First visit - Went with the Rasplove based on their recommendation and it was so smooth and refreshing and delicious. Intended to bring my husband home a bite but I couldn't stop! Brought him home a Cuban Robusto and he was equally as enthused! This was the perfect casual place to treat myself and leave the house to work done in the evening as they are open later than most coffee shops. They also have WiFi Prices feel a little steep at first glance but the fancy, delicious desserts are individual pieces of art and totally worth it.
What a delightful place, there are so many desserts to try! They are so cute and elegant looking. They offer more than desserts as well, some cafe options, smoothies and can/bottle drinks. We got a fairy mushroom cheesecake dessert and tiramisu to try in the shop. The place was adorably quaint and the decor was perfect. They have outdoor patio seating as well. The tiramisu was good not our favorite though, it will runnier than use too. The mushroom was really good and the berry filling was delicious. There were so many more flavors to try, I can't wait to see what they come up with next. definitely a must try spot if you're looking for a cute dessert cafe.

I ordered the infamous cloud nine and it was creamy and crunchy from the biscuit at the bottom and very delicious!
I think this is a good spot. Really good treats. A lot of flavor options to choose from, macaroons were flavorful & fresh. Service was fast & friendly. Quite a few places to sit & overall seems like a nice vibe.
This cafe is absolutely phenomenal. The Cafe offers and an array of beautiful and fun-filled pastries and beverages. The pastries are intricately designed and unique. The cafe is decor is beautiful and vivid. The customer service is quick, efficient, and phenomenal. The cafe has a parking lot and offer evening hours. I would highly recommend trying out the Cloud Nine pastry as it definitely lives up to it's name! If you are looking for incredible pastries that not only taste great, but are uniquely DESIGNED check out this cafe you will not be disappointed it lives up to the hype.
Such a cute store! Parking is a little iffy, I drove by the entrance to the lot, so I had to park a little further down the street. Love the bright and beautiful pastries. Each one is super unique, and they're all so delicious! The blueberry lemon has such perfect blueberries and a sweet tart lemon flavor throughout. The magicalabaza has a delightful pumpkin flavor, with a fun filling! About $7 each, but definitely worth the price!
If you're a fan of unique pastries, this place is a must visit! Their innovative concept of pastries shaped like fruits and foods is both fun and delicious. It's clear that a lot of care goes into the craftsmanship of each piece, and you can taste the quality in every bite. Truly amazing

So, it would be nice if someone greeted you, directed you, or even said just a minute. The selection was so unique and creative. Each item was clearly thoughtfully created and there was pride in the presentation. We tried the Granny Smith, the Pear, and the Pina Colada. Each had such interesting flavors and textures. However, the Pina Colada was by far our favorite. The fresh creamy coconut and the pineapple jelly were exceptional. Wonderful place to try.

We were in Louisville and headed over to Pinnamel Sweets to see what they had to offer. Pinnamel Sweets is a modern patisserie in Louisville, Kentucky, known for its artistic and innovative pastries, cakes, and Cuban-style treats. We ordered a few different options, including the Blue Lemon Tart. The blueberry flavor in the blueberry sauce and mousse was very pronounced, and the lemon came through in the background, complemented by a delicious lemon curd. It was sweet but not overly sweet, allowing for the savoring of all the flavors at once. The lemon cake was dry, but it had a good taste. The crust was dehydrated and stiff to cut through, but it had a good flavor and mouth feel. We sampled the Green Apple. The apple flavor of the filling was slightly tart, with a good cinnamon flavor, while the vanilla bean mousse is light and fluffy, with a good texture and taste that is not overly sweet. The green Jell-O top is vibrant and beautiful, with a unique texture and an apple flavor. We also had a Chococaramel Éclair. The caramel was really flavorful and thick, with an excellent mouthfeel. The chocolate mousse was light and had a subtle chocolate flavor. The eclair is slightly bitter, with an enjoyable crunch from the crackling, while the filling has a pudding-like texture and good chocolate flavor. Pinnamel specializes in French-inspired pastries with a tropical flair, as well as coffee and catering. They offer a variety of desserts, including eclairs, unique cream puffs, macarons, and cakes, with some gluten-free options available. The Fat Man says that Pinnamel Sweets is Fat Man Approved with 2 chin.

It was super tasty. I had the Fae World and my friends had the Rasplove and the Mango Bajito. They were freaking adorable and the attention to detail was incredible. I didn't try the others but the Fae World was absolutely delicious. The store itself is quaint and the staff were very friendly. read more

Have been twice now and both times the line was wrapped around the building. I would say we waited 30 mins or so until we finally got inside the store. I had seen them on TikTok , and just knew I had to go asap!!! Once inside, we looked at all the glass display cases and chose the ones we wanted! The shop is adorable and has quite a few areas for seating and enjoying your treats!! Staff was helpful and nice and I felt like they tried moving you quick! Most of the pastries ranged from $7-$8 a piece! We got multiple things each time we went so we could try many things! Everything was delicious and you can tell they pride themselves with making beautiful French inspired pastries! read more

Oj Como Va?!?!!! Or rather, Oye, ¿cómo va?" a Spanish phrase that translates to "Hey, how's it going? This bakery is the answer to that question! Everything is going phenomenally! Everything here is absolutely amazing! A delicacy not only in taste but also visually beautiful pastries. Each time, I cannot wait to try the next treat. To be surprised at how flavors, textures and visually stunning presentations can become tantalizing to your senses and exceed expectations. The inside of the bakery is incredibly cute. A cozy vibe with comfortable seating. There are parking spaces directly out front and a few around the side. Easy to get in and out with exceptional service. The bakery is run by a family who serves every pastry and coffee fresh and made with love. read more

Sweet treat o'clock! If you are looking for a sweet treat where the desserts are designed to look like pumpkins and apples then this your place. They are a $9 a dessert though but totally worth it. I will say it is so rich and decadent that you probably can only have a bite or two. Definitely come here early and invite friends! I came in a Saturday at 1 pm and the line was out the door. I had Fae's world (mushroom) which was a cheesecake and blackberry filling, pistachio one which was not too sweet, and the pina colada one was a coconut flavor with pineapples! Oh my goodness the most flavorful pastries ever and they're absolutely gorgeous! The detail is immaculate! The one that looks like a coconut was my favorite! The chocolate on the outside was perfectly paired with the coconut inside of the pastry. Romance would be the one with the heart on the top which had vanilla bean mousse, chocolate ganache, cherry jelly and chocolate cake. Then the mocha cabana was the one that looks like the coffee cup. It had such a rich coffee flavor it was wonderful. The pink one that was called Cloud Nine was an almond tart with guava jelly, guava mousse and poppy seed cake. That one was not my cup of tea but I can see it being a favorite for anyone that loves guava. The service was wonderful. They recommended a couple items and got us some waters while we tried the pastries inside. The decor is super cute and unique. These are a MUST try in Louisville! read more

The deserts were really beautiful and fun - although we both agreed that the less eccentric ones tasted the best. Not sure if we just keep picking bad times to come but it's always chaotic and takes awhile to order - best to plan for pickup and eat them elsewhere. read more

What a delightful dessert adventure! We love to watch the Great British Baking Show, and the judges often say "all style and no substance" as a criticism of some of the beautiful desserts. That is NOT the case here. The amazing creations here are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the eyes! We sampled the Bluelemon tart, Magicalabaza, and the Chocomel eclear and loved every bite. Finally got around to trying these because of how much everyone loves them, I'm not 100% sold though. 5/5 for presentation, they're beautiful desserts and I appreciate the time it took to make them. The orange was sour and just too much for me, the cloud nine tastes like perfume, the pina colada was right on for flavor it was pretty good, the raspberry was my favorite! Cloud nine is also so dense and heavy you could knock someone out with it lol. Overall 3 stars for me, I may go back to try other things maybe less fruity options and more chocolate next time. read more
