It's never failed us! Until tonight... To start, it smelt rank in there!! Almost unbearable! The line was long, nothing surprising for a Friday night, but by the time we got up to the frozen yogurt, 3 of our favorite flavors were all out!! I can't even begin to explain the nightmare experience we had at the cashier. She said cameras were watching us and we all looked up in unison and voilà there was no camera. We were a group of 5 and before our 5th girl could weigh hers to pay, the cashier started ringing up a different customer who wanted to buy a gift card instead of finishing ringing up our group! I have mixed feelings about this location because more than half of the flavors were empty. I also wasn't totally sure if it was even open when I first walked up because it looked very dark from the outside. When I first entered I didn't see any staff present, but still proceeded to make my way to the yogurt stations. I was disappointed to see a bunch of the flavors were empty and even more disappointed they didn't have chocolate!! I settled on pistachio. The pistachio flavor is very subtle, but it's what you'd expect. When I was finished and I went to check out, again there was no one at the cash register. I waited probably like five minutes before an employee came out. It was unfortunate that I had to stand and wait there, but the employee was so extremely nice and made up for the waiting. This was my first experience at this location and I'm not sure if this is common or I just caught them on a bad day, but I was disappointed for sure. read more

I love this place! I haven't been here for a while, and have forgotten how fun and tasty the yogurt is at Yogurtland. I decided to try the Ube flavour, and fell in love with it immediately. I also love the toppings (especially the fruits and mochi) that they offer. The fruit always tastes so fresh and sweet! The customer service is also great. The employees are always friendly and offered me coupons in response to an unfortunate incident that occurred with them. Delicious! Yogurtland is a great late night option because they stay open until 11pm! Due to COVID-19, they are no longer doing samples so make sure you know what you wasn't before getting there. Be aware that flavors do rotate so be open to trying something new. The staff does dispense your yogurt for you so make sure you are very precise when you tell them home much you want. They do wear masks and gloves when getting your yogurt and toppings. We wanted a specific flavor that was not displayed and unfortunately they didn't have any! :( we decided to go with plain and strawberry. First time at this location! We frequent this plaza where this is located but never really realized that Yogurtland is here. Seems like a pretty busy location. Came here as the two younger ones in the family prefer yogurt/ice cream over Boba drinks - so had to get them some as we originally came for Boba (located around the corner). The facility is pretty clean, and they give you sample cups to sample all the flavors your heart desires. The littles requested just Strawberry and chocolate/vanilla combo. Pretty basic! However, they did opt to get mini M&M's for their one topping choice over their yogurt. For both servings, with one topping on top I paid around five dollars, which is decent I guess for what you're getting. The tables look pretty clean so you know they often clean it after it's used. read more

I was on a froyo kick for a while, and recently I went back to Yogurtland and forgot how much I love it! The froyo here has the best consistency and texture I have ever had anywhere. They are constantly coming out with new flavors and always have a great spread of toppings. Recently I went and they had the cookies in cream which tasted just like creamed Oreos. Try that if you go! I am always a fan of the tart though. Throw some fresh berries, coconut and a little chocolate on top and you can't go wrong! read more

Although that time has clearly come and gone as a passing fad, yogurtland has not. This place is my favorite fro-yo place and it is very well done. The concept goes like this - you get a bowl, fill it up with whatever flavors of frozen yogurt you want, cover that frozen yogurt with as much fruit, candy, and toppings as your bowl will hold, weigh it at the counter, and then you pay for how much you bought. It's as fun as it is delicious. Somehow I always end up getting way more than I intend, but I'm never sad about it. The thing I like about yogurtland is the frozen yogurt flavors. There are so many and they are all good! There are classics like cake batter, cheesecake, pistachio, chocolate, or plain tart, but there are also specialty flavors - Oreo, balsamic strawberry, and pomegranate sorbet when I went last. Be sure to get a few sample cups when you walk in so you can try them all before you fill your bowl. The restaurant is clean, bright, and open. It's located right off university parkway in Orem across the street from university mall (by smash burger and the roll up cafe). The pricing is weird because you never know how much it'll cost before you fill your bowl, but I bought two full bowls last time for about $10. Makes for a fun date spot or family night out - I'm sure kids would love this place too. Check it out! read more

Good yogurt, and lots of options to choose from. There are a lot of toppings to put on your yogurt, but since you pay by the ounce, it's usually the toppings that make you pay more than the yogurt if you load up. Pricing is pretty standard for a fro-yo kind of place. The interior has a decent amount of seating and was pretty clean throughout. Good place to get dessert, but nothing that sticks out that sets this apart from other ice cream/yogurt options. read more

This is hands down the worst frozen yogurt place I've ever been to. I've tried over a dozen froyo shops, but none of them have ever had more disappointing yogurt than Yogurtland. Every time I've ever gone to Yogurtland (over the course of several years), they've always had a few machines broken down and the initial array of flavor options limited. So not only are they unable to keep up with their machines, but the flavors they do have are such bad quality. Don't expect the actual taste to ever really match the name well, and do expect bad aftertastes and just really cheap tasting approximations of typical flavors like strawberry, birthday cake, or oreo. If you go to Yogurtland during peak time (e.g. saturday night), you have to wait in a line that leads down the line of machines and toppings to the cashier. It's a terrible setup, because you can't try a flavor down the line, decide you liked something better from the beginning, and go get it! You have to choose before you've gotten to sample everything you wanted to, and because you're stuck single file, it adds time to wait because of people who are more indecisive. This is the only yogurt place I've ever seen that tried to design their building this way and it really doesn't work. read more

It's a great place if you're craving dessert. The atmosphere is chill and fun, also- you get the chance to sample the flavors yourself, so that's always a perk! I used to work at yogurtland and I know it's tough being able to keep the topping bar tidy at all times and especially when it's busy, but even when it's not busy, it's still not that clean.. I also understand when some flavors are out or it's deep cleaning day so some machines would be "out of order" but there were only about 8-10 flavors working and the rest is blank. I get a couple flavors aren't there, but having 6 empty dispensers is a little.. odd?. Especially since plain tart was completely out and not even an option. Maybe I just hit a bad day in terms of getting flavors but just the overall vibe and toppings are questionable. The topping signs also aren't updated and cleaned, I went twice weeks spaced out and the topping sign was wrong. Bummed this is the only nearby Yogurtland so I don't have much of a choice since I don't go to Menchie's. Mostly disappointed because I know the logistics of yogurtland having been in the behind the scenes before, I feel like it could be so much better. read more

The line was a little long, but it goes by pretty fast, especially if you are sampling different flavors along the way. (Pro tip: the sampling cups are near the registers at the front. Best to go straight to the cashier and grab them before getting in line) I am a huge fan of the original tart flavors, but I noticed that YogurtLand has introduced new spring flavors, and a Hibiscus Pear Tart is on the list! I have pretty mixed feelings about this self styled Land of Yogurt. First the positives: there's a big variety of yogurts and a huge variety of toppings, it's always clean and you really do get a lot for a pretty low price. Now the negatives: it's deceptively small, at first it doesn't seem that small but if you get bunch of people in it becomes very clear that they are not equipped for the numbers that they pull in. Which leads me to another negative there tend to always be about 1000 people in here and nowhere for them all to go. There is always a terrible bottleneck near the cups and I've never seen 2 employees working at the same time. With my feelings on frozen-yogurt-by-the-ounce well documented, this came up in a Yelp search a couple nights ago, and I still decided to give it a whirl. It was sorta busy on a Wednesday night, and open late (until midnight) so they get bonus points for being around when a sweet toot needed satisfying. That said, I'm not sure I could close my eyes and be spun in a circle, open them and differentiate this from any other shop in the world. Yogurt? Check. Toppings? Check. Semi-cutesy seating? Check? Couples on date night? Check. Loos like it hits all the check marks. I did enjoy me some pistachio yogurt, and they had a dairy-free mango sorbet option for the lactose-aware gang. So that's a plus. Nothing stood out as amazing in the topping department. There was a time when mochi was a big deal, but it's pretty ubiquitous now and they had it. It's good. Get some. Or lychee.
