Review is for the STRAWBERRY PRETZEL PIE COOKIE!!! What a treat! This pie inspired cookie is creative and the flavor combinations really work. The base cookie was like a buttery pie crust. It had small pretzel pieces infused inside. On top was yummy whipping cream and that is topped with a house-made strawberry jam. One entire pretzel was then added (mainly for decoration). This is a flavor I will come back for when it is available. I placed my order on the mobile app. I let them know when I arrived and they had the cookie in its box on the counter yet waiting for me! I've been here several times and the only issue I ever run into is unavailability of cookies (for good reason lol). Of course the best cookie of the week runs out by the end of the day. I love Crumbl Cookies. The moment you walk in you smell all that goodness. And they in my opinion is very consistent thus far. I've visited a few locations and all have same set up. In my book the cookie taste like 5 stars because it never disappoints with the flavors they offer. However, they receive 4 stars because this is not the first time I've come in and run out of the cookies they're offering for that week. That's the only things I can complain about. Customer service at this location is terrible. Preorders and have to wait 15 minutes to get order when there was only one customer in front of me a 12pk mini took that long? Cookies are good but when you pay 31 dollars for the order customer service is part of the experience just not at this location. When asked why a preorder took so long excuses of it being a holiday weekend etc..... can't afford more help etc... read more

What sets this Crumbl cookie store apart from others... a couple of things, first the amazing customer service and it's a TASTE TESTING location!! The staff was amazing and the cookies were spot on flavor wise. I work at a local hospital and Crumbl graciously donated two party boxes to our unit. Thank you for the donation of tasty cookies, our unit loved and devoured them! The lemonade taste test cookie was so tangy and sweet. Definitely recommend Crumbl! read more

Good food but bad service. Girl working there was rude. We waited for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us so we went ahead and ordered on the kiosk. We were rudely told we had to wait for some to help us. Could have just told us to wait a second or that someone would be there soon to help us. Our order was then slammed down on the counter and the girl went to help the next customer. Didn't even say they were ours or ask if they looked okay. I'm just trying to get a dessert lol read more

The person that took my order missed an item on my order and instead of apologizing decided to give an attitude and make back handed comments with her co-worker. I was going to rate this specific location 3 star... But after the experience for a first time Crumbl customer I am NOT impressed. The fact that this is a chain and the hype and cost of these cookies... They need to have their game ON POINT. I have worked in the food/customer service industry for years and the cost of this product for what we received was less than subpar. I ordered a 12 pack and recieved 3 of my birthday party cookies with NO FROSTING. But the time I realized this I did not have time to go back. I called and they did refund my entire order, which was awesome! This was above and beyond. However, this was overshadowed when we bit into a cookie to find a large piece of plastic cooked right into the middle. I'm sorry, but after spending $50 plus dollars for cookies that weren't correct, and then had plastic in them... Not impressed. Overall beside these two issues, the cookies aren't great. They really don't have a lot of flavor beside overly sweet. They are very thick, more like a muffin top. I would have to say this spot is just another way to contribute to the obesity problem in the US. I would recommend going to a local bakery, or making my own cookies before ordering these again. The customer service was excellent, but incredibly slow. If you do come, don't plan for a quick trip. Good luck! read more

I am a big Crumbl fan. Never had any issues until recently when I received a box late on Saturday night for my birthday and 1 didn't have frosting at all and a second was missing its topping. I immediately called and got told my name would be written down and I could get 2 free cookies on my next visit. Come my next visit- my name was not written down. I just had my first and last Crumble cookie. We tried the chocolate chip and the cinnamon maple. We were very disappointed. The cookies were extremely greasy, and just tasted of sugar and butter. The cinnamon maple cookie didn't have enough cinnamon or maple syrup in the glaze to differentiate it from a basic sugar cookie. Both were undercooked, and totally raw in the middle. At $5 per cookie we were reluctant to throw them away, but we did. read more

Crunbl cookies... Well, the first time I heard of this place is when a friend of mine told me that you could send them as a gift. She had received some and lives out of state. I ended up sending my mom a box of four. She lives in a care facility and it was her birthday. She said they were delicious. Since then, I haven't had a chance to try one. I got an email saying I had a free birthday cookie, so while I was out, I decided to stop by. It's about $5 a cookie. Pretty pricey, but almost worth it. My daughter says $5 is a fine price. Maybe I'm just old. Either way, the service is great, the cookies are fresh, you can order out a kiosk when you walk in, and the cookie is very large. I ate maybe a quarter of it. So apparently if you order on the app and get there when your order is supposed to be ready they can sell your cookies even though you already paid through the app. Young man "manager" was extremely rude and yelled at us and essentially kicked us out for asking questions as to why we could order on the app and then when we come to pick them up at the time we specified they can't complete our order because "first come first serve" then what is the point of the app and being able to order?
