The Good: OK, I've never had a better cookie. It was the Cinnamon Pretzel and it was astounding. Cookie was handed to me in its own pink cardstock box -- hot and tender. The Poor: Customer area is cramped with poor flow and an awkward place to wait for your order. Really not suitable for the current Covid conditions. I was not comfortable in the store. The Rest: That would be the price. It was the best cookie I ever had, but it was also twice as expensive as any other cookie I've eaten. Was it worth it? Maybe for my birthday. read more

The cookies are great and I love the new flavors every week. My favorite would have to be the cookies and cream milkshake cookie! The only thing I don't like about this particular location is the long wait. I do think that they should have more than one or two people icing/decorating the cookies, so it goes a lot faster. Usually I see a ton of employees behind the counter making the dough, but I feel like having an extra person or two icing/decorating would help with efficiency, since I feel like it's really slow to get the cookies after ordering, especially on a busy night. It's also painfully cramped in there and it's hard to social distance in the store based on the layout. It's better to order curbside pickup. read more

I can't even. These cookies are so good! I got the caramel popcorn and I swear it tasted like actual popcorn, not just butter, but popcorn. How?!? My sister got churro Nutella and said the same thing. How does a baked cookie taste like a fried churro? I don't know. There might be actual wizards working here. I'm obsessed. Order through the digital wall pads and the workers get your box together for you. The cookies are a large size and many have a frosted top and decorations. The cookies are good quality and my favorite to get when I'm craving something sweet and fresh baked. The only complaint I have is, they miss such great opportunities to make holiday themed/flavored cookies around the holidays. It seems they always recycle old cookie flavors, it gets boring. The service is always fast and I've never waited long even when busy. The ambiance is always fantastic, the looks are simple and it's always so clean. Would just love to see them branch out flavor wise. read more

Cookie wise I would rate this place a nine out of 10 because I don't ever give things 10 normally because you never know.. what if I have a unicorn cookie one day and it's amazing I came a little after 10 with my friend and sister. I got the sea salt toffee, my friend got chocolate chip, and my sister got the mint brownie. Like it's so perfectly chewy with just a tiny bit of sea salt and then like cookie itself (brown part) it's just made so well (so much flavor and so warm and chewy and FRESH. The people that worked there were so nice and patient that overall great experience. .I knew from the beginning when we were walking in and the gentleman that was working there was walking out I think to give someone their order and he held the door open for us like a gentleman and then answered all of our questions because I told him it was our first time there. I got a four pack because I wanted to bring my brother a cookie and he wasn't responding and the girl that took our order was just so nice and patient and wasn't mean or anything like that because at some places if you take a little bit longer than usual like you get a little bit of attitude or like you can see the look of annoyance from cashier and stuff at-least I have in the past so I was so appreciative of them for being so nice about it. Also the lighting there was perfect to snap a picture of the cookies. 10/10 experience. For anyone that complains that the prices are expensive, I feel like quality over quantity. You definitely get your moneys worth in flavor, service, and experience. read more

I lalalalalove the cookies here. Every single crumb I will devour. I have to say the sugar cookie is ultimately my fav just because it keeps well and I can nibble on it for a few days. I gave it a 4 star because the prices have gone up and my typical 4 cookie order has been changed to 6 now. I got used to ordering 4 which was a perfect amount for my family. Regardless the cookies are still the best I've ever had. The frosting, the cookie itself, the flavors, I've never had one I did not like. As for the service, I can not rate that as I have only been to Lake Oswego's Crumble when they first opened. I liked it. read more

I have never had such a horrible multiple experiences at Crumbl. I work for a very large company in Salem, Oregon. I have 1800 associates that I do round table events for. Every month I order a couple hundred cookies to celebrate the associates birthdays. Previously I would order from the LAS Vegas site as that is where I worked so I was so excited to show my associates how delicious and wonderful Crumbl cookies is. However, Salem's Crumbl cookie has treated me horribly. I went in on Friday last week to place the orders for this week. I'm placing a large order so I would always place my order early so they knew what was coming up. I got told no, they don't do that and that I needed to place my order on the app on Sunday... cool. Wanted the cookies Monday night; couldn't do that. I ordered for Tuesday morning and individually packaged (have to pay extra so I did) I get there right at 10 when the first pick up allows and they hand me a box with 70 boxes and say, here you go. Why am I paying for a service I have to do myself? So I ask why they aren't pre packaged and they say "corporate will not allow it on catering orders" that's not even true. I just did t it for my managers and they prepackaged them, so maybe say due to Covid regulations corporate changes the policy. I would get that. Today I have my 2nd order of the week, I looked on my app to see what Time I put my order for, app doesn't say. So I call the store and ask how early I'd be able to pick up. The guy says hold on I have to ask my manager. Gets back on the phone and says "he says no you can't change your order." NOT what I asked, so I said I just wanted to know what time I could pick up my cookies." NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CRUMBL! they have not only lost my personal business but also hundreds of cookies a month in future revenue. Glad they are cool with burning bridges. I'll stick with locals who care about making money. I'd also give them 0 stars at this point. read more

Horrible, overpriced and under baked. Their tres leches cookie was very bland. There are no samples offered and the manager was talked to by myself and no refund or exchange was given. Very poor customer relations!! My next step will be to talk to corporate. I will not EVER go there again. I have made way better cookies than they make and for a lot less. The wait here is always so long and they are so slowwwwww. They have like 10 or more employees in there, yet they are horrible at customer service. Every time I go in for a doordash order, it takes them at least 10 minutes to ask who I'm there for, and I would just get their attention myself but to me it seems like they avoid customers. Also I don't know why they are always so busy I think they are way over hyped, over priced and honestly not that tasty. Sorry, but honesty is best. read more

I've been to this location twice, the first time I waited 30 minutes, (they seemed busy) I went back to the counter to find out they gave my order to someone else, Very frustrating but accidents happen. Came back a second time ordered ahead online for curbside pick up waited again over 40 mins, went in to the counter there were boxes waiting to go out but they ran out of banana cream and I guess decided not to process orders... The cookies tasted fine. I order a party box with an assortment 20 minutes later they tell me they are out of 3 kinds and it will be another 20 minutes until they are ready. I wait 10 more minutes before they give a box with only half of what I wanted. Customer service was terrible. Had no boston crème cookies we were asked for if we wanted a substitute but we still wanted the rest of our order got refunded thinking that it was only for the three not noticing that they had refunded are whole order we waited 25 minutes or more when we noticed that they had completely canceled are order then we were then informed that it had been canceled we then reordered and still had to wait we ordered 9 cookies on our second order we finally got the cookie 6 of them in one box and three individual boxes do not recommend this location read more

Cookies are amazing. The wait for them are ridiculous. Their curbside and order online it's very flawed. They don't get your order prepped until you actually arrive. So if your order was supposed to be ready at 4 PM, and the store is super busy, then you will be behind everyone else who was there before you, regardless of you placing the order online or through Doordash. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to pick up my order. My brother drives for doordash and he has had to wait an hour to pick up his delivery. The doordash company got him in trouble because his delivery took a lot longer than it should have. They gave him a contract violation and didn't care that it was the merchant's fault. They should prep orders when they RECEIVE Them. Not when the customer arrives. I get their motto is "fresh and warm", but I'm sure no one cares if it's warm when they have to wait for over an hour. They also don't care about store capacity or 6feet separation and had well over 25 people Inside. read more

I was a little disappointed with first visit. Store was clean and associates were busy, on-task and it appeared that they loved their work. My first cookie was a snickerdoodle. I've been a Cookie Monster most of my life and loved to bake. My snickerdoodles are better as well as my chocolate chip. I had some time to kill so I drove down Lancaster to Canter St. and turned into the mall. I wanted to see if Crumbl was as good as some people say. i went inside and didn't see any prices posted so I waited for my turn to order.Apparently the small cookies only come if you pre order at least 50 @ $1 per cookie. I ordered 2 Chocolate Chip 2 Double Chocolate a Cream Cheese frosted and a Waffle cookie. At $4.25 per cookie you save a small amount by getting 6. The place was clean and the staff friendly. I can't really get on board with the tip at checkout business being this is a walk up service. When I got home I tried part of the Chocolate Chip and thought it was okay but not really worth the money. I also noticed that none of the cookies come with any variety of nuts. I suppose they made the corporate decision to not chance nut allergies. My conclusion is what Jack Reacher said when he finally got a piece of peach pie...I've had better. I think the cookies should be a little thinner and baked at a little higher temperature for maybe a minute longer. read more
