One of my favorites flavors is Confetti. This time around, I picked up their special flavor - Biscoff butter cake. Though it was not as good as my all time favorite, confetti, it was still yummy. The cake is always so soft and moist. Now, here comes the slightly controversial part of their cakes - the frosting. A lot of people say the frosting is waaaayyy too sweet. I can see what they mean; it is indeed sweet. However, I wouldn't say it's too sweet. It complements the cake very well. Oh, a bonus is sometimes their stores have little cake bite samples - don't forget to grab a bite! My favorite size of their cakes is bundlet - perfect for on the go. Cake! Who doesn't like some good cake, the good tasting cake at that. The different flavors they have, are so good. I enjoyed the ones I have tried which where lemon, red velvet, and carrot cake. My one complaint is the carrot cake, it was missing some of key ingredients!!!! Nuts and the raisins!!! WHAT THE FUCK! YOU CANT MAKE SOMETHING THAT IS DELICIOUS AND FORGET THOSE MAIN INGREDIENTS. I enjoy some good food, but that there is a deal breaker for me. The service was good and very polite beyond what they had to do. I understand why, um no I don't understand why they would want to leave out key ingredients for. So now a mystery is to why would you leave key ingredients out of classic? This place is a consistent LOVE for me - their desserts are always top-notch, and are a guaranteed crowd pleaser! You can't go wrong getting dessert from this establishment. Their cakes are to die for, and we always get double icing on their cakes so it covers every part of the cake (normally they have spaces in between the icing) but trust me, you want to request double icing. This is an amazing place! They have a very cute store front with all types of gifts for friends, neighbors, coworkers, or yourself! The employees are always so kind and helpful. We come around once a month to try a different flavor. I love that every month they have a flavor of the month. Some of my favorites include red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, marble, and confetti. Their cakes are always moist and soft. The frosting is incredible (one of the big things that makes the cake amazing). We ordered the confetti and loved the balance of the flavors. Delicious cakes! Their bundtlets and Bundtinis are my favorites! My favorite flavor is their Red Velvet with Chocolate Chips; yum! I didn't have time to make dessert for a family dinner tonight so I was able to grab a dozen Bundtinis and ended up cutting them in half so they became a little more bite sized. They were a hit at that party that I didn't get a picture of them, and when I went to get a picture of them, they were all gone but 1/2 of one. I would call that a success! Recently, Nothing Bundt Cakes was catered at my office so I felt like I had to go back and purchase some of my own stuff sometime soon. I was in the area and dessert was calling my name. I also strategically picked the day they were doing a promotion so I got the 2/22/22 promotion for the little bundt cakes. Which was extra special because I was not able to decide on one, two or even three bundt cakes that looked good. I was only able to narrow it down to four lol. I chose the Snickerdoodle, Red Velvet, Raspberry White Chocolate, and. Chocolate chip. Honestly, my all time favorite in the bunch is definitely the raspberry white chocolate--it was to die for! Literally had me falling over in my seat. Fun fact about that flavor, that is also my coffee order. I really think they need to name that flavor after me in the same way cherry and sprite is a Shirley temple and minty stuff is grasshopper. The rest of the flavors were amazing too; I just have a favorite for sure. Also, I didn't think the prices were that bad. Because of the promotion, I got 4 bundt cakes for under $15. I am still munching on them almost a week later and I don't regret anything! Will definitely be back soon for a truckload of the raspberry white chocolate! We've had Pumpkin Spice, Strawberry n Cream, Raspberry White Chocolate, Chocolate and Salted Caramel. They do a great job of getting the cake ready the way you want it and it's fresh and delicious every time. Moist delicious taste with their frosting. the WORST customer experience ever!!! not to mention do not buy their sparkler candles!! will never buy from them ever again! we bought a cake and their sparkler candles from the store asked if they could be lit on the cake and they said that they definitely can be lit right on the cake! we lit it, and the sparklers sprinkled all over the cake and popped off and burned hinges into our rug and table! there was no salvaging the cake, i tried but it was like embedded in the frosting. I called them thinking they would at the very least just refund my order and let us come pick up a new cake that we hadn't even cut into when I sent them pictures and the only thing they offered me was a replacement of the cake... The newest store of Nothing Bundt cake in town I am a big fan of their cakes because i always like to see some out of box thinking in ones approach to food or anything that has a great scope to innovate and nothing bundt cakes seems to exemplify that as their cake seems to taken the traditional cake which has cake base and icing on top to a drawing board and rethought it and brought it back to life through their "Bundt" cakes Their focus seems to be on both the icing and base with keeping the fluff around the cake like fondant , art etc to minimum while focusing on actual cake itself The cake seems to be built on volcano like theme with the icing in cake resembling how a molten lava would flow after a volcano has erupted. The cake base is extremely soft and decadant and has that airy fluffy feel to it. Their icing is smooth like velvet and is full of creamy goodness that is sure to give the ones with sweet tooth some indulgence. They also take orders for event based cakes like birthday parties etc., although i am yet to avail that. My recommendation is the white chocolate raspberry. This ones my and my wifes favorite cake here. First, let me say, that Nothing Bundt Cakes is amazing! And I wish this company nothing but a beautiful prosperous new year in 2024! My experience was concerning regarding the service. My pregnant daughter-in-law and I visited the store in American Fork in early November. I think it was on a Monday. A lovely young lady waited on us. We were inquiring about an order for the baby shower. The young lady was very helpful. She let us know what we could order and how to order. We bought every flavor of the bundtinis and said we would come back to place an order. The baby shower was on December 2nd. My daughter-in-law came back and ordered 3 dozen bundtinis. The baby shower theme was bears and bees. Our colors were a color scheme of yellow, tan, brown, and white, so the order needed to be specific in color (which is what we were told we could do). We wanted the Snickerdoodle, vanilla, and lemon. The order was picked up on the morning of December 2nd and brought to the venue. We opened the boxes and we were given chocolate, red velvet, and lemon. I asked my daughter-in-law, what happened? She was told that was all that the store made or had for that day. I was furious! However, we had purchased vanilla cupcakes from Harmon's also, so we made the best of it. A week later, I was still a little soar about the purchase. If we had any idea we could not order specific bundts, we would have ordered more cupcakes for the occasion. I stopped by the store and spoke to another lovely employee named Marie. I told her what happened with the order and she was very compassionate and understood. She took my information and assured me that the manager would reach out and call me. To date, I've never heard back from anyone. I've worked in Catering, Hospitality, and Customer Service for 40 years. Always remember, customers come and go. You can always fix an order. But, a catering order? For a special occasion? You only get ONE shot to get it right! If you want Nothing Bundt Cakes to be number 1 in customer service, please, never mess up a catered order for a special occasion. The baby shower was lovely but I'll always remember the bundtinis, and the fact that a manager NEVER called me back. Sad face. Follow your mission! Stay on your game! Get it right! Best wishes! Wow! Not a big cake person but these are awesome. I've never been to an actual location until now. I've previously just had them delivered. Staff was very helpful and nice. Clean shop. Sell various other items as well. Samples available as well. Great selection of cakes and sizes. We tried red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, and carrot. They were all extremely moist and delicious. The frosting on top is amazing. It's not overly sweet and it's totally worth eating. They even fill the middle of the bundt with it. The bundtlets could easily feed 2 people and for the price $3.99 perfect I would literally just buy a tub of their frosting. I normally wipe it off my cakes and cookies. read more
