All of the cookies are great but the fresh and warm ones are even better. I love the size of them, but their a little overpriced.

I went twice and was very excited about it, but the service fell flat BOTH TIMES. They were not even busy. I was the only person there and I had to bag my own things AFTER I asked them if I could please have a bag. The second visit was an exact play by play of the first visit. When I asked if I may please get individual boxes for my order she said, "Yeah but only because you're the only person here." And the bags they gave me didn't even hold all of the product properly. (I had to bag it myself and ask for the bag AGAIN. Who in their right mind would stack and carry a bunch of individual boxes to their car?) The staff's customer service was barely bare minimum. I will not be returning and I'm not recommending this location. If you MUST get cookies from here please order online and do a store pick up to have the shortest of interactions with these workers. I thought that maybe the first employee was having a hard day and then the second encounter with a different employee was exactly the same. There is no excuse for people dropping this much money and have a lingering distaste for the establishment based on the rotten attitudes and the unwillingness to serve the people who are not even being difficult or rude. I was very disappointed in the cookie. The price would have indicated to me that it was a quality product with great real ingredients. It was very hard and dry and had a very artificial taste. It tasted to me like it was made with coconut oil instead of butter. Really not worth the cost or the calories. I did not even eat the whole cookie. read more

I have to say that I love these cookies, but my review is based on my treatment. I went tonight to your location in Riverside, CA. I marked I was here on my app. I waited over 10 minutes, and no one came out. Then I tried calling the store 3 times, the call continued to drop. I then walked in and waited for an additional 5 minutes, I was not even acknowledged. When the girl (Catherine) finally acknowledged me I said I was here for my order. She brought my cookies and I questioned her about why she didn't acknowledge me. She rudely told me that I needed to wave her down, that she was busy. I then asked her why she help the people at the cash wrap and didn't say anything to me. Her response is they are buying cookies. Then I said that already bought cookies and tipped her too. Again she said that I needed to flag her, she doesn't know why I am there. I looked at my cookies and said her comments were ridiculous. Then the manager on duty came up and said to not harass her employee. I didn't, I was just in shock how I was treated. I am disabled and that's why I prefer curbside. I have spent lots of money at this location to be treated so rudely. This was not the first time I have had to wait such a long time. read more

They make my cookies average & I can't complain, but this is the second time I've been to this to place and they have ran out of the flavors "4hrs" before they close. Weather it's on their app, door dash or in person. We had a pink doughnut, served warm, basically a vanilla cookie moonlighting as a doughnut with gooey pink icing and sprinkles. We also ordered a chilled chocolate strawberry which was balanced and not a sugar overload as one might expect. I was really craving crumbl cookies so I went there was a big line didn't mind at all. Wasn't greeted while walking in or nothing. My friends and I stopped for a treat after a mediocre movie. I was greeted with enthusiasm from the get go. I went in not knowing what cookie I wanted and despite the crazy line of people, Catherine took the time to guide me through what delicious options I had to choose from. Her experience was so great I left with two cookies instead! Love Catherine and the other lady for their hard work. UPDATE: i went to a party and they had crumbl cookies from the Redlands Crumbl and they were AMAZING. i then went back to Riverside Crumbl and they were gross. Cookies were okay. I feel like cookie plug is way better. I'm not sure if I'm feeling that way because the poor customer service at Crumbl. We did self order because no one was at the counter. Even though we self ordered we still added the tip. When our order came up, the girl called my name and just dropped the cookies on the counter and walked away. I said thank you and she said yeah lol girl was NOT interested in working or working there. I actually feel bad for her. It makes me wonder how poor of a work environment it is. read more

Cookies are always delicious & mostly warm. I do have an issue with them "running out" of certain cookies & then having cookies on the side but saying they can't sell until they have a certain amount to start selling again. Service is not good at this particular Crumbl. The cookies are good but that's a shared recipe. The delivery is really lacking. They have to train better or replace a couple folks. I walk in and stand at the register without anyone acknowledging my presence sans the BIG entry hello. One young lady was literally working on replacing the display as I stood there for a few minutes. I noticed one of the cookies had a big black hair on it. Finally I ask if I am standing in the right spot and the lady says she can take my order. I point out the hair and she replaces the wrong cookie! Alejandra and Frankie are the best cookie masters I've ever encountered, they were both checking on our orders and updating us on how long the wait would be since it was opening day for this location it was very busy! Unfortunately they ran out of the waffle one we wanted, but they said if we waited a few extra minutes they would have some fresh ones out of the oven. We were so happy to wait and glad we did because they were amazing cookies!!! I love Crumbl! I really enjoy looking forward to the new cookies each week. The cookies are original and always fresh. My family and I order them about 2 times a month to sample and rate them for fun. We order one each of the new ones and then divide them in 1/8. I'm not giving it a 1 star because of taste but for their unorganized difunctional ordering systems. I've been in twice where I've used either the self service check out or online app. Both times I've ordered half dozen cookies, not the "cookie of the week" but normal chocolate chip cookies and both times when I pick up I'm told they're sold out. Really? A normal chocolate chip cookie, where your systems clearly state you have some. Solution: Don't provide clients the self service ordering systems since it's clearly not working read more

Great cookies, great service, but a couple of times the cookies have been missing the filling including this week's Lemon poppyseed.

I order a 12 pack and picked up the cookies in 45 minutes. When I got there 6 of my cookies were missing, They said they were out. I asked how long it would take for the chocolate chip cookies and the girl said " too long for you to wait". I think 45 minutes seems like a long enough time to bake chocolate chip cookies. The cookies I did order were sloppy and not consistent. I paid 40 dollars for sloppy cookies I didn't order. Very disappointed. Ok so I love this place. A friend of mine and I have been going for a few weeks now to try the menu every week. However yesterday we went in the evening I didn't cut into the cookies until today!!!
