The cookies were presentable and delicious! I like the idea that they are now selling the bite size cookies in 3 and 6 packs. From what I could see the store looked to be pretty clean. The manager was friendly, smiley, and talkative. The other two gals didn't seem to be very friendly at all. I tried talking to them and they both just shrugged me off. That is bad customer service. Placed an order for pickup & when I got there it wasn't ready. I was told they would get it for me but I proceed to wait 15 minutes with no explanation as to what was taking so long. I believe some of the cookies were still cooking due to conversation between employees but no one bothered to check in with me. Terrible! For the cost of the cookies they should be presented better. The frosting stuck to the top of the box and this isn't the first time. Cookies are good but I'm getting really tired with how limiting their app can be. I like that they are trying to be so technologically forward, however, there are some basics that you still need to allow. For example, all curbside pickup orders have to be done through the app. I don't like that you require location services be turned on in order to do curbside pickup. For one, we should be allowed to have it off for privacy reasons. Two, because I have the Crumbl app and my husband does not. I'm home with our buttload of children and I made the order on my phone for my husband to pick up. The app requires you to click when you arrive so I told him to tell me when he arrived so I could click the "I'm here" button on my phone. However, when the time came, it wouldn't let me press the button because it said I was "too far away" since it uses location services. I tried turning location services off but it said I needed it on in order to do pickup. I tried calling the store but they only have an automated service and no option would take me to talk with someone to tell them to take the order out. The automated system claimed I could stay on the line for "store specific questions", but each time I tried, the call would drop. Because of this, my husband had to get the baby out of the car in order to go inside, which resulted in a screaming baby the rest of the drive home. On a happy note, the S'mores flavor was AMAZING! And my kids always love a Classic Sugar cookie. read more

The flood of cookie dispensaries popping up on every corner has inspired the above dedication. (credits to Malvina Reynolds) I feel - mildly - that Crumbl is at the apex of the bunch, offering basically the very same menu as their many competitors. Just like the rest, I can't eat an entire cookie here either. They're huge, and a challenge for people who are accustomed to the very sweet. The milk chocolate chips they use in the cookie of the same name don't help those like me who can't abide too much sweet. If I'm not remotely full, have very cold milk, and if the cookie is warm (which they all are when you get them), I may be able to eat 1/2 of one of these bad boys. I'd love to try a semi-sweet version of their regular chocolate chip. I can imagine it would be a spectacular contrast of flavor, vs the super-sweet analogous current offering. The extremely hearty oatmeal chocolate chip is even more difficult for me to eat! Two bites and I feel like I've eaten a protein bar. Decent flavor but, again, I'd like a semi-sweet version, with a nuts option and much less (or no) cinnamon. I found the frosted sugar cookie just way too sweet for me - but it seems everyone else loves it. All that said, here's the biggest advantage that Crumbl has over its competition for me - the cookies are actually completely baked. Even in the middle! I've formerly mentioned that I'm not a fan of cookie dough, so not having anything raw in the middle of my cookie is a big deal for me. Crumbl gets this right; although I'd still love to see a little more browning on the cookies. We've found the service at this location to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They're primarily kids running the place, but it seems they're well-trained and productive here. Quick in and out if the line is under 6-8 parties. Parking both in front (on street) or in back (lot). Price point is competitive - $10 for a box of 4 (mix & match), or $3 per cookie for singles. Regardless of the fact that there are now 4 cookie shops on each block, I'm typically okay with Crumbl if I'm having a craving. Crumbl is our absolute favorite cookie place! There was one month that we had to get the different flavors every single week. We have since then promised ourselves to get Crumbl only twice a month so we don't gain 10 pounds in five days. We love the different options every week. We love the quality of the cookies. They are always so tasty, warm or cold! Both my husband and I are true sweet tooth's so we could probably eat 1-2 cookies in a sitting. We try to make them last though so we'll eat a quarter or a half cookie at a time and it's just enough. The sugar is always a go to but some of our favorite flavors are Twix, biscoff, chocolate crunch, and caramel popcorn, just to name a few hehe We actually have tried the ice cream once and didn't really care for it. I'm not sure if it was just old or something because it was more icy than creamy so we haven't gotten any since. But we are repeat repeat customers for those delectable cookies. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I like that there is parking in front and in back. They do require masks for everyone now, so that's been good. It's hard to social distance when it gets full so you just do your best. You can also have them bring it out to your car but you don't get points from that or from delivery, only in store. Delicious cookies. Decided to stop in to pick up a 4 pack. First time going into business since restrictions have been eased. No one else was initially in store except employees so figured it would be ok. Social distancing request signs posted similar to other business establishments. All employees were wearing masks however, the gal at the register was wearing her mask beneath her nose - ugh! Shortly after arriving, other customers cane in from both front and street side doors making it impossible to social distance. None of them wearing masks. Not faulting Crumbl but it might be helpful to ask customers to enter one way or wait outside and allow fewer inside at a time? Back up the cookies. Ordered chocolate chip, Reese's pieces, Nutella and cranberry white macadamia. We divide a cookie into four pieces at our house and find it's a perfect sized treat. $11.68 includes tax for all 4. Even some of my family (not big fan of normal cookies) love your cookies. I was confused by the website, but I called, and your amazing workers made my night, and week! I stopped by yesterday (Friday, Feb 12, 2021) to get some cookies. The only cookie they had available was the chocolate chip. This was around 4:30 pm. No other cookie was available. Customers had been there for over an hour waiting for curbside orders to be filled. There seemed to be no organization of the staff and the perceived manager didn't seem too involved with taking charge and getting things going. I watched several customers stand in line to order and then leave because no one would take their order. I also saw many walk out upon finding out nothing was available. Very disappointing experience. I can understand being out of maybe one or two, but when 5/6 cookies are unavailable on Valentine's weekend, seems like a significant lack of preparation on someone's part. read more
