Love that they don't run out of popular flavors. I can go late at night and they still have a nice selection. They are really nice too.

Cookie: oatmeal with a cream and beery topping. Pros: this cookie taste better the next day. Meaning the flavors have to settle in order for everything to work. When I tasted this cookie right off the press it wasnt sweet at all. But together with the frosting it was poppin! Cons: the cookie part was not sweet the day of. Talk about a guilty pleasure! Ordinarily I avoid "pretty" desert offerings, because their eye-appeal far exceeds their taste. Not so at Crumbl Cookies. These luscious cookies are as good as they look. My favorites are the Classic Sugar Cookie and the Milk Chocolate Chip. For such a busy location, the well-managed Staff do a great job keeping up with the crowds. I find the store is always clean and bright, the outside area picked up, employees neatly "uniformed," and the service is fast and friendly. No shortage of hustle here! TIP: The Crumbl Cookies in Salem is always busy, so to avoid any waiting on my part, I like to order ahead, and take advantage of their Curbside Pickup. My husband spent hours yesterday waiting for the Dubai Chocolate brownies to be available to order them for our daughter who has been begging for days to try it. Finally at 9:50 it showed they were baking so we paid 25 bucks to order the cookies for my husband to show up at the store as soon as they opened and they said they were sold out. But yet you took my money? The owner was there and was extremely dismissive and blamed it on the system instead of taking any responsibility. As an owner of an established store you would think they would have some tact and take accountability for what goes on in their store, but obviously that is not the case. Never again. read more

I ordered online an hour before I needed to pickup because I was on my way to work. Arrived to find 50 or so people waiting with lines out the door. I checked in and was told there would be a 30 minute wait time. We'll that's why I ordered ahead! There was no indication of the wait when I placed my order. The lady helping was nice but I ended up not getting what I ordered. So word to the wise, call ahead and make sure they can actually fulfill your order. Very lucky that I happened to be in Salem on the day of the Grand Opening. Everyone in line received a free chocolate cookie!! The cookies were phenomenal. Each cookie was very flavorful, soft, and came out nice & warm too. The cookies are pretty big too! One cookie can be good for 2 people. They have a weekly rotating menu as well, so every Sunday they have new flavors that you can choose from. You can always check their social media to see what flavors they have before you visit. I came in around 6:00 PM and I had to wait about 30 to 45 minutes in line, which isn't too bad. The cookies and customer service were great, so it was worth the wait. Lots of parking in this plaza too. My only complaint was how safety precautions were handled during COVID-19. They had markers on the ground for social distancing, but it didn't seem to be 6 ft apart to me. There were also many customers who were allowed to go inside without a mask - it was especially children and older folks that weren't wearing one. Although there were several signs that encouraged pandemic protocols, the staff did not enforce them and made me feel unsafe being near customers that were exposing themselves freely. read more

Baked to be soft. Flavors are amazing - chocolate chip, peanut butter/chocolate chip, churro, Oreo, waffle, strawberry shortcake, German chocolate, and more! Changes daily. This place is so cute and very clean in appearance. I love all the white with hints of pink. It's right next to applebees. The parking lot is huge so you won't have any trouble with parking. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I was standing there for a while looking at their items and I'm pretty sure they noticed it was my first time. They proceeded to tell me about the cookies and mentioned they rotate their flavors weekly. They had some classic flavors but I chose their 4 pack of their weekly flavors. These cookies were huge! I could barely grab one with my hand. The cookies I got were Reese's chip, confetti cake, lemon glaze, and biscoff lava. The biscoff lava was my favorite. They were all buttery and soft. Cannot order mini cookies unless you order 250 minimum. If you don't know, flavors change every Sunday. They keep a clean facility and even wipe down high touch surfaces as often as they can. You can order via touch screen or in person with the weeks example in life size at the register. They are pretty sugary and flavorful especially if you get more than one. The sets sizes vary but the set of 4 usually covers the interesting new flavors of the week vs traditional flavors. It's fun to watch the crew bake while you wait, they even add the toppings made to order. It's a small lobby area and store front but weekly fun. read more

My first time here. I had a Boston Cream cookie & oh wow! Absolutely delicious!!! Walking in was all pink & white & super clean. Some think the $4.25 is too pricey & the cookies are underbaked & nothing special. Wow, today was the worst day every for Cookie Crumble. There was a man that was waiting 90 minutes then went to complain and another employee who was waiting for that one customer to complain to explode... well he did. When Red Shirt went to complain they both exchanged nasty words and even got in front of each other's faces. This was pretty scary as there were children and families watching. The store needs to be prepared for holiday weekends like these and have a better plan otherwise next time it may escalate to something more serious. Really awesome cookies! The shop itself was really cool too and I appreciate the nice packaging of the cookies. However, I gave it a 2 because the wait time for this cookies was not worth it. It was me and one other customer waiting for our orders and I'm not sure what was going on. The customer service wasn't the greatest either, the person that gave me my box just said my order quickly and walked off. I guess in a weird way- for a cookie place, I wanted the workers to appear happy, but I felt like I needed to ask them if they were okay. They get a star for cleanliness and a star friendliness. I went in to find out what all the roar was about with these cookies, and I love cookies! The size of the cookie was amazing. Firstly, this business model is very clever and the way it has been executed is honestly very well done. The building/storefront: The aesthetic is very simple but eye catching. They have kiosks for ordering anything on the menu (cookies, ice cream, drinks etc..), - I'd recommend using them because it makes things easier for the employees as the orders go straight to their tablets in the prep area (also, the UI is very intuitive so don't feel intimated about using it to order.) Everything was very clean and well kept. The cookies: I've had probably over a dozen different flavors at this point and I honestly don't have any complaints - the only thing I wasn't entirely a fan of was one cookie (I believe it was a snickerdoodle) was pretty doughy, which I know most of their cookies generally are slightly doughy due to I assume the cookies being as thick as they are... all 'n all not a complaint. They are decent size and very filling even just after one cookie. One thing I am a huge fan of is every cookie I've had that had some form of "icing", the icing was neither overwhelmingly sweet or rich tasting. The flavors are all tastefully done and not overly sweet or anything. All 'n all it's a great little concept and I love it! The pricing does seem a bit steep but considering the size of the cookies I supposed it's justified. read more

Disorganized and unable to resolve issues. I have ordered from Crumble 6 times. The first time things went smooth. The 2nd time they delivered the order on the wrong day. The third time they charged me twice for an order and I never was reimbursed. The 4th time, it went ok, but the cookies were late. The 5th time, again.. the next day they were delivered and no explanation given. The 6th time, there is a problem with Crumble & Door Dash. They say they were delivered but we did not get them. Door Dash is pointing fingers @ Crumble and Crumble has washed their hands of it. So... no cookies. read more

These cookies are huge! Tried out all the flavors they had that day which were: milk chocolate chip, sour patch kids, Reese's, double trouble, pink sugar cookie. My favorite had to be the milk chocolate and the Reese's. They give it to you still warm but to me it tastes better cooled down. It was wayyy too sweet when it was warm and felt a little undercooked. Also tried out the muddy buddy ice cream and it was meh. No line when I went on a Friday afternoon but you can just order for pickup for a quicker transaction. read more
