Don't try to do the curbside pickup. Everyone just parks there so it's almost impossible to get one of the spots. You're better off just going into the store. The staff there is always so nice. If you don't like cookies that are soft to the point where you think they're raw, This isn't for you. If you don't mind that consistency then def try it. LOVE CRUMBL! Discovered this location and was pleasantly greeted by Jackie, Frankie and Monica right before closing. They welcomed me as they were closing (most places would've turned me away). My question is why the store manager never schedule employees in a good way! Whenever I go there to order cookies,every single time there is a long line with only one cashier who also has to take the orders and make them ready by himself!this is so hard for customers to wait in a small store and also the cashier is always nervous about ordering and they always get stressed which makes us feel bad! I highly recommend you to schedule more employees for cash because honestly I won't buy anything there and I'd rather to go somewhere that I have not to wait about 20 minutes just for a few cookies. read more

This is my 2nd time having cookies from this place. They are so good. I get sad about flavors being gone from one week to the next but I guess people love going to see what's new. I always cut the cookies and share them... this trip they had a cute cookie cutter and it was cool to just push down and cut the cookies. They gave us the wrong order when we picked up but quickly fixed it and we got to keep the extra cookie. So, thank you for quality customer service. Another reason to always check your order. What's not to love about warm cookies. I got a six packs 2 peanut butter chocolate, 2 blueberry cheesecake, 1 sugar, 1 pumpkin. Favorite was the peanut butter, lemon blueberry a close second. The flavor of the graham cracker cookie was great. The sugar cookie had to much almond excrescences for my taste. The pumpkin was perfect at for fall, it was more of a cakey texture but in a good way. read more

Hola Crumbl Cookies. This was my first experience. I've been told so much about this place so I had to give it a shot. Neapolitan cookie was delicious. The vanilla glaze Cinnamon Toast Crunch was also off the hook good. If I could give zero stars I would. I went there yesterday 11/7 right around 4:45pm. I ordered 6 mini cookies and used my rewards points to pay. After waiting about 20 min watching the staff do rock paper scissors to see who was going to work the front and package orders, I gifted a lady who was also patiently waiting to order as these imbeciles were still dicking around at the counter. Not to mention that I had to order minis because 3 flavors were out of stock. Worst Crumbl experience I have ever had. This location always has there cookies sold out, second time I come in 1 week. 1st time tres leches was sold out. 2nd time came to pick up for a family gathering at 1pm and they were sold out of there chocolate chip, brownie, tres leches and only had 3 flavors left. The first time I had Crumbl Cookies I thought it was so bomb! It was automatically one of my favorite cookie spots. One of the downfalls is that they have a weekly menu so if you have a favorite cookie for example and it's not on the menu for the week- then you can't order it. (This is what I was told). They have a cheesecake cookie that I was just so in love with when I tried it once but I wasn't able to order it on my daughters birthday even though that's what we both really wanted. We ordered an assortment from the cookies of the week. The employee said they have them ready but she just needed to decorate the ones we chose. She was very quick and sweet, we went shopping at a couple other stores before we came back to pick up the cookies. I love the way the store looks and their boxes are awesome! They're pink and decorated really nicely. Some of my favorite cookies are the cheesecake cookie, chocolate cookies and cream, && confetti cake. read more

Love Crumbl. Dislike this location. They have quite a few working here but pretty inefficient and disorganized. This time add to it, rude. We walked up to the kiosk to place an order but the kid working there told us they aren't taking any more orders. There were no more than about 5 people waiting and it was 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. We thought maybe they ran out of dough lol. But as we were discussing how weird it was another group came in and place their order. He popped back out from the back so I asked him why he told us we couldn't just a couple of minutes prior and he said it was fine to order again. Then the girl working with him doubled down to say they weren't supposed to order but they really aren't allowed to tell them that. Lol, what? We love crumbles so we have gone to different locations and this is the only one where getting a cookie is so annoying. Takes the fun out of it! I placed an online order to Crumbl in Riverside (at the Plaza) today. My order was to be ready by 4:30 PM. I went into the store and there were 4 or 5 workers in the store. I stood at the cash register for roughly 11-12 minutes before one of the workers said, "Do you want to order?" I responded, "I have an online order to pick up." She said, "Ok," and walked away. She and another worker started putting cookies in the boxes, hoping she was working on my order. Approximately 6-7 minutes pass and I asked the same worker if she was working on my pickup order. At that point she asked for the name on the order, which I provided. She then went towards the back of the store and began to text on her phone. At this point, there are several people behind me in line, and I realize I've been in the store for 20 minutes! I had to flag down another worker and ask her if my order was ready. She FINALLY placed six cookies in a box and handed it to me. There was no "sorry about the wait," or "thanks for your order." Clearly the staff at this location do not care about customers or their service to the customers! I will be happy to drive about 17 miles further to the Crumbl off of Cajalco in Corona from now on! read more
