If you use the Crumbl app to order cookies to pick up after work or for a special event HAVE A BACK UP PLAN!!!! TWO TIMES, I've ordered cookies to be picked up later only to be told the cookies are sold out. I have completed surveys & tried to contact customer service, but nothing has changed!!! Because 3 strikes yoy're out....it happened again today! So this time, instead of refunding half of the order that couldn't be filled I see the entire order was cancelled and I was recharged for individual cookies making the cost more!! NOT good customer service, gonna look for a more reliable alternative that comes thru on their customers orders. Too bad, cuz the cookies are good when you can get them. read more

I've been to this location twice now. They have fantastic service and the cookies I've purchased have come out warm, well decorated, and absolutely delicious! I will say, cookies tend to sell out. When placing an online order for a later pick up time, be aware that what you ordered in the morning may not be available in the evening for pick up. For example, they may only have 3 of the 4 cookies you ordered. So as a tip: try to pick up earlier in the day if possible. read more

Always amazing cookies!! And amazing service! Cookies taste so fresh and we are always greeted when we enter the store.

When I visited, they've been open for a week so there was a pretty long line on a Saturday evening around 6pm but, I braced the windy chilly weather and stood in line which I thought would be at least 45 min wait. The line surprisingly moved pretty quick and I was inside ordering within 20 min. It was because they had 2 ordering kiosks to the right and a person taking orders at the counter. They had about 8 flavors when I visited and bought the 6 for $25 pack. Once ordered, I had to wait about 4-5 min for my name to be called and shown what I had ordered was correct. Everything seemed very efficient and smooth. I ordered the following flavors... Milk Chocolate Chip (2) - my favorite! Lemon Cupcake French Silk Pie Caramel Cake Classic Pink Sugar All the cookies were moist and very flavorful in their own way. They're pretty big so, I had to cut the cookies in half. I'd definitely return but, prices are kinda high for me to make this a "must always" stop kinda place. read more

Went there to get one cookie. I'm at the register to pay cash. The cashier just left the customer before me. She starts. Agettimg orders ready with the other FIVE employees working. People are coming in behind me and ordering on the kiosk and getting "ahead" of me in line. I finally had to speak up and ask if someone would take my order so I could get in the queue. Cookies are very sweet; the chocolate chips in the chocolate chip cookie was like hersheys chocolate with sugar and milk added. Probably a great stop for kids but way too sweet and soft for my taste. Need to balance out all that sweet with some savory! read more

I love love love these cookies! I am excited to try something new every time I go. A little expensive but if it's my treat day then it's well deserved... lol I really love the packaging and will give these for little gifts for my friends and upcoming birthdays! I ordered 6 cookies and I checked them after I got to the car. Two of them were the wrong kind. I brought them back because I wanted chocolate chip and they gave me animal cookies. Very excited to have a Crumbl Cookies near us! The wait time is roughly 30 minutes per order. You can pay in store at the register, at a Kiosk within the store, or online through the website. You can expect usually Crumbl quality of the cookies. Fair warning that the cookies are huge and very sweet, and freshly made upon order. The staff seems to have fun together while also being productive, which is a great environment. When your order is close to being ready - your name will appear on the screen. Then a worker will call out your name and hand you your order. Just keep in mind that you can't wait in store because of how small the building is. You can wait outside the building or wait in your car. Just kee the 25-30 minute wait time in mind so that you aren't the person whose holding up the line. If you're ordering online, your name might not appear on the screen. So keep a mental note on the wait time. Usually a worker will call out your name but if they don't after 30 minutes, go inside and double check with your receipt. Never had an issue, they always have the order. Overall a great location with lovely staff. Just be patient and aware that freshly baked, warm cookies require a bit of wait time. Which IMO is worth it. read more

Ordered 10 - 4 packs in advance (4h) then drive 35 minutes from Watsonville to pick up. Order wasn't ready and I was told 90 minutes until it would be. I got a refund (while I was there 3 others got refunds). 3 staff working did all they could not to make eye contact with anyone. They needed 6 employees to have a chance of keeping up. Screwed up my order, which really?! There's only 4 cookies of the week?! Ice cream was missing and there was only one in stock to choose from. Cookies were overdone and not up to par or usual crumbl cookie status. Hopefully it's just because they are just opening/new. But honestly, even if that's the case. I won't be back for these overpriced overdone cookies. Save yourself 50 bucks and grab a pack of chewy chocolate chip ahoy cookies instead, at least you know what to expect and won't be disappointed. read more

It's your standard cookie in a boutique setting. Sort of like the cupcake craze some years ago. Yes they are thick, but nothing out the ordinary in taste. Chocolate chips cookies consist of 7 ingredients. Temperature and cooking time what makes the texture, chewy, soft, crispy or whatever. You all pay for the boutique, store decorations and cake box packaging all day long. Cookies are secondary. The place by the Cinnabon store in the mall is no different in taste. Presentation absolutely. The placebo effect is strong here. read more

This was my first time ever trying this company and I chose to try it for my Anniversary. I really was excited to try it since so many of my friends recommended because they have tried it in Southern California. I placed an order to be ready for Thursday, September 19th, at 10:00 am. Showed up to pick up my order and I was not greeted or acknowledged which didn't make me feel welcome at all. Keep in mind I was standing inside the building for over 10-15 minutes. There were two employees working there both women and they both saw me enter and neither of them approached the front. They both kept talking among themselves and ignoring me and the other young man that also was another customer next to me, who was not acknowledged either. He even asked me if I had ordered yet and I told him no that I was picking up an order I had placed. After awhile one of the employees walked up to the front and she said my name so I approached her, I received my order, to then be told that their printer broke and they couldn't add the note I had specified when I placed my order. I was never contacted about this prior. And I could have been contacted if I paid for my order Tuesday and I was intending to pick up Thursday a courtesy call would have been appreciated. If something I pay for isn't going to be the way I paid or ordered I would never have paid for it in the first place. This day was important to me and my husband, and I paid and tipped in order to receive my order the way I had intended and placed it as. I mentioned to the employee that this was important to me it was my anniversary gift. As I was about to walk out I heard the employee in the back yell out you can just right it yourself it's not that serious. To someone who is working in any customer service especially in food this is not a courteous way to treat anyone. I've been in management for years and I would never allow any of my staff nor myself treats customers this way it's completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This was a horrible first experience and any experience as I will not be coming here again after how I was treated. Customer service is important, and if you are working in food service your clients should always be treated with kindness and respect. I would really appreciate it if the manager can contact me directly as I have called the store and they are refusing to acknowledge me which is why I am leaving my experience as a review. In hopes that a change is made in regard to employee etiquette and how they are treating customers. read more
