I overheard a staff member saying they would be stepping out to confront a person leaning against their car. They left their job to confront a WOC because she was leaned against the employee's car, when there were customers waiting for their orders. After leaving to confront the woman outside, the woman stepped away from the employee's car. The employee went back again with another employee to intimidate and move their car from the woman outside. Middle of the road cookie, a bit overpriced for what you get. But what really makes it a two star experience is the poor customer service. Good to see you have so many people showing up for work. Why you only have one person filling orders is concerning. Ordered at in store kiosk, stepped outside to take a call, came back the person who completed their order after I did at the kiosk got their order and left... great means my order should ready or up next. Nope... stood at the pick up counter, being ignored by employees, after they filled three more orders I finally managed to get employees attention to ask about my order only to find my order had been sitting waiting. This whole transaction didn't take more than ten minutes, just very disappointed that it seemed like I was being ignored. Guess maybe it's my fault for leaving a tip? Horrible experience today (7/16) around 615pm. I placed an order for curbside pickup, checked in and parked at a designated pickup stall. I waited over 10 minutes, while others came and went with their order in hand. I called the store to let them know I had been waiting and still had not received my order. The associate said she would send someone out. I waited an additional five minutes and ended up going inside. My order was ready and waiting, and the girl who helped me asked me where I had parked. I told her in the curbside pickup area, right in front of the store. . She had nothing to say but sorry. I reviewed this location when it first opened and they were just ok. Very hit or miss. Unfortunately, I've loaded $50 on my Crumbl app because the cookies over the last 4 months have been terrible. Mostly very uncooked and make me sick. This week, I stopped for an apple pie cookie (usually one of the best especially at Texas locations) and let me just say that I threw another $5 cookie away. The cookie was undercooked, the apple pie filling lacked any flavor, there was hardly any apple topping, no brown sugar crumbles, and the filling looked dehydrated. The Hazelnut cookie was below average but was eaten by a drunk guy and the lemon/raspberry cookie was good. Overall, just go next door to Panera for a $2 cookie that actually has flavor. They make really great cookies. Some of the flavors (which change weekly) are almost too sweet, but if you cut them into 4 pieces, it's not as overwhelming. I believe they are meant to be shared because the cookie sizes are huge! The store is small and parking isn't great so do yourself a favor and install the Crumbl app, order ahead and have them bring your cookies right to the car. Easy peasy! read more

I am not sure I understand the ordering process. I placed an order for a 4-pack including 2 Churro cookies. The app informed me my order would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I return in 30 and press the "I'm here" button and it states my order is being prepared. I walk in after being told I am 2nd in line. I see them call "Tony" who is informed there are no Churro cookies, he opts to wait "ten minutes." The counter takes another order for Churro, doesn't inform them it will be 10 more minutes, Calls my name next only to inform me "ten minutes." I politely let her know I put in my order over 30 minutes ago, to which the employee responds, "no, it just came through." Now there are a total of 4 people waiting for churro cookies as they take another order to my confusion without informing them it would be 10 minutes. Why not prepare the orders in order? The staff is friendly and you can order ahead through their app. As a cookie lover, it's so great to have more of these locations popping up in the IE. For all my IE foodies out there, Crumbl Cookies is semi worth the hype. For uniqueness, I give them a 8/10. I like the idea of weekly rotating cookie flavors. I was lucky to go when the had the two that caught my eye off of the website, the peanut butter and the rocky road. So I was extremely excited to try them. To start, the size of the cookie is large. You definitely get what you pay for. However, other than that, the quality of the dessert is average. The cookies are warmed up, so it was EXTREMELY messy. Now it just might be me, but I'm not a huge fan of spilling, nor having my hands be sticky afterwards. To conclude, there are a few other cookie chain restaurants I can think of that have the same concept at Crumbl cookie, but out of the two or three I can think of, I would choose Crumbl over them just based off of the fact of the rotating menu and the pricing of the cookies themselves. Side note, Crumbl does have their own ice cream, which I might add isn't half bad. Paired really well the warm cookie. read more

It is a little confusing though, because we selected curbside pickup but there aren't any marked spots in their parking lot for that. Not their fault but just be aware. We pick up Crumbl at least once a month. As some others mentioned raw centers, I've experienced this more at this location than others but they have improved. Although this time around, I placed an order at 8am to pick up at 5pm just to ensure none of the cookies sell out. We always get one or two chocolate chip, their staple/signature cookie that is always on the menu because it's my daughter's favorite... honestly we wouldn't even get Crumbl if it weren't for the chocolate chip. When arriving it took a long time to get my order for drive up, then was told they were out of chocolate chip. Ordered a 4 pack through DoorDash last night. No problem with wait times or delivery, but I just wasn't that impressed with the cookies. I love a gooey cookie, but most of them were borderline raw. I didn't find the taste to be that enjoyable either (maybe because they were so under baked? Kinda just tasted like warm flour and sugar. Tollhouse break and bakes would have done the job slightly better). Bummed because I really wanted to like them! A gourmet cookie place with delivery close to home? Sounds amazing!
