Crumbl is a cool dessert spot always fun to swing by when I'm craving something sweet. The cookies are Fire. Always fresh, creative, and just the right amount of over-the-top. They definitely know how to keep things interesting with the weekly rotating menu. That said, the vibe inside can be a little hit or miss. Most of the staff seem to be high school or college-age, and while I get that it's probably a first job for a lot of them, some look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Not the warmest greetings, and customer service feels like an afterthought at times. Im just glad they've got a self-order kiosk saves the awkward energy. Still, the cookies are consistently bomb, and that's what keeps me coming back. Maybe management could step in with a little customer service coaching to help these young workers level up would go a long way. Visited a couple of times in October and November 2024. The October visit was a good one. The staff was customer service oriented and the cookies that I purchased were well set in the box, baked and decorated well, and a great experience. This review is for the November 2024 visit. The November visit was not so hot...they were out of the ny cheesecake large cookies so I ordered a 3pack of the mini cookies (2 ny cheesecake + 1 strawberry cupcake cookies). The minis were mishandled so when I got them home and opened them, they were all messy with the cookie toppings mashed into the box. The large cookies were in decent shape but the Kentucky Butter Cake frosting topping was also mashed into the box. I did notice that the staff on this visit consisted of about 10 teenagers. They were goofing off during the visit and some were playing with each other while baking and preparing the food. I was shocked because this location is always pretty professional and there are normally about 4-5 team members working here. The line was long even with all of those staff members making cookies and butter cakes. I just want to let the manager here know that this was not a good look for the business, and that this is not normal for this location. Came by this location twice so far. During one visit, it was in the evening and we did have to wait a while for our order. They were definitely backed up. This most recent visit, our order was ready much more quickly. The flavors change week to week and it is really hit or miss depending on your own preference... most recently, the Butter Cake was a huge hit w the family and probably one of their favorites out of all the ones we've tried. If you want to stay traditional, stick with their chocolate chip cookie, which is usually available all the time. This specific location is small, with very limited space when you walk in. Ordered cookies to be picked up on Valentine's Day at 10:30am. They weren't ready until 11am. They were very busy that day and understaffed so I was understanding to that. I was finally handed my cookies and when I got to my car I realized that they wrote the wrong name on the box and just crossed it out. That looked very unprofessional and a bad display. It was half filled and basically just crust with some dust sprinkled on it. Complaint would be that they're always out of half their menu and you have to wait awhile as it is always busy. I've never come to this location and been able to walk out with what we went in there for, as they are always sold out of at least 1-2 of their items. I ordered online as always and I'm so glad I did. The location is so tiny. Smallest store I've ever been to. The line was outside the store and the lines for pick up and ordering were not very organized. I was #3 once I clicked "here" and I got my cake in a few minutes. The cake its self was very good and moist and chocolatey. The presentation was not there. There was no sign of Beetlejuice or purple and green sprinkles. I place an order for my birthday they told me the pick up time was at 2 pm when I came to pick them up they told me sorry we don't have any more brownies I was okay even if I place an order and I already paid they say yeah sorry I can give you a refund lol I was fine to make the story short they never found my order and told me they couldn't give me a refund I was like wtf unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!
