This place is heaven for a sweets lover like me. There were so many options--I wanted to try it all. On the right side of the building is Melt Munch. They have freshly made items like crepes, waffles, shakes, cocktails, and more. This is where the Dubai chocolate strawberries are. It is $14 and worth it in my opinion. You get so many strawberries and they do not skimp on the chocolate & toppings. I absolutely loved it! On the left side of the building is all Chocolate and Nut Kingdom. They have all the nuts you could imagine, Turkish Delights, candy by the pound, homemade candies, cheesecakes, and more! There are so many options. I saw people sampling items so that's an option if you can't make up your mind. It was kind of random that they sell perfumes and colognes. Not sure that it fits the vibe. read more

The young man behind the Turkish delights counter was incredibly kind and helpful. 100% try the Turkish delights you will not be disappointed! I definitely recommend getting your treats to go also since the staff is usually too busy to bus the tables very quickly. I love the variety of candies, chocolates, fudge and other confections that they have! They will let you taste some of them and give you detailed descriptions of what's what. It was a little busy and I ended up with two different attendants helping me which resulted in me not getting one of my items but I didn't notice that until well after I left. We had high hopes for this place, considering how packed it was on a late Saturday night. Unfortunately, we were let down by the quality of the product. The vibe is cool with a crepe shop for half of it and an Arab sweets store for the other half. The biscoff and tiramisu waffles were very small for the steep price. The waffle quality wasn't all that great, either. The toppings were ridiculously rich and ended up gluing your mouth together. The only saving grace was the flavor was not bad. Line was out the door. The hype is up and to be expected. I was there at like 9 at night on a Saturday and the line never got smaller. They moved pretty fast. I don't think they had enough people working, as usual in the economy we are in, because there was an area by the door that you could get some treats but it was behind a counter. I'm not sure how you would get someone to help you over there. You can also by fragrances there as well. I want to go back during the day when I have time to smell the different ones. They had so many fragrances there. I also want to go back during the day so people can tell me what everything is. I looked at some labels and had no clue. We got the viral treat that had chocolate, pistachio and strawberry in it. It also had some crunchy things in it that set off the dessert. It was really good and a light treat. Third times a charm. I stopped by two different time during their open hours posted on their Facebook and on google, but they weren't open. That's the only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of 5. They have so many different nut and seed options and flavors along with an assortment of Turkish delights and baklava. Their food service area has so many sweet options and coffee options to choose from. We went there specifically to try their Dubai Strawberries and chocolate bar and they did not disappoint. The staff was very kind and helpful with deciding if we would like anything else. The strawberries are delicious! So rich and creamy with crunch from the pistachio and phyllo dough. Enough to share and eat on for two days. They have 4 different sizes to their Dubai chocolate bars. The small pictured is $8.99 and the prices go up to $50. My husband and I bumped into Chocolate and Nut Kingdom by accident. Already at Bellisimo for a Yelp event we learned it was next door. I wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't what we walked in to see! Inside you'll find: a sit down space selling cocktails, ice cream, and other food. On the other are shelves of perfume, counters of baklava and honey, and more shelves of candy by the pound plus international candy. Service was friendly. They helped us with samples of baklava and Turkish delights. We picked up some cheesecake by the slice as well. Sadly, of the three types of baklava we picked up, none of them were noteworthy. I had to go and try the viral Dubi chocolate strawberries that everyone was talking about. I went after 6 and there was a long line, but everyone was getting the same thing. I walked around the store to see that they offered while I was waiting on my order. I was also able to smell some of the perfume that they sell. I seen a few scents that are viral on TikTok in there for sale. The chocolate strawberries were good, but I do not think that they are worth 15 dollars. A surpurb accidental find this evening. While headed to dinner at a nearby resturant we pulled into the Chocolate and Nut Kingdom by mistake, went into the store and were waiting for our event. When we realized we were in the wrong place the staff/owners were so helpful and friendly, getting us to where we needed to be, across the street. They were so accomodating, even allowing us to oark our car in their lot. So after dinner we headed back to the Kingdom for dessert. The varirty of turkish delight and baklava was astounding. We were literally big kids in a candy store. We were able to sample the turkish delight and ended up purchasing 5 or 6 different flavors, all excellent. We were told the candies come from obviously Turkey as well as Syria and Lebanon . Staff was so helpful and made the experience such fun. Highly recommend. read more

Especially, Chocolate & Nut Kingdom. Not only are the crepes, Turkish coffee, and delights the bees kneess; you will leave fulfilled in connection. The owners and employees are kind, helpful, and wonderful folks to converse with! Sushi Crepe, Nutella Crepe, and Burger Crepe - MUSTS. The Turkish Delights with Walnut Cream are a personal favorite - such as Pistaccio and Rose. They will make sure that you LOVE what you're bringing home. Not to mention, you can taste test your way through Turkish delights before finding the must haves. But let's be real, all of the delights are MUST haves. If you have young humans, BRING THEM. They will adore the dessert candy themed concoctions. A killer spot for birthday shin digs and those kids obsessed with Tik Tok/Instagram worthy images. Or shall I say videos. I like chocolate. I like nuts. How could I not check out this new business when I had the chance!?! And actually, I was in need of some specific nuts -- raw pistachios -- for a recipe, as well as saffron, which can be hard to find. So it was perfect that this spot recently opened. I walked in to find a bright, clean and well organized store brimming with delicious items to behold. I admit -- I'm not sure what a lot of what I found was; C&NK specializes in nut blends and sweets that are delicacies from the Middle East, I believe. So I was happy to find the owner eagerly explaining everything to guests. An employee also gave me a free sample of their Turkish coffee when I entered -- great touch! I chatted with the owner a bit about my pistachios. And he found some for me from another nut mix that he has. While these ended up not being exactly what I needed (that's on me, not him), I was impressed with the extra effort he put into helping me out. C&NK also had the saffron I needed and for cheaper than I have seen it priced elsewhere. I loved looking over C&NK's sweets and was drawn to their case of baklava, which was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. I ended up taking some pieces of this home as well. C&NK is immigrant-owned and such a fun and delicious place to visit. I'm looking forward to going back soon. read more

Chocolate & nut kingdom melt munch is a speciality middle eastern chocolate shoppe and future ice cream/shake place located in the Beuchel community of Lousiville Kentucky just off bardstown road. Walked in This place with my kids hoping to try their ice cream/gelatos and shakes area and do some browsing. Unfortunately that section was not ready for the public yet. Was told it would be another few days until the made to order desserts area would be a full go. So we decided to grab some candy instead. The shop is mainly filled with assortments of chocolates and nuts sold by the pound of the Saudi Arabian kingdom variety. They also have some other packaged treats and delicates. Outside of the goodies they do sell what I would call trinkets or home decor of middle eastern descent as well. Majority of the candies are around $13 a pound besides a few gourmet offerings which come in around $17 a pound. My kids took a good amount of time pondering their options and choices. They kept flip flopping between pre packaged out bagged candy to weigh. Ultimately they ended up grabbing the bagged candy. Our overall order was a variety of gummies, chocolate rocks and some gourmet expresso chocolate candies. All of them after weighing only cost around $12 so a lb of candy must be a lot more quantity than what I was thinking when I saw the original prices. Service here was solid. They had a lot of workers and I think the chaos of 5 kids being literal kids in a candy store was a lot for them to take in and try to assist but they remained patient. The workers were very nice and pleasant on our trip here. The candies I sampled from my kids was all every good. The gourmet chocolate expression candy had. A nice distinct flavor and good chocolate taste. The chocolate candy rocks were very rich and tasty. Everyone was very satisfied with the candies they picked out and tried. Overall this is a really cool and unique shop that off the top of my head the Lousiville area has no other similar setups as they do. So I think they will do well. Pricing on pre packaged items and some of the bagged items seem kinda high compared to some other candy stores I've visited. but nothing outlandish. I am excited for the future Ice cream diner they will Have located on the other side of the shop. They have a nice spacious place with tons of tables and chairs for it as well. So we will be back soon to check that out for sure. read more

This place is a very unique experience all way around. Once you get out of your car, a loud speaker will overwhelm your senses. Once inside the main area is an explosion of various desserts and nuts of every kind and variation. The man who runs that side will offer you samples to try. The store is pretty large and it has some complexity in some things will not be obvious what they are. On the opposite side is run by a lady who offer smoothies and various other drinks. I didn't try any drinks but brought home an assortment of desserts. Some things were good but most took a while to finish off. It was a unique experience, I may try again. read more

What a great find!! Lots of delicious candies, nuts, bulk candies, unusual bagged candies plus some delicacies. In addition to what I've already listed, there's a counter full of a huge variety of imported Turkish Delights and baklava. Opposite that counter you can buy a variety of baked goodies including Nutella crepes, baked potatoes, fruit sushi, gourmet beverages, mock tails, smoothies and more. The store is nicely decorated and the man working (I assume the owner) is pleasant and will let you sample many of the imported items. I ended getting several types of the Turkish Delights,sesame sticks, the Nutella crepe and a smoothie to share with my family. I highly recommend you check this place out. read more

We were all very excited to try this place and support a local Palestinian friendly business but were personally treated with incredible coldness and racism. We called this store at 11:10 and we were told that they were open until 11:45. We got to the store in time at around 11:20, ordered despite incredibly rude and cold service from the team that I've never experienced before, and they all asked us specifically if we wanted to eat inside or take it to go. We picked inside and then ordered items that we could eat quickly at the store that would have become cold and melted by the time we took it home. The staff then continued to be dismissive and rude, and then handed us to go boxes at 11:35, ten minutes before 11:45. The staff shouldn't have asked if we could eat inside if that was the case, let alone the basic decency of being respectful to their customers and not acting like they did them a favor. To top it off, the food was overpriced and mediocre. Not worth the money, the incredibly rude and callous atmosphere and certainly not the food. read more

This place is terrific- especially late night for coffee and dessert. We enjoyed amazing fruit crepes, Turkish coffee, and pastries. They sell baklava and other items flown in fresh as well as offering spices and candies you don't see anywhere else. It's a great gift shop too. Chocolate and Nut kingdom is probably my favorite find in Louisville this year so far. They have an amazing array of Turkish delight right as you walk in along with baklava and other fashion pastries for your delight. They also have an extensive array of Turkish coffee and tea that you can purchase. They have chocolate that I have not seen from different parts of the world, my favorite being Cadbury flake that you're able to buy. If you're more in the mood for spices they have that too. You can buy them in bulk by the ounce, they have a lot of options. If you're more in the mood to get your own fancy Turkish tea set you can do that as well. They are beautiful and mesmerizing. The other half of chocolate in that kingdom is Melt Munch where you can buy snacks. Some of them are chocolate inspired crêpes, gelato and kempir which is a Turkish street food with a baked potato. We got the chocolate sushi which was amazing. I do love the different finds and I can't wait to go back because there's always something new. read more
