 4 cookies. So of course I asked why. She said that right now they did not have any boxes for just one cookie, they only had the boxes for 4 pack or 6 pack so they could only sell me those. So then I told her can't she just put it in a napkin or the paper they use for their cookies since i was going to eat it right then. I really did not care if it came in a box or not. She told me that it's company policy that they can't do that. So I don't know if she was just making that up or if it's true, but they lost a sale that night due to a dumb policy that someone came up with. I wonder how many other people they turned away that night who only wanted one cookie. If that's the way they run their business, that tells me they really don't care about the customer or losing money. read more

They seemed like they are understaffed her. The wait time is one hour. They are not even able to greet you because they are so overwhelmed. They are no longer taking orders at the store because they are overwhelmed with the online order. To be fair it is a Saturday night, but still you should anticipate the amount of costumers you are going to have. I just wanted to know if they received my order online and make sure I'm at the right store. Then one of the workers answered. You're going to get your order when you get it. The store also looks like there was a tornado. It's not as tidy. Please hire more people for the weekend. Don't do this to your staff. Anticipate the large crowd. Last, what is the point of using gloves if you are going to handle money and not even change it then go back to touching cookies. You just contaminated the whole batch. I open the boxes to check that we were given the two different flavors. The Reese's had peanut butter spread on top but NONE of the Reese's crumbles; I mean NONE!!
