The two ladies working in there were so sweet. I had purchased gift cards days before and forgot to get the sleeve. They were so helpful and told me to take the ones I needed. I decided to go ahead and use my 800 points and get a mini sleeve of cookies. I had got the two cookies that my husband requested and the one celebration cookie that I really wanted to try. I was just told they ran out of the mini celebration cookie, so they instead gave me a full-size. I truly appreciate how kind they were because they knew how bad I wanted to try it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The cookies were delicious and the excellent customer service meant a lot. Little things like this go along ways and those ladies don't know how good they made me feel. I am currently five months pregnant and so the cravings were real lol. Thank you

Crumbl Cookies make for a great treat to bring for special events. I absolutely love their branding, which is similar to another local cookie like shop in the area. The packaging is so cute. This cookie shop is located at the Riverside Plaza (just off the 91 freeway and Central Ave.) - in front of the Regency theater - so parking can be a hit or miss. They have a couple of To Go parking spots right at the front but I've found that other people take them, even if they're not inside the shop. The do have available parking in the shared lot near the Nordstrom Rack or Trader Joe's / VONS side. Ordering is simple. I have their app and it's super easy to use. I do like the interface as well. Service is really quick here too. You're in and you're out with your cookies within 5 minutes of placing your order.

Taste: Almost 4 stars. Peach - very soft, not too sweet, light peach flavor, surprisingly not bad. Strawberry Pop Tarts cookie- tasted a little peanut buttery at first, thankfully again not overly sweet. Red velvet - cookie was harder than previous 2. Ok. Chocolate chip - has slight crispy edge. Tasted slightly sweeter than the others. Double chocolate fudge - Quite sweet. Price: $25.xx for 6 cookies. Normally I can resist the temptation but my family cannot, so here I am taste testing each flavor. Lol I was tempted to get the pumpkin chocolate chip one too but my family was not interested and I didn't want to be stuck being the only one to eat that one flavor. Make sure you're signed up in app for rewards points!

BEST COOKIES IN TOWN!!!!!!! i oder on the app i went run some errands and they sent me a notification saying that my order was ready, i walked in to the store full of people and i thought to my self great i am going to be waiting here for a while and to my surprise the call my name right away! i was so happy

After a couple of weeks where one could not get their choice of cookie or their desired quantity of same, this location is back in full form. The Martha Stewart cookie collection this week was perfection and I hope Crumbl brings it back soon.

Ok Crumbles, come through with the Carrot Cake! That has been my favorite item from there, so far. It's not rich and lacking flavor like the the cookies. The cookies are pretty, but they are also rich and bland. Come out with another cake flavor...please and thank you!!!

I went to Crumbl Cookies twice already. The first time, I placed a mobile order for pickup. I followed all the steps in the app--selected my pack, chose my cookies, and picked the pickup option. The estimated time for pickup was between 0 and 30 minutes. I remember it being around 7 o'clock when I arrived. As I walked in, I pressed the button on the app to notify them I was there. The store wasn't busy; in fact, it was pretty empty. The place was clean, and a staff member greeted me. I waited for them to call my name, and once they did, I picked up my order, left, and drove home. When I opened my box, I don't remember the exact cookies I ordered, but I do remember they were very crumbly and fell apart easily. I wasn't exactly satisfied, but I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. Overall, I'd rate my first experience three stars. For my second visit, I placed a mobile order for pickup again, just like before. I picked up my order around 5:45 PM. This time, when I walked in, the store was nearly empty, with only one other customer. However, I wasn't greeted. The employees just looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there--oh well. After waiting about two minutes, I saw my order being packaged right in front of me. The worker looked at me while packaging my cookies and smiled but didn't say anything. I said, "Thank you," and left. I sat on one of the benches outside to check my order. The box was dirty when I was opening it. Oh well. That's when I realized they had given me a cookie I didn't choose. It didn't ruin my day since I knew I could just go back inside to get the right one. When I walked in, I noticed the worker's expression--it was like they already knew they had made a mistake. I told them I had received the wrong cookie, and they simply said, "Okay," before handing me the correct one. They also let me keep the incorrect cookie for free! That actually made me feel a little better. The cookies were a bit hard this time, but oh well. Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been okay. It could have been better. I'd rate it three stars.

DO NOT GET CRUMBL COOKIES IF YOU DON'T WANT FOOD POISONING. I ordered a box of cookies and everything seemed good until I took a bite into all of them. I had DIARRHEA and I had to use the restroom 4 times within the span of 6 hours. Had to speed my car to the restroom at home but ended up getting a gun pulled on me while I was in a rush to get back and poop (unrelated). Undercooked dough and the cookie is way way too soft (undercooked) to barely even meet federal guidance on killing salmonella. There's so many ways baking cookies can go wrong and I feel like Crumbl Cookies doesn't mind putting their toes on the edge when it comes to food safety. Please revise your standards on food safety in the kitchen so this doesn't happen again read more

We just went to try out these cookies at the Redlands location...HORRIBLE!!! These are the worst chocolate chip cookies we EVER had. They were under cooked, mushy inside, tasteless dough!!! LOL, I can't believe this mess is selling!!! So b4 tossing in the garbage, we put them in the over to try to redeem them...there was no hope, omg...just awful! Costco and Trader joe's C.C is so much better and alot less expensive! $5.00 bucks for a crappie cookie!!! We only tried them out because we received a gift card. My wife and I love Crumbl and had a promotional card we got at the Point Loma location because they were out of half the cookies (the 4 we wanted) and it was for "1 free box". It said only redeemable at that location but they said others should take it. That being said, tonight I went to your riverside location and explained the story and asked if they would honor it. The gentleman said yes 'but only for a single cookie because it comes in a box'. I tried explaining it was for 4 cookies, a 'box', not a 'one free party box' and not a 'one free cookie' and he continued to say no. I could be wrong but y'all use the verbiage cookie, box and party box so one free box should mean 4. I even called the Point Loma and they said yes, one box is 4 cookies. read more

It just came in below expectations. We kept seeing them online and were excited they were opening close. They only have a few flavor cookies to choose from at a time. You can only do regular size cookies if you do catering and the cookies are only ok. I would much rather go down the street to riverside cookie shop where I can actually have choices. read more

Crumble is hit or miss at my location. This last time i ordered all of the toppings were jacked up and left it to be unappetizing. You see other stores that are immaculate with the toppings and the way they bake the cookie as well. I'm all for raw cookie dough but when you want a cooked cookie an half of it is raw it makes it gross, my husband woke up throwing up this morning after we indulged last night an we probably shouldn't have ate it. I really hope that this location is using proper hand washing techniques an cleaning. Other than that i probably won't be going back to this location again. read more

I am very disappointed by your location. It was very busy , which I completely understand, your cookies are very popular and good. However, after waiting 10 mins for 1 cookie , that was $4.75 , it was the wrong cookie. I came to the Riverside location for the waffle cookie. I specifically asked the young lady at the register , to repeat back what I ordered and she confirmed the waffle cookie. Once I got to my car , it was a chocolate chip cookie . Since it was extremely too crowded to make a big deal about it , I just left and gave the cookie to my niece. Please be careful in the future. I wasn't too happy about the mix up. read more

Me and my husband love the cookies from Crumbl Cookie. We have been there on 3 occasions since the Riverside location opened up closer to where we live. But, last time that we ordered for curbside we arrived at our time window and still had to wait 30 minutes and was not acceptable. When I went into the store to check what was the delay no one acknowledged me until I had to get someone's attention. The staff in the evening had no customer service and was disappointed. I went to Crumbl Cookie today and received the worst service ever. I didn't catch her name but it's like she didn't even want to be there. these cookies ATE. very big portions but prices are lowk crazy. the girl packing the cookie orders wore the same gloves and was touching all appliances, the ipad, boxes, doors and the packed and decorated them WITH THE SAME GLOVES. and has no sense of urgency. i usually never complain about wait time but it took about 15 minutes to pack my order with 2 other orders ahead. read more

Place was clean and neat. Cookies were/are amazing. Was very satisfied with my cookies, but the staff needs training on customer service. When we arrived there were about 10 people in front of us. We ordered online, so not knowing when we're next in line, we waited patiently. Shortly, there was just us and two other people, then then they went, still we waited, more people came and went after us. Some ordering there on the spot and getting their order before us. Several workers looked at us, and not once did they ask to help. Finally we went to see what the hold up was. As if put out, the employee rolled her eyes and checked. When she found my order she said, it will be ready soon. The only thing I can say is, I don't do automatic tips, I tip in person based on service. So maybe they seen I didn't leave a tip in app. and based my service on that, I don't know, but if they had hoped for a tip, they blew that with over looking us several times, ignoring our presence, and then acting put-out by my asking if our order is close to ready. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The ice cream was amazing, and the churros were hot, soft, and crunchy. To be honest, this is probably one of the better Mexican spots in the Inland Empire. The place is clean. The restroom is not available the whole time we are there. I should have tried their boba drinks instead. Next time, I'll try their classic taiyaki and boba. I am hoping that it will be a better experience for us.

I would recommend crumble cookie for birthdays for office parties for graduation parties or just when you feel like a sweet treat. I do have my few favorites that only come around once in awhile. However their chocolate chip cookie is always a favorite as well. Whether it's for an occasion or just something to curve of craving I would suggest trying crumble cookie if you haven't. When I asked to pay cash it changed to $30.90. I asked the cashier if they charge for using a card. She said yes. Under section 1748.1 it's illegal at a federal level to charge a patron for using their debit card. There's an exception in the state of California due to the Italian colors lawsuit. However, you have to post what you will be charging for using a card. I get times are hard especially for a small businesses owner. Being deceitful and stealing from your customers is not a great business move. Had I not asked to pay cash, I would have never known and I'm sure 99% of the people coming here aren't aware either. So here's your warning! A fee of roughly 3-4% is being added to your bill for paying with your card.
