First time at Crumbl cookies... Lots of parking in the strip mall parking lot and we walked right in. There were three workers behind the counter but no one said anything when we entered. There were two self serve kiosks, but one was broken so we ordered on the one available. It was our first time there but we figured out the ordering processed. The weekly flavors were Dubai chocolate brownie (which you paid an extra $2.99 for), Brooke and cream, cake batter blonde, and carrot cake cookie. We ordered the 4 pack for $15 and selected brookie and cream, cake batter blonde, carrot cake and cookies and cream. Only one person was working on active orders so it took about 10 minutes to get our order. The cookies were hot but when we got to the car noticed the carrot cake cookie wasn't iced. Since we paid $4+ for each cookie we went back. Then it took several minutes for them to add icing. Overall the cookies were okay, extremely sweet and some underbaked. The carrot cake cookies tasted like a sugar cookie, some of the other cookies were crispy - but not in a good way. We're glad we finally tried it but won't be back. read more

I tried these cookies recently for the first time at a high profile event. They were delicious, especially the S'mores cookie. I definitely hope to have these cookies again and recommend them. It is also worth noting they were big, perfectly baked, and deliciously soft, not crunchy, cookies. read more

I went today and got a banana bread cookie and when I went to pick it up the entire bottom was soggy and mushy. I cut it in half and the ENTIRE center of the cookie is RAW. I stopped in for a chocolate chip cookie on a Wednesday night. I tried to place my order on the tablet, but it kept giving me an error message. I asked a team member for help and she came right over to assist me. She atruggled for a moment but eventually was able to get my order placed. The cookie was pretty good! This is the worst crumbl in Louisville. When this store first opened, it was great! But it has gone way down hill. A couple weeks ago, I ordered on the app and when I arrived they notified me half the cookies I ordered (the weekly flavors) were actually out of stock. I can go more into that experience, but the experience that happened today...half of the weekly flavors were showing as sold out. When I arrived to pick up my cookies, the woman gave me my box closed. I opened it up and one of my cookies was not iced (snickerdoodle). She apologized and fixed it. But while she was doing that, the other woman walks over to one of the baking racks with no gloves on and takes one of the cookies that showed sold out (Strawberry Ice Cream Bar) and started eating it and was playing on her phone! That was very irritating to see. It also has frequently smelled like weed the past few times I've gone. I splurged on the mini cookies for my daughter to take to school for her birthday and this is what I received. It looks like a child decorated these with their finger. I called the store and spoke up about being unhappy with them - the manager told me she thought these look normal and that they would look better after they "chill" but there is no way that is going to magically fix the cookies that I paid $60 for. After going back-and-forth for 15 to 20 minutes on the phone the best she could offer me was a replacement that I could pick up the next day at 11 AM, but at that time by daughter will already be at school and myself at work so there was no suitable solution offered despite the fact that I even said I could just pick a different type of cookie. In addition to looking terrible, several cookies in one box had been sliced by the edge of the box when they were being packaged. I've never written a review but I am very disappointed in not only the product I received but the dismissive service I received as well. read more

Crumbl as a franchise is incredible and I love a good cookie. This location does a great job when visiting in person and I've never had an issue with speed or quality of service. I recently started getting Crumbl delivery 1-2x per month from this location and have noticed issues when ordering this way. One time we ordered a dozen minis and only received 9 (the box was sealed, so it wasn't the delivery driver) and one time we received multiple of a cookie we didn't even order instead of two flavors we actually ordered. There was no notice that our selections were out of stock and they were still available per the app, but if you're going to substitute cookies, I'd recommend including more of the flavors they ordered instead of a random flavor that was not ordered. We ended up having to toss those cookies because of a cinnamon allergy and had to be careful with the rest of the cookies in the box that were beside them. Overall, great if you're going to pick up in person. I'd generally advise against the delivery through the app because you never know what you'll actually get. I still order frequently, but I am definitely way more cautious of my method of getting them! read more

Came in on the 2nd day they were open hoping for a piece of cookie sample--nope. Seemed weird. One cookie was almost $5. Crumbles cookies are almost cake like. They often have icing and sprinkles. I'm more of a crisp cookie fan.

I'm a realtor, so this location is great for me cause I often give these as little client gifts. But on a personal note, every time I've had Crumbl cookies they're delicious. I love that they keep it interesting with new flavors every week. I can absolutely justify the pricetag here, too. Their cookies are huge lol each one is like eating a cake. So worth it. When I went on opening day the staff was so friendly and I love that they present the cookies to you so you can check the quality. It's just a nice touch to the customer service. The store itself is clean and transparent. And an added bonus- they also deliver, which is super convenient cause who doesn't love fresh cookies being brought right to you? It's all around a win win here, and you'll see my fat and happy butt in there all the time. Keep it up, Crumbl! read more

This location is amazing and much needed!! We came in on opening day. Best staff ever!! The cookies were delicious. The price point at Crumbl is spot on. For a huge cookie, I find it a bargain. It seems other folks have taken to review bombing this location. That's not nice. Why would you go into a franchise expecting free samples?
