The two ladies working in there were so sweet. I had purchased gift cards days before and forgot to get the sleeve. They were so helpful and told me to take the ones I needed. I decided to go ahead and use my 800 points and get a mini sleeve of cookies. I had got the two cookies that my husband requested and the one celebration cookie that I really wanted to try. I was just told they ran out of the mini celebration cookie, so they instead gave me a full-size. I truly appreciate how kind they were because they knew how bad I wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The cookies were delicious and the excellent customer service meant a lot. Little things like this go along ways and those ladies don't know how good they made me feel. I am currently five months pregnant and so the cravings were real lol. Thank you

I ordered cookies online and when I went to go pick up I have to say the staff was not that very friendly or happy to be working. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. It wasn't that busy. It was about myself and maybe 2 other people. They called my name and the box was brought to me and she just said make sure your order is right and left. She didn't close the box for me or nothing. The top box was not clean and had frosting on top and when I got to the car and was holding it on my lap there was frosting on my jeans because it was all under the box too. I have been to this exact store and never had problems the staff was nice and friendly they closed the box for me and everything and it was so busy. I don't know maybe everyone there was in a bad mood.

Crumbl Cookies make for a great treat to bring for special events. I absolutely love their branding, which is similar to another local cookie like shop in the area. The packaging is so cute. This cookie shop is located at the Riverside Plaza (just off the 91 freeway and Central Ave.) - in front of the Regency theater - so parking can be a hit or miss. They have a couple of To Go parking spots right at the front but I've found that other people take them, even if they're not inside the shop. The do have available parking in the shared lot near the Nordstrom Rack or Trader Joe's / VONS side. Ordering is simple. I have their app and it's super easy to use. I do like the interface as well. Service is really quick here too. You're in and you're out with your cookies within 5 minutes of placing your order.

Taste: Almost 4 stars. Peach - very soft, not too sweet, light peach flavor, surprisingly not bad. Strawberry Pop Tarts cookie- tasted a little peanut buttery at first, thankfully again not overly sweet. Red velvet - cookie was harder than previous 2. Ok. Chocolate chip - has slight crispy edge. Tasted slightly sweeter than the others. Double chocolate fudge - Quite sweet. Price: $25.xx for 6 cookies. Normally I can resist the temptation but my family cannot, so here I am taste testing each flavor. Lol I was tempted to get the pumpkin chocolate chip one too but my family was not interested and I didn't want to be stuck being the only one to eat that one flavor. Make sure you're signed up in app for rewards points!

After a couple of weeks where one could not get their choice of cookie or their desired quantity of same, this location is back in full form. The Martha Stewart cookie collection this week was perfection and I hope Crumbl brings it back soon.

I went to Crumbl Cookies twice already. The first time, I placed a mobile order for pickup. I followed all the steps in the app--selected my pack, chose my cookies, and picked the pickup option. The estimated time for pickup was between 0 and 30 minutes. I remember it being around 7 o'clock when I arrived. As I walked in, I pressed the button on the app to notify them I was there. The store wasn't busy; in fact, it was pretty empty. The place was clean, and a staff member greeted me. I waited for them to call my name, and once they did, I picked up my order, left, and drove home. When I opened my box, I don't remember the exact cookies I ordered, but I do remember they were very crumbly and fell apart easily. I wasn't exactly satisfied, but I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. Overall, I'd rate my first experience three stars. For my second visit, I placed a mobile order for pickup again, just like before. I picked up my order around 5:45 PM. This time, when I walked in, the store was nearly empty, with only one other customer. However, I wasn't greeted. The employees just looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there--oh well. After waiting about two minutes, I saw my order being packaged right in front of me. The worker looked at me while packaging my cookies and smiled but didn't say anything. I said, "Thank you," and left. I sat on one of the benches outside to check my order. The box was dirty when I was opening it. Oh well. That's when I realized they had given me a cookie I didn't choose. It didn't ruin my day since I knew I could just go back inside to get the right one. When I walked in, I noticed the worker's expression--it was like they already knew they had made a mistake. I told them I had received the wrong cookie, and they simply said, "Okay," before handing me the correct one. They also let me keep the incorrect cookie for free! That actually made me feel a little better. The cookies were a bit hard this time, but oh well. Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been okay. It could have been better. I'd rate it three stars.

They seemed like they are understaffed her. The wait time is one hour. They are not even able to greet you because they are so overwhelmed. They are no longer taking orders at the store because they are overwhelmed with the online order. To be fair it is a Saturday night, but still you should anticipate the amount of costumers you are going to have. I just wanted to know if they received my order online and make sure I'm at the right store. Then one of the workers answered. You're going to get your order when you get it. The store also looks like there was a tornado. It's not as tidy. Please hire more people for the weekend. Don't do this to your staff. Anticipate the large crowd. Last, what is the point of using gloves if you are going to handle money and not even change it then go back to touching cookies. You just contaminated the whole batch. Please be mindful when you are using gloves, and remember to wash your hands and change your gloves before handling the food again. I'm probably never going back to this branch again. read more

Came here with a friend to get cookies he ordered with the app. He ordered 4 cookies and he gave me a chocolate chip one. For a Saturday, the order was prepared fresh and fast. Came in with a mobile order, really wanting the raspberry cheesecake cookie. I had seen it advertised on social media and it looked and sounded delicious. I entered the establishment and get attacked with both the employees yelling that they are "OUT OF CHILLED COOKIES!!" I had no idea what that meant and neither did most other customers. My first thought was that they offered ice cream cookie sandwiches and they were out or something. Then I get personally greeted and told that 3 of my cookies needed to be substituted because they were "chilled cookies". I looked at the menu and realized underneath the raspberry cheesecake cookie picture, in teeny-tiny light gray text it said "chilled cookie" I feel like assuming that all the customers know what a chilled cookie is, is a bit of a poor assumption. It would have been a lot more logical and coherent to say "Hello, we are out of the Raspberry Cheesecake and Brookie-Dough cookies today, I am sorry for the inconvenience." There was no explanation, maybe a refrigerator was down? Maybe they sold out? Maybe they didn't get a shipment? Maybe they didn't prep because they were shorthanded? Maybe they just didn't feel like making them? Or maybe they just didn't want to give them to me? Who knows. I got saddled with a bunch of chocolate cookies and I'm so sick of chocolate after the holidays. Wish there was more fruit-themed or a mild sugar cookie offered but it was only chocolate, cinnamon, and peanut butter; all of which are very rich. I can't fault the establishment for lack of diversity on menu though. read more

Frequent customer. Bought a 6 pack. Cookie I had was fine. My mother bit into the mint chocolate chip one and was stabbed by a piece of hard plastic or glass that was baked into the cookie. Called the store and the shift lead had no clue as to how to handle the situation, so he told the manager, who was out. Was contacted by the manager and he basically gaslit me saying they "don't bake with anything of that material"and it "doesn't look like it came from them it looks like something you just found." NEWSFLASH SHE FOUND IT IN YOUR COOKIE!!!!!!! What if someone's child bit into this?!? What if someone swallowed it?! My mom had a small hole in the roof of her mouth because she bit down on the pointy end. And they did absolutely nothing about it. So please, check your cookies before you bite! read more

My review on based on the service and company policy of Crumbl Corporate. I can't give a review of the quality of the cookie because they would not sell me one. And that leads me to my review. I went into their store on Saturday 4/13/24 at about 8pm to buy one cookie for myself. I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter if i can buy a chocolate chip cookie. She told me she could not sell me just one cookie. I had to buy a minimum of 4 cookies. So of course I asked why. She said that right now they did not have any boxes for just one cookie, they only had the boxes for 4 pack or 6 pack so they could only sell me those. So then I told her can't she just put it in a napkin or the paper they use for their cookies since i was going to eat it right then. I really did not care if it came in a box or not. She told me that it's company policy that they can't do that. So I don't know if she was just making that up or if it's true, but they lost a sale that night due to a dumb policy that someone came up with. I wonder how many other people they turned away that night who only wanted one cookie. If that's the way they run their business, that tells me they really don't care about the customer or losing money. read more

The cookies here are incredibly cute, and the storefront definitely knows how to market. The service is nice, fast, and simple. I love chocolate chip cookies, but I think the ones here are waaaaay too sweet for my taste. They would benefit from using a semi-sweet or at least more dark chocolate in their mix. It's very, very sugary. While the cookies are large, I do not believe they are worth the price-point. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The place is clean. The restroom is not available the whole time we are there. I should have tried their boba drinks instead. Next time, I'll try their classic taiyaki and boba. I am hoping that it will be a better experience for us.

I decided to pick up some señorita bread with cream cheese filling and Ube filling. The bread is soft and the filling is sweet. Other than the seniority bread, I wasn't sure what else to get here.

I had to force myself to put the container in the back of the freezer so I wouldn't eat the whole thing in one sitting! The service was quick and very friendly. The server seemed genuinely delighted to describe the ingredients in each flavor that interested me. My only wish is that they had someplace to sit down and enjoy the ice cream. There is only a service window and it's up to the customer to find some place to sit. Eating my cone in the car on a nice day like today wasn't so bad, but I wouldn't want to have to do it in the heat of summer. I'm glad that Handel's is way over on the other side of town, or I would be there every day working my way through the menu.
