When the order was to be picked up I received a cancelation notice and was told to contact the store (DoorDash had cancelled my delivery order). I spoke with Angelique and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was patient, helpful, and willing, AND her manners were unbelievable, especially for a young adult nowadays! (Kudos to mom & dad too). She worked with her Managers; Beth and Belle, got a new driver for the delivery, and didn't miss a beat. It may not seem like a big deal, but I don't live in the area and didn't realize the drive was about 18 miles for the delivery. They put me in contact with the driver and everything arrived perfectly! THANK YOU, Angelique, Beth, Belle, and Caroline (DoorDash driver)! If you like very sweet cookies then the cookies here are actually pretty good. The texture and consistency of the cookies are also pretty good. You can also expect very friendly staff to be helping you. You should note that these cookies are sweeter than the average cookie, and unfortunately I am rating this three stars since I believe you have much better options that have a more balanced taste. read more

So delicious but sometimes the delivery times are very long. I understand tho because they are super busy! Other then long waits, I really enjoy the new flavors they introduce each week. Most of the cookies are really great! These cookies are pretty heavy/rich and sometimes like eating a mini cake. So if you are not a fan of super thick and somewhat doughy cookies, I'm not sure Crumble is for you. My cousin loves that about these cookies tho. Also, the cookies are huge so definitely share! If you are getting the box with five cookies, we have managed to share that with 6+ people, we cut the cookies and share. That way we sample all the new flavors! read more

All the cookies tasted great. During COVID19 closures they were able to do curb side pick up so that was nice. We ordered ahead and tried the butterfinger, gingerbread, sour patch kid sugar cookie, and the chocolate chip. Gingerbread was my favorite and then butterfinger. Definitely get those if available. I have heard their ice cream is great also, but I have not personally tried it. Lots of parking as well. read more

I've only been to Crumbl Cookies twice. My first time as a in store customer in Brighton and second as a delivery customer at the Thornton location. Every time I've been the cookies are exceptional! They are very delicious and there are always fun options to choose from. I love almost every one and I love that it surprises you weekly! The only disappointing thing is they advertise yummy ice creams but NEVER have it in stock. The customer service at the Thornton location is good but not great. The employees are always very nice. Only disappointing thing is they are not attentive, and they don't clearly communicate an answer if you have a question about their services or products. At the Thornton location I have learned that in order to order from Crumbl you need to expect at least a two hour wait in store, curbside, or for delivery. I was disappointed in the delivery service from Crumbl at the Thornton location. Earlier in the afternoon around 3:00pm I ordered a delivery for 7:00 PM the delivery did not arrive until 8:45 PM I was also not aware that they had transferred my delivery to a third-party delivery service as Crumbl has their own. I love Crumbl Cookies but the wait time and no communication from the store at all about the delay of my delivery or the transfer of delivery service was what really got me at this location. read more

For starters, they have a really easy curbside pickup method where you check in on your phone once you arrive and then they bring you your delivery straight to your car. Very nice. Packaging was clean and modern. The box for the 4 pack doesn't actually fit four cookies though. The cookies themselves are GINORMOUS! The pictures do not do it justice, but they are huge. The 4 pack was $11, so all things considered very steep for four cookies but you pay for the unique flavors and gourmet cookie appeal. Personally, I thought they were all WAY too sweet and WAY too buttery. I know some of you will think I am a crazy person for saying such a thing but that's just my opinion. I appreciate a classic cookie and this was just way too much. It's dense. You can really only take a couple bites before feeling overwhelmed. I'm sure that might be part of the appeal for others, but not for me. They also crumble in your hands. They might've been really fresh and it wasn't an issue really but just know this is not the type of cookie to just grab with one hand and walk away. Lemon- served warm. Refreshing flavor but very sweet. I think it was better chilled Double chocolate- what you'd expect just dense Chocolate chunk- FULL OF BUTTER AND SO MUCH SUGAR YOU CAN TELL Sour patch- I honestly got this out of intrigue assuming I'd hate it, but it was my favorite. I wanted to try this place as soon as I heard the name! It sounded so unique, I knew it would taste good. It's a small store and will fill up quickly, they are very busy especially on the weekends. You can see all that goes on behind the counter, how they make the cookies and everything. I thought we would have to place our order and wait for them to bake them but they do have cookies ready to be boxed. They change their cookie types weekly though. They always have chocolate chip and chilled sugar. This week, they had cookies n cream, s'mores, circus animal, and peanut butter brownie. All taste amazing but my personal favorites were the chocolate chip (of course!) and the peanut butter brownie. I am in LOVE with their boxes! They're super cute and unique. We got the party box which we ended up paying thirty something dollars for. It seems a bit pricey but the cookies are big and thick and heavy, which I think makes up for the price. Another day another Crumbl review. lol as we recently moved closer to this location and I very much wanted to try the hazelnut cookie I popped in late on a Saturday (they are closed Sunday) to get my fix. I had put my order in online earlier and in typical Tina fashion lost track of time and literally showed up like 7 min before closing. Though I felt like a complete butthead they greeted me with genuine smiles and completed my order quickly and efficiently and you would have thought they were hours from closing not mere minutes! Ooey, gooey, warmed-baked cookie goodness! I popped by Crumbl on whim (my sweet tooth was activated!) and am glad I did. While the cookies are expensive (starting at $3 each) they are worth it! They are large and big enough to share... But who wants to do that?! The more you buy, the less the price is per cookie. The storefront is open, there's a small area to wait for your delightful box of cookies - About 6 barstools facing the window, but that's it. It's open to the back so you can see the cookies being prepared. When your order is ready, they'll bring you the box with it open so your eyes can light up - a nice touch. Always love the creative flavors of the Crumbl cookies. The cookies are so flavorful, and large enough to share. I appreciate the ability ot either have them delivered, curbside pickup at the store, and touch less ordering inside the store. My only complaint would be the curbside pickup at Thornton is a little difficult on busy days. Since they are right nextdoor to My Pi, parking in front of the store isn't always possible. When I call they always say they will find my car in the parking lot, but almost never are able to and I end up having to go inside (sometimes a couple of times) to try and find my order. I try to park as close as possible, but have had this issue multiple times. Possibly adding a pickup shelf inside would be helpful. read more

We just ordered from them. We got two boxes, The classic chocolate chip one and the March special one. It's really good they deliver exactly on time. I don't think the chocolate chip one as fresh as the special. The special was really good the chocolate chip one is OK. Not sure if I will get more.
