Service needs to be faster, the employees were not attentive to the front counter. I stood for 35 mins for a box of 3 minis. The store was also not that clean and one of the workers was off to the side cleaning the counter when there were three people standing at the front was well as a full lobby waiting on orders. Went as one of the first folks on grand opening day. Staff was friendly and even though I could tell the girl ringing me in was new to this kinda work, she was sweet and asked someone with more experience for help when she needed it (I had an old Crumbl gift card from 2018 that she wasn't sure how to use). The cookies were, as always with any Crumbl, delicious and presented beautifully. Nothing wrong with the cookies or staff. Walk in to be immediately NOT greeted. I walk up to the counter and zero employees offered to take my order. They didn't even look up at me. They all had headphones in and didn't say a single word to me or any other customer that walked in. So I decide to order on the app. It took another 15 minutes to get my order. Literally the employees are the absolute worst. We were all trying to get their attention and they blatantly refused to even look at us. When one lady said "hi I have an order for (enter name)" all one employee said was "not ready" in a very rude tone. Such a bizarre experience. I've had a couple bad experiences with this location. Last time I went in the employees were not friendly, didn't greet, messed around, I spent $70 on cookies that ended up being so hard and dry I couldn't cut them with a knife. They were inedible and ended up in the trash. I reached out to the location several times and got no response. I even reached out to Crumbl HQ who contacted the store as requested they reach out to me, still never heard anything from them. I cannot say that I loved their cookies. My daughter and I were excited to grab some, the line wasn't too long in this very hot weather. We did have to wait in a line outside, since there is no indoor seating and the entrance basically lead to the cashier. The cookies are so sweeeet! We weren't crazy about them. We got the banana bread, lemon, cotton candy, chocolate chip and the fried ice cream...I have to say that the names of the cookies were fun, but they all seemed to taste the "same." The sugary soft texture was nice, but I wasn't too impressed. My suggestion is to try a couple or 4, not 8 like we did. You only need a few bites to get your sugar fix. I get out to the car, open the box to realize I was given mostly the wrong cookies. I walk back in, the lady glances up and immediately knows she gave me the wrong cookies. These big cookies, mostly well baked, are beautiful to look at. After that, the experience is disappointing. Every cookie I've tried there is far too sweet, and loaded with an excess of frosting and other toppings that made me gag. Hard to find the flavor of the cookie when engulfed in so much sugar. Only a diehard sweet tooth will survive the sugar shock. I have never eaten an entire cookie that I bought there. Then there is the price: nearly 5 dollars for a single cookie. If they gave you the warm fuzzies of Gramma's home, baked cookies, or have an exciting taste at riveted the tongue, you could argue for this price. These are no different from any other. Paying with your credit card offers the final insult: the default tip on a five dollar ticket is two dollars! A 50% tip? Service is good. read more

Husband and I went in to try for the first time. We were told that their cookies were huge and awesome. We were excited to try. Ordered the chocolate chocolate chip and sugar cookie. They were tasty, sweet, not as big as described and were very pricey. $11 something for 2. Not as impressed as I thought I would be. But, I have met many who love them and enjoy. Have had several different flavors now. I usually use the app to order but still have to wait in line once at the store, so no real point of ordering ahead. It's interesting to see all of the different flavors but overall they are mostly basic and very expensive for cookies. About $4/cookie or $40/dozen. About 1 out of every 10 flavors are just fantastic that I don't mind paying for. Most flavors are just "meh." I've had better cookies from local bakeries for a cheaper price. The staff is nice and the location is clean and welcoming. There is definitely a wait to order and a longer wait for your cookies, however I chalk that up to the fervor of just opening. The cookies themselves are not my cup of tea, at all. They are incredibly thick and bready, much like a muffin top but made with cookie dough. Please please please change your pick up processes. Everytime we go to a location it takes 20 plus minutes waiting AFTER the time it says it will be ready. I feel like they don't start on them until you check in. Bad system and puts everyone back. I don't know one person who hasn't had a similar experience.
