It's 3 bucks for a single cookie the size of your hand and 10 for a box of 4. So if you get a box you save about .50¢ a cookie. I can't remember how much a part box was. Which was... I think 12 cookies? Either way, they're awesome cookies! Are they something I would buy all the time? Probably not. Only because they're a bit of a drive for me and they're not the cheapest cookies when you're on a work from home teacher budget, lol. When you walk in, the place smells AMAZING! Omg it's nice! Lol. Customer service stinks! No one greets you! Masks are required but they do nothing to the kiosk between customers for sanitary purposes! The only interaction is when they call you with the box with your order. I might add we have been to Crumbl Cookie in Texas and service there was absolutely amazing! read more

I have been to this location three different weekends and they are out of product. Other times you can see the cookies you want but they don't have them listed as available and if you ask for them, they are being held for people that ordered them. It's always nice when someone is thinking of you and brings you a special delivery from Crumbl. This was our first time trying Crumbl and it was pretty good! The cookies are jumbo size- jumbo enough for me to know better than to eat the whole thing in one sitting lol. I got the cookies and cream, sweet, delectable and if you closed your eyes and ate the cookie like I did, you can taste the cookie and the cream separately then they swirled together on your taste buds or maybe it was just because I was a mile high in the mile high. Solid cookie- crumbly crust on the outside, soft and perfect on the inside. My sister and Mom got a variety of flavors and are already planning on a trip back because they can't stop raving about the peach and the lemon flavor. I realize it is a franchise/chain operation, so the employees are just following the business formula and cookie recipes and selections. Two things put me off after paying almost $4 per cookie. It also didn't help my mood that they were out of the one cookie that looked most appealing to my love of chocolate. To be fair, it was 9PM, one hour before close but I'd expect a little better management of inventory throughout the day so late night smackers don't get the shaft. First, I admittedly should have paid more attention when presented the cookies at the shop. I glanced at them to make sure I got the four types ordered and headed home. On closer inspection and tasting, the two cookies pictured Churro and Butterfinger were a little light on the toppings compared to the display samples. The display churro was almost edge to edge frosting and the Butterfinger wasn't piled on, but certainly had more than the light dusting of toppings we got. As a result the butterfinger tasted just like a large, peanut butter cookie. The churro cookie was still good but the last bites from the edge were quite different from the middle. Second off-putting thing, dear God, these are packed with sugar. Yes, I get it, it's a cookie, they're large, but the inside of the cookie looks raw from the incredibly high sugar content. It's not raw by the way, it's just caramelised sugar and butter as far as I can tell. The cookies are actually soft and well cooked. After trying one sixth of each of the four cookies I was in a diabetic coma and my wife couldn't finish the churro. She commented that she didn't get much in the way of flavor beyond the over-the-top sugar-shock to the tastebuds. I'm sure that's their shtick and the appeal to most customers but for our money we weren't terribly impressed. If I get another order I won't make the mistake of getting a four-pack to sample and stick to just one cookie. read more

Cookies are good - warm cookies are even better - so this place should be five stars just on concept alone - but its really not. I have been here a few times and also had these cookies brought by others to different occasions and they are expensively meh. The biggest problem I have with these cookies is that with the exception of one or two varieties they all taste the same and that's why I feel they are just meh. Additionally, once the warmth is gone they are even more meh. I think maybe the packaging could also be improved because they go stale with in hours. After hearing that a location was opening in Brighton, I just had to go and try out the Thornton location. I loved the interior of the store, with everything being pink, and the fact that you get to see them make the cookies and dough right in front of you. My girlfriend and I had ordered 4 cookies: Milk Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle Cupcake, Reese's Chip and Chilled Sugar. The cookies came out very quickly, which was very appreciated as we had been in a hurry. The biggest gripe about the store is that there is only a few seats on the inside of the store, about 5-6 stools. The cookies themselves are well worth the higher price, as the quality far exceeds the price. The Milk Chocolate Chip was the golden standard of what a chocolate chip cookie should taste like, with warm, gooey chocolate. These cookies are best eaten right away, so you get the satisfaction of biting into a warm cookie. The Snickerdoodle Cupcake had a very rich, delicious cream cheese frosting on top, making it my favorite cookie out of the bunch. The Reese's Chip was a little too much chocolate for me personally, but it was still a solid cookie. Finally, the chiller sugar was a delicious, cold sugar cookie, and the frosting was very sweet and fruity. I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a cookie, and they have a rotating set of cookies they serve each week, so there are always new cookies to try. read more

The cookies are giant and delicious but beware of the prices! One cookie is almost $5. The service is a little slow especially when they're busy. These cookies are amazing! The chilled sugar and chocolate chip are available everyday, and they have 4 other flavors that they switch up weekly. The cookies are huge and are a true indulgence. A single cookie is $3.50 but a box of 4 is about $10, so get more cookies and save money. At least that is the justifcation I use to get more. What to say that hasn't been said? The cookies are wonderful! They are warm and made with love. It's cool to see Crumbl expand into Colorado. I tried these cookies in Utah before and I hope they will consider opening a storefront in New Mexico (I'll be there). The chocolate chip cookies are much sweeter than the other specialty cookies. One thing I didn't like was that there was a long wait for cookie orders, over twenty minutes. It was cool though to see fellow Crumbl devotees stand in line. I hope this will motivate the owners to open more locations. Can't see why not! read more
