A little bread heaven tucked in a commercial area off 9th St. You can smell the fresh baked bread all around the block in the mornings. Reminds me of the old Wonder bread factory (if you know, you know). I have been here a few times within the past couple of months and always leave with a bag of fresh bagels. The everything and jalapeño-cheese varieties are my favorites. The Hawaiian rolls are also nice and fluffy that I use to accompany my dinner with. I highly recommend coming here when they open as they sell out quick. You get high quality baked goods at great prices. They also take phone orders to ensure you get the bread you're craving. The ladies who have assisted me are friendly, always willing to answer my questions. They are also fast at packing and slicing the bread. A must try place in Upland! They don't make them like this anymore.

Great Local Bakery With Fresh Bread & Friendly Service I was visiting my mom in Upland and was looking for a bakery when I came across this spot. The reviews were great, and now I see why. I went on a Friday, apparently their busiest day so a lot of items were already sold out, which is always a good sign. I picked up some Hawaiian rolls and a sourdough loaf, and they even sliced the bread for me right there. When we tried everything at home... wow. So fresh and delicious! They also offered some sandwich rolls that I'm excited to try next time. This is a small, family-owned bakery tucked away in a quiet strip mall, and they offer a nice variety: rolls, sourdough, bagels (the jalapeño cheese bagel is on my list for next visit), and more. They even make custom orders like numbers or bread rings for parties. They accept credit cards and Zelle (no tap or Apple Pay), and parking is easy. The girl who helped me was super friendly and made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their items!

An absolute hidden gem! Make sure to bookmark this one. Walking in you'll see displays of breads capture your attention. A quaint shop pumping out some delicious bread! Family owned and operated. Katerina was the awesome welcome for my first visit. Informative, helpful and a wonderful host for these fresh baked breads. Check the store hours and make sure to get here early for the best choices. They sell out of the popular breads rather quickly. Closes at noon. Weekends have more selections as well. I tried the Hawaiian bread rolls, jalapeño bagels, cinnamon raisin loaf and giant baguette! Everything was so delightful it brought joy to bread! Queens baking co is a must visit! Call in advance for large or individual orders to guarantee its availability for your parties and special occasions. Walk ins are always welcome. My new favorite bread spot to visit whenever I'm in town. Thank you Katerina!

I have had no luck getting to you before you close. Can you please tell me if you use soy oil or flour or any other form of soy in your products? I don't mean to offend but it's harder than you think to find soy free baked items. Thank you.

Hello and I’m sorry we close at 12 everyday, but the margarine and vegetable shortening we use contain Soy, in all our bread products, if you have any other questions feel free to reach out, thank you , Sal

Does the bakery have cannolis? Thank you

Yes we do, New York Style Sicilian Cannoli, filled on site thank you

Ridiculously yummy!…read more Been here several times for their loaves of bread, scones, and cookies! For the bread, I've been enjoying their cinnamon raisin recently, but they are known for their different sourdoughs! Rosemary sourdough is a good one, but the cheddar sourdough has been pretty great with some garlic butter! You can also request the loaves to be sliced! For their scones, these are not your regular scones. They're as soft as a cookie, but there is still some density to it where a cup of coffee or tea would be a great addition. It's a pretty substantial scone, and I'm pretty full with just that and a drink. Chocolate scone has been my go-to. For cookies, the golden raisin oatmeal one is probably our favorite, followed by the snickerdoodle! Staff has been nice and accommodating! No issues here. Very clean store! It's a very popular bakery, and they can run out of goods before midday. Highly recommend to get here early. Plenty of spaces in the parking lot during the weekend, typically!

Fortunately (or unfortunately?), my facial gal is in the same center as this place, so it's easy to slide on over when I'm done, but I can never seem to decide on just one loaf, and usually leave with 2-3. I've had Roasted Garlic, Rosemary Lemon, Jalapeno Jack, Apricot Pecan, Cranberry Jalapeno, and probably a few more that I'm forgetting right now. They were all very yummy and freeze well. For the best selection, make sure you come early, as they tend to sell out quickly.
