The manager was incredibly helpful and immediately took care of it. When I arrived, everything was ready for pickup, and they even included a little extra, which I truly appreciated. They went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. It's rare to see businesses provide this level of customer service these days. Came here to have lunch and co-work. The service was terrible! After we made our selection of pastries, we came to the counter to check out and order other items. I immediately said hi to our cashier and she did not even acknowledge us and just rang us up and had the audacity to give us a dirty look. I was shocked because for someone that works in customer service, she was just not a happy camper. The place seemed ok but I did like the small area where you can co-work quietly. I will say that the looks of everything is very pretty. The pastries all looks very delicious and you're forced to figure out which ones are calling you the most because you can't try everything. On this visit I tried a mango tart and a blueberry cheese pastry. Walking up to the cashier/coffee area, the case includes very beautiful cakes of all kinds. The cashier is very friendly and I ask for a warm up on my pastries and he did. I also ordered a hot Americano which came out very hot and fresh. The pastries, however, I think are just OK. I feel like the presentation of everything is beautiful, but the texture and taste was just OK.
