the 3 stars is for the location itself not the cookies. first off i knew crumbl was going to be swarmed with orders because of the new Dubai chocolate brownie, and i was right. My home location is in Rancho but since online it said sold out of Dubai i decided to pick up from this location since it was still in stock. I placed the order but forgot to fix the pick up time so i tried calling at least 5 times adn my husband tried as well and nobody picked up so i just waited until 4pm ( i placed it in at 11am). When i get to the location i was not greeted, i felt ignored... so i stood there waiting and decided to add another cookie. They hand over some cookies to the people who came in after me so I decided to just say excuse me adn explained i pre ordered and thats when she told me all the Dubai brownies are sold out which makes no sense cuz that means they sold my cookie... i was already running late to dinner plans so i just had them box up a 6 pack of different cookies and i told them to have the manager call me to discuss my refund. The manager called me back the next day and did an amazing job of rectifying the situation, she offered a full refund of both orders and a free Dubai brownie so i went and picked it up. Im still waiting for my refund but im hopeful it will come also my Dubai brownie was small compared to other videos... small brownie small filling and lots of chocolate topping... very sweet... like kinda overly sweet read more

My daughter pre ordered a Dubai brownie and when she arrived to pick up her order they sold out , the lady in front of her could not get her order either and they were told they'd get a refund for the order. I really love the concept of changing the weekly menu, and they offer some creative cookies. I downloaded the app so I order ahead and it's usually ready by the time I pick up. They offer curbside pick up or just order inside I in the self help kiosks. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly. My personal favorites are all the lemon cookie based ones and the strawberry cheesecake. They always have their pink sugar and chocolate chip cookies available. I come here way more than I would like. I'm going to turn into a cookie. The interior is brightly lit, pink and you can see all the action going on. read more

Every time my daughter and I get giant cookies from here, we are pleased and our sweet teeth are extremely satisfied! The workers here are always nice, orders are ready fast, and it's always clean inside when we pick up. On this day, my daughter surprised me with a two pink boxes, a banana cookie topped with cinnamon, which was good! But even better was the milk chocolate cookie, which had a pirouline as a topper. This location was extremely busy on a Saturday night! The workers definitely deserved every tip they made that night. The employees were so sweet and apologized to each customer for the wait time. Walked in and the girl told the line chocolate chip would be 20 minutes. I purposely did not order that one since I didn't want to wait. I ordered 3 cookies. Omg this place is so so so cute! I really liked that they had a self order station right above the menu. You can take your time and order there (I snooped around everything you could do hehe) or you can go to the register and order. The menu is filled with both options for cookies and icecream (YUM!) - of course I got both. The menu has about 4-6 cookies (don't remember exactly sorry!) that states they change them out weekly. There are different flavors but also your standard chocolate chip. The cookie either comes chilled or warmed. I got one salted caramel popcorn cookie and one raspberry cheesecake icecream. The cookie was warmed and it was divine. And not to forget mentioning that it lived up to its name. It totally crumbled in my hands. The combination of softness, warmness, and toppings made me wish I had grabbed a spoon. It was absolutely delicious. Everyone here is kind and patient. And though while I was there on a random Thursday afternoon, it was crowded. But my order came out with only a little bit of a wait. The one thing I did notice at the register was that they had some mini cookies set up to show what they had available.
