Literally posting one star because I have no other option, but they seriously need a new employee for customer service. I went yesterday Dec 30th and placed an order of 4 and 6 cookies. My son walked in and they only gave him one although he asked if there was a second one, they told him No. I go in there telling them I'm missing a second box and right away the employee with light complexion and light brownish hair cuts me off and rudely says "he took off his without his second box"!!! Okay why yell for your mistakes?! Today, Dec 31st I placed another order of 6 cookies at 5:15 pm, I got there at 6:05 and the exact same lady saw us and told my son No, they're closed. I get it, I was 5 minutes late, I get off and ask if she can do anything about my order and she's just shouting at me through the door that it's closed and to come on Thursday! Seriously?! Did they throw out my box of cookies in the 5 minutes I was late?! I asked for refund and she refused. This lady is super rude and does not deserve to work in customer service!!! The time it took her shouting through through the window she could had easily handed me my box. I truly hope Crumble does something about this because the cookies are expensive as it is, for their employees to be rude, they should do better!! read more

The drivers should be Spanish/English bilingual so they are able to communicate with all customers. I had a frustrating experience which I'm sure was frustrating for the driver as well because he was lost and couldn't figure out the address. I ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund. I am so upset, I went to crumbl today 09/28/24 and the service was horrible. There was a line out of the door on to the street because they were going so slow in there and I am sure it was because all there were doing was laughing, yelling, and talking. I ordered the weekly flavors and I will link the photos below with how it should look based off of the photos online v.s what I got. I am so upset I ordered a big cookie and got 3 small ones huddled together basically falling apart. That snickers one makes me question how hard they are actually working there. Decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt for a 4th time in a several month span, as the track record has been extremely inconsistent. This week the Black Forest cookie sounded great and wanted to give it a try. We get all the way home and there's ZERO cherry sauce on either cookie! This is beyond disappointing, as this was the entire reason for the order. I'm sorry, at the price of the cookie it's their responsibility to make sure that each component is there, every time.
